唯物论(materialism)同于唯物主义，是将物质视为世界的本源(第一性)，将精神和意识视为人对物质的反应的(第二性)的、与唯心论相对立的世界观。①唯物论和辩证法是统一的唯物论与辩证法从不同侧面研究同一对象客观物质世界。唯物论着重说明世界的物质性、客观性，辩证法着重说明客观世界是运动的。物质和运动是不可分离的，唯物论是坚持辩证法的唯物论，辩证法是唯物的辩证法； ②唯物论、辩证法和认识论三者是统一的，唯物论、辩证法反映的是客观世界的最一般规律，认识论是反映人的认识和思维发展的规律，认识和思维的内容规律都来源于客观物质世界，客观世界的规律决定主观世界的认识规律，客观决定主观，主观反映客观，主观和客观的统一是具体的、历史的统一。学习唯物论，最重要的是坚持唯物主义反对唯心主义，坚持从实际出发反对主观主义：第一，坚持无神论，反对有神论；第二，要把想问题、办事情的立足点切实放在中国国情之上；第三，客观地看待周围的人和事，办事情应当有认真的精神。第四，正确估量和对待自己。 辩证法dialectics与形而上学相对立的世界观和方法论。辩证法一词源于古希腊语，意为谈话的艺术。不同时期的哲学家对辩证法有不同的认识，古希腊哲学认为它是论证和分析命题中的矛盾、揭露谈话的矛盾及克服矛盾的方法。德国哲学家G.黑格尔认为，辩证法研究对象本质的自身矛盾，不仅是一种思维方法，而且是一种宇宙观。马克思主义批判地继承了黑格尔的思想，认为辩证法是客观世界本身固有的规律，思维中的辩证法是客观规律在人的头脑中的反映，辩证法是关于普遍联系和发展的学说。辩证法有三大规律，这是黑格尔在《逻辑学》中首先阐述出来的，恩格斯则将它从《逻辑学》中总结和提炼出来，从而使辩证法的规律变得更加清晰了。 如何认识辩证法的三大规律以及它们之间的相互联系，这是衡量一个人哲学思想水平的重要标志，它直接反映出一个人对辩证法的理解和认识深度。为什么这样说呢？因为辩证法规律揭示的全是极限本质之间的联系，是抽象程度最高的产物。尽管辩证法的规律都是从概念的推演中抽象出来的，但是这些规律完全与客观现实的本质运动相一致，因此它们都是具有极限真理的客观规律。 作为极限真理，它的特点就是纯粹的绝对性，没有任何相对性在其中。当然，不要忘记这种纯粹的绝对性也是有前提条件的，它的前提条件就是人的认识领域，或者说，在认识论中辩证法的三大规律属于极限真理，它们是不会发生变化的理论观点。 我们知道，在哲学上，本质内部也是分为两个不同层次的。对本质的现象直接概括出来的观点属于知性层次，对现象的本质进行间接的反映得出的观点属于理性层次。知性层次和理性层次，这是上升到本质内部进行的划分。知性层次的特点是直观性，它与现象之间保持直接的联系，具有同一性。在现实中知性层次解释的辩证法很容易被人理解，因为它具有可以被人们感知到的现象作为实例加以说明。理性层次的特点是间接性，它与现象之间没有直接性的联系，二者之间具有对立性。因此，理性层次的辩证法往往不容易被人理解。因为它需要通过反思间接地认识到。 知性辩证法与理性辩证法相比，它的特点是直观性和通俗性。理性辩证法的特点是间接性和深刻性。知性辩证法属于初级本质的辩证法，理性辩证法属于二级本质的辩证法。它们二者共同构成了辩证法内部的两个环节。如果我们用哲学的语言将二者区分开来的话，那么，知性辩证法把握的是不同质之间的对立统一关系，理性辩证法把握的是同一质内部的对立统一关系。 不同质，分别体现在外部，如偶数与奇数分别是不同性质的整数，它们之间是对立统一的关系。同一质，则进入到内部，如奇数内部分为两种：一种是不能再分解的奇数，我们称它为素数，一种是能够分解成若干个素数因子之积的奇数，我们称它为积数，即数学上的奇合数。