Later, they go past a group of divers led by Tom Andrews (Barry Coe). Tom encounters the shark minutes after entering the water to catch lobsters and escapes the shark but suffers an embolism due to rushing to the surface too fast. Tina (Ann Dusenberry) and Eddie (Gary Dubin) later encounter the shark when it smashes into their sailboat, devouring Eddie and leaving Tina terrified and alone.Brody and his wife Ellen (Lorraine Gary) find the panicked diver being put into an ambulance, and Brody suspects that something must have scared him to make him come up so fast. Hendricks informs Brody that Mike has gone out sailing to the lighthouse with his friends, so Brody insists on taking the police launch to rescue them. Ellen and Hendricks both join him. 　搁浅（run aground）　　帆船运动技术术语。指帆船因掌握方向不当而误入水 深小子帆船吃水深度的浅滩上，或因控制不好被风吹在河 床浅处或海滩边，失去了浮力，无法航行。 编辑本段|回到顶部5.鲸鱼搁浅 　　　【事件描述】　　　２００９.3.28日清晨，一只鲨鱼尸体被海浪打上了三亚市三亚湾的沙滩上。尸体已经开始腐烂，暂不确定其死因和具体种类。而在之前，在澳大利亚出现大群鲨鱼搁浅死亡。对于保护鲸鱼，应该越来越受到关注！　　鲸鱼搁浅在我国已不是首次，在世界上更是频繁发生，其原因发人深思。　　2005年3月10日，广东吴川长8米重约4吨大鲸鱼搁浅死亡　　一条身长8米多、体重约4吨的国家一级海洋保护动物大鲸鱼，于2005年3月10日下午被人发现在吴川市大山江街道良美村附近海岸上搁浅死亡。　　2008年3月11日，一头2吨多重鲸鱼在海南搁浅死亡　　2008年3月11日凌晨，一条重达2吨多的鲸鱼被发现在海南省文昌市锦山镇潮滩港搁浅死亡。目前有关部门已经对鲸鱼进行了掩埋处理，并将提取该鱼骨架制作成标本供研究使用。　　2008年9月1日， 三千斤重鲸鱼搁浅金沙滩　　青岛早报讯，2008年8月30日晚上，一头重达3000斤的成年日本喙鲸在青岛开发区金沙滩海域搁浅。　　　【原因探寻】　　庞然大物也无助——鲸鱼搁浅背后的无奈　　究竟是什么让这样的悲剧频频发生，让我们看看专家的说法。　　　鲸鱼自己犯了迷糊？ 　　科学家们到目前为止还不能解释这些鲸鱼为什么会“搁浅”，但大多数解释都与其体内的回声定位系统有关。一条巨鲸的眼睛只有一个小西瓜那样大，而且视力极度退化，一般只能看到17米以内的物体，这与其庞大的身躯极不协调。它们并不依靠眼睛来导航、测物和捕食，而是拥有一种高灵敏度的回声测距本领。它们发射出频率范围极广的超声波，这种超声波遇到障碍物即反射回来，形成回声。鲸鱼就根据这种超声波的往返时间来准确地判断自己与障碍物的距离。　　内脏不适、出现寄生虫，或者系统本身的原因，都可能使回声定位系统出现故障，让鲸鱼迷失方向、四处乱窜。也有科学家认为，当鲸鱼为了捕食随水势误入地形平缓的水域，一旦退潮会造成搁浅；而当它们为了追食鱼群而游进海湾，向着有较大斜坡的海滩发射超声波时，回声往往误差很大，甚至完全接受不到回声，也会因此迷失方向。鲸鱼是恋群动物，如果有一条鲸鱼冲进海滩搁浅，其余的就会奋不顾身地跟随上去，造成群死群伤的悲剧。　　早在2004年12月，美国的《科学》杂志就曾报道，根据美国伍兹霍尔海洋研究所科学家的研究，部分科学家认为鲸鱼死亡的原因可能是它们浮上海面过快造成。这个研究所的两位科学家在研究搁浅致死的抹香鲸的骨骼后发现小凹洞，他们解释这是抹香鲸骨骼都出现的骨头坏死的现象。抹香鲸可以潜到水下3200多米深的地方捕食，如果它们迅速浮上浅海，体内的氮气就会涌出形成气泡。这些气泡纠结在组织中会压迫神经，阻塞毛细血管，导致其肌肉缺氧，甚至会影响骨骼引起区域性坏死，留下多处小凹洞。这显示，抹香鲸“自杀”很可能是他们觅食时升水过急而付出的代价。　　　大自然也推波助澜？ 　　1997年，马尔维纳斯群岛海岸约300头鲸鱼“集体自杀”。阿根廷学者分析后认为，当时太阳黑子的强烈活动引起了地磁场异常，发生了“地磁暴”，这破坏了正在洄游的鲸鱼的回声定位系统，令其犯下“方向性”的错误。　　英国国家海洋水族馆专家也曾猜测，可能是海底低频地震产生的声音冲击波干扰了这些哺乳动物的回声定位系统，从而使得它们误上了海滩。　　又是人类惹的祸？　　环境污染也被环保主义者和科学家认为是鲸鱼搁浅的原因。科学家们认为，那些污染海水的化学物质可能扰乱了鲸鱼的感觉。此外，法国拉罗谢尔海洋哺乳类动物研究中心副主任科列德博士认为，军舰声呐和回声控测仪所发出的声波及水下爆炸的噪音，会使鲸鱼的回声定位系统发生紊乱。 　　几年前，美国海军在巴拿马岛的深海中使用了大型的声呐设备，随后，一些鲸鱼海豚纷纷搁浅死亡。国家海洋渔业服务部门及海军的调查者称，声呐的噪音导致了海洋生物的死亡。他们发现鲸鱼的耳朵受到了严重的噪音损害，在鲸脑部及耳骨周围也有血迹。科学家称，海洋哺乳动物其实十分脆弱，稍有风吹草动就会受到惊吓。人类的海上演习也可能让它们惊慌失措。　　　【结语】　　从以上各方面看来，鲸鱼搁浅发生的原因是多样的，但是也有很大程度的原因是由于生态环境的改变，希望大家以后大家都能注意生态保护，多关注这方面的信息，此类悲剧能不在发生。
