立磨磨辊及磨盘衬板材质一般使用高铬铸铁或镍铬合金，而此种材质却时常发生断裂现象，造成的损失是相当严重的，特别是停产的损失，更是无法估计。在此，笔者对于此课题的研讨作一浅述，抛砖引玉，希望各位学者或专家能引起共鸣。 1硬度与断裂 耐磨是我们追求的目标，大家都知道产品越硬则越耐磨，所以要做出较耐磨的磨辊和磨盘好像很简单，因为你只要设法去提高它的硬度即可，故许多铸造厂标榜其铸件含铬量达到30%，HRC硬度达到了63-65，但是事实上并非如此。硬度越高，铸件所含的碳化物（Cr7C3）数量就要求越多，分布越弥散，在基体和碳化物的界面上形成微孔洞和微裂纹的几率就越大，同时断裂的几率也会越大。而且越硬的物品越难切削加工。因此铸造出既耐磨又不易断裂的产品就不是想象的那么简单。 相关资料：碳和铬的主要作用是保证铸铁中碳化物的数量和形态。随着C量提高，碳化物增多；随着Cr/C比的增加，共晶碳化物的形貌经历了由连续网状→片状→杆状连续程度减小的过程，共晶碳化物晶格类型经历由M3C→M3C+ M7C3→M7C3的变化过程。有资料指出：当共晶碳化物不变，且Cr/C为6.6～7.1时，高铬铸铁的断裂韧性值（即K1c值）最高，亦即此时抗裂纹扩展能力最强。根据这些原理，宜将C量定为3.1%～3.6%， Cr量为20%～25%。 2热处理与断裂 我们知道提高高铬铸铁硬度的另一个重要因素：热处理。我们用高铬铸铁（或镍铬合金）铸成磨辊或磨盘衬板，经过热处理来提升其铸件硬度，但检测时将会发现铸件硬度各点位置的硬度值差别会较大，热处理技术就是主要原因。如果铸造及热处理工艺越理想，则其硬度差异越小，反之则越大，而硬度差异越大，则铸件断裂的几率也越大。且铸件体积越大，热处理越难。按国际惯例，一般判断高铬铸件是否易断裂的方式就是：铸件表面对称取几点检测硬度值，当HV硬度差值超过30，即此高铬铸件为不合格，较易发生断裂的危险。 相关资料：高铬铸铁基体组织里含马氏体和奥氏体，马氏体组织硬度高，奥氏体韧性好。铸件随着热处理时冷却速度的加快，奥氏体转变成马氏体更完全，残余奥氏体量更少，所以高铬铸铁的硬度越高，而抗冲击疲劳能力变差。同时，冷却速度越快，裂纹萌生的几率愈大，结果使材料的抗冲击疲劳能力下降，所以热处理时宜采用冷却速度较慢的方式。 3机器运转与断裂 铸件的应力与粉磨的挤压载荷易使马氏体组织产生裂纹，当共晶碳化物沿晶界析出成网状，因其脆性会促进裂纹扩展，残留奥氏体的存在此时很好的阻止了裂纹的延伸。由于立磨实际运转时其工况相当复杂，粉磨的物料中存在有较硬较大的异物（如铁块）时，立磨磨轮与磨盘衬板在物料粉磨挤压受到的挤压就加大，当载荷超出了奥氏体组织承载范围，此时高铬铸件就易发生断裂的危险。一般水泥企业立磨检修的时间都比较紧张，希望停机时间越短越好，因此，当停机后都直接打开磨门来降低磨内温度。却不知，高铬铸件不宜此种方式的急速冷却，冷却速度越快，裂纹萌生的几率愈大，也有可能直接产生铸件断裂。 立磨(www.sbmlimoji.net)磨轮和磨盘衬板的断裂原因较复杂，在此不一一列举，作为硬面耐磨堆焊领域的领头军，我公司在此方面作出了各种尝试，最终认为要真正解决断裂的风险问题，以复合制造的方式最安全，即高拉力钢铸造+耐磨堆焊。优点如下： (1)制造加工方便快捷； (2)避免断裂风险； (3)耐磨性能卓越； (4)性价比最优。 虽然复合制造有诸多优点，但若无成熟的技术和经验，亦会发生一系列的问题。 铸造基体必须选用优质的材料和成熟的铸造工艺，保证基体的焊接可靠性。绝不允许基体内部空洞、沙孔、气孔等影响铸件质量的问题存在。 加工亦须谨慎，研讨出最佳的加工设计尺寸，选择精度较高的数控机床加工及合适的加工方案来保证产品的尺寸，以免发生装配不符的情况。 堆焊尤为重要。选用合适且耐磨的焊丝是首要条件，否则会直接影响产品的使用寿命。成熟的堆焊技术保证焊接的牢固度及耐磨性能，达到产品的最佳使用效果。避免因随意堆焊而造成焊层脱落的情况发生，给企业带来不必要的损失。 4结束语 如何避免断裂风险及选用合适的制造方式，仅以此文作一浅述，希望使用单位能得以警惕，安全生产，防止断裂事故的发生