素数与积数之间的对立统一关系，就是理性辩证法把握的同一质内部的矛盾。显然，理性把握的矛盾从外表看起来，是不存在的，表现形式都是奇数，没有本质的不同。但是，深入到奇数内部，人们发现，奇数内部也是存在矛盾的，这个矛盾就表现为奇数的存在形式不同，由此构成了素数和积数之间的对立统一关系。以上就是知性辩证法和理性辩证法的本质区别之一。 知性辩证法和理性辩证法的另一个本质区别表现在论述问题的形式上，知性辩证法缺乏辩证逻辑，通常采用的分析方法是外在对比法和现象描述法，而理性辩证法则使用辩证逻辑，通常采用的分析方法是矛盾分析法，贯穿逻辑和历史相统一这一原则。 从认识论的角度进行分析，知性辩证法和理性辩证法的本质区别还表现在认识深度上，对同一个矛盾，它们二者之间在认识深度上存在明显的差别。如共产党和国民党之间的斗争，从直观上把握二者之间的对立统一关系，就是知性辩证法的观点，此时人们得到的结论与现象完全一致，就是国民党和共产党之间的矛盾。从本质高度上把握这一矛盾，人们就会得到这是无产阶级和资产阶级之间的对立统一关系。此时，人们的认识上升了一步，从直接性前进到间接性，从初级本质进到了二级本质的高度。当人们的认识进到二级本质高度之后，就形成了理性辩证法的观点。由此可见，理性辩证法得出的观点具有间接性，它不能直观感觉到，必须通过反思上升到本质高度才能把握住。而知性辩证法把握的观点与客观存在直接联系在一起，它是直观反映出来的产物。

要讲清楚靶向治疗，得先讲一下大家都熟悉的“化疗”是怎么回事。 癌变细胞最大的生物学特征之一就是克隆性增长。“化疗”是“化学药物治疗”的简称，原理就是阻断细胞分裂，不让癌细胞数量增加。但是，细胞分裂增殖，不仅是癌细胞的生物学特征，也是生命的特征！因为几乎所有的组织都需要细胞不停地分裂增殖才能自我更新，尤其是造血干细胞，要不停地分裂才能补充免疫系统在保护人的健康过程中消耗掉的各种免疫细胞（造血干细胞的生物学行为跟癌细胞几乎一模一样），这就是为什么化疗的患者白细胞会降低的原因。 因此，化疗在杀死癌细胞的同时，也在杀死生命，这就是为什么患者不能长期化疗下去的根本原因，当然也不可能通过化疗治愈肿瘤（或癌症）。 靶向治疗就是要纠正化疗这种“好坏通杀”的弊端，怎么避免呢？怎么在身体数十万亿计的身体细胞（包括癌细胞和健康细胞）中，把肿瘤细胞识别出来，并把它们杀死呢？必须找到“靶子”。什么是靶子？就是正好就能认出来的“鹤立鸡群”。这样靶向药物才可以“枪打出头鸟”。医院要评估患者能否做靶向治疗的时候，要取肿瘤组织细胞做基因测试（看看有没有独特的靶子）。如果有某个已知的基因突变，在肿瘤组织中占的比重较大，同时又有专门针对这种突变的药物，就适合做靶向治疗。 靶向治疗相对一般的化疗，优点有二，一是选择性高，不良反应小。即误伤率低，不像普通化疗那样通过杀死患者杀死肿瘤。二对筛选过的患者，反应率很高。 既然如此，如果患者适合做靶向治疗，能否治愈癌症呢？答案是否定的。任何治疗肿瘤的手段（手术、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗）都不可能彻底治愈肿瘤。因为肿瘤只是“癌变”这个生病过程的临床表现，是癌变的症状。这些治疗不会改变能使癌症复发的根本条件。肿瘤可能会消失，但癌变不会，只要癌变不会消失，肿瘤就会所谓的“复发”。 因此，对患者身体内部的生物学环境进行彻底改造，使之不适合癌变过程的发生，才有望彻底治愈癌症。 说明：以上内容仅为个人查看书籍后的分享。
