在正式移民之前也看过很多人移民心得的帖子，其中不乏后悔移民、怀念国内生活的，或者说适应不了的，等等。到异国他乡旅游和到异国他乡长期定居工作并生活是完全不同的概念。很多人移民之后觉得不适应是因为本身可能还没有准备好融入当地的文化。2019年正式登陆澳洲之后至今，不算长，但算是已经适应了这边的生活，跟大家分享一下自己的一些感受。与陌生人Say hello来澳洲之后给我感触最深的一点是，陌生人之间Say hello似乎是一件司空见惯的事情。刚来的朋友可能多少有点不适应，因为国内的快节奏和高压力生活，基本上大家只有在见到自己熟悉的人之后才会释放笑容和善意。澳洲这边可能是因为大家相对而言都比较轻松的原因，陌生人之间也经常能感受到这种善意。比如跟陌生人搭乘同一部电梯，互相根本不认识，但是进电梯之后就会很自然的问候一句howis today going (你今天过得怎样)? 或者就是简单的说一句hello，以及互相帮对方按电梯键等。出电梯也会说一句seeya ( 澳式英语的Seeyou later)等。再比如，上公交车，大家上车的时候都会跟司机打声招呼，比如morning早上好。下车的时候无论是从前门下（经过司机）还是从后门下（司机可以从反光镜看到），大家都会习惯性地跟司机说一句Thankyou 谢谢，司机也会挥手或者点头示意。刚来的时候对于这种搭话还有点不太习惯，不是语言的问题，更多的是没有习惯这种与陌生人自然问候的氛围。不过其实过段时间，主动去适应这种文化和环境就好了。久而久之，其实会觉得每天的心情都变得很好。每天释放一些善意并且收到善意的回馈，本来就是美好的事情。澳洲人的慢澳洲人的慢也是很多移民来澳洲的同胞适应不了的一点。这个慢体现在各个方面，比如快递或者寄东西之类的，很多人都吐槽没有国内方便。这一点呢，确实是的，跟澳洲人工贵有关系。因为人工贵，没有办法安排人力上门收快递，所以没法做到像国内一样，手机预约，就有人上门收，需要自己把包裹扛去邮局(AustraliaPost)寄。刚来的时候确实有不习惯或者偶尔焦躁的时候，但澳洲有一个很神奇的地方，就是呆久了也容易变得佛系，包裹今天没到就再等一天，总归能到的。平邮的信寄去悉尼了还没收到，再等到下周应该就可以收到了之类的， 还逐渐演变成了开玩笑的梗。所以刚来的同学，适应一下就好：）其实Australia post的平邮澳洲本土人也吐槽，真的要快的话，建议选择Expresspost的服务，隔周寄可以隔天到，也可以有Tracking number。澳洲人的慢还体现在不会加班加点上。我本人从事金融行业，也跟很多fundmanager打交道，听到的最多一句话是we need 5-10 business days to process (我们需要5到10个工作日处理这个需求)。一开始的时候的确有的时候免不了会着急，觉得不就一个很小的要求，就不能快快做掉它么，但是澳洲人真的不太加班，而且再加上下午的coffee time啥的，确实如果真的比拚命，跟国内996习以为常的同学是没法比的。这个点也是需要适应，习惯一下，提前安排就好了。其实呆久了，设身处地，自己也会变得特别佛系，该下班下班，周末聚会，安排晚餐，享受生活。土澳不土同胞习惯戏称澳洲为土澳，大农村也是声名在外。但与之形成鲜明对比的是，澳洲依然稳居发达国家前列，这是个很有趣的现象。相比于国内大城市高楼大厦的鳞次栉比，发达的高铁网络和物流网络，大城市深夜不休的外卖小哥，深夜依然灯火通明的CBD，澳洲的确是“土”了一些。CBD就那么大，高楼也没多高，出了CBD就没有什么繁华似锦的感觉，高铁修了这么多年还没修起来，城市基建慢，没有什么日新月异的感觉，等等。混迹于上海陆家嘴十几年，看惯了各种繁华似锦，初来的确是不适应的。但其实呆久了，就发现虽然澳洲很多地方表面不繁华，但是内在设施其实很不错。比如，这边的房子和设施，不求新，但是维护做的特别好，所以相比于日新月异，更多的是细水长流。就拿昆州电车站的充值机来讲，那个刷卡的地方看起来旧旧的，但其实机器维护的很好。高铁这个事情也是很有趣，首先高铁都是直线修，但如果直线修，必然会经过当中的山林，就会牵涉到是不是影响动植物生态的问题。澳洲有强大的自然保护组织，当然政府本身对自然生态也很重视，所以利弊权衡，多方利益角力之下，修高铁也就一拖再拖。现在澳洲人民城市之间的旅行就是靠飞机，其实说实话，这边不像上海北京，去机场跟打仗一样，会担心堵车，担心人多，担心延误。这边的人口毕竟少，去机场一般也就半个小时，不会因为什么管制原因动不动延误取消(正常原因除外，国内时常往返京沪的出差大户都知道京沪之间飞机延误取消的频率)。所以你真说因为没有高铁而怎么影响了正常生活吧，也确实没有。电子支付相比于国内，澳洲的现金使用率却是要高一些。如果不用现金，就是用卡。刚来的新移民，因为习惯了国内只带手机出门的日子，用惯了支付宝和微信支付，可能一开始确实会不适应需要带钱包的过程。虽然澳洲人用现金的比率确实比国内高，但其实澳洲电子支付也是很发达的，只是不是以支付宝或者微信支付的表现形式表现出来而已。在华人超市，为了适应华人的支付习惯，多半都开通了支付宝和微信支付，配备了扫码枪。但是在一般的local的店铺，因为eftpos很方便，支持Tap and Go,所以一般都不会再为华人另外配备扫码枪。信用卡支付在这边很方便，而且不用刷卡，只需要用卡轻触屏幕即可，也就几秒的事情就完成了支付，当然大笔支付需要输入密码。其实跟支付宝和微信支付的速度差不多。当然你可以说出门还要带卡和钱包，不像国内一个手机就可以，这个确实是，但是多一张卡会有多大重量，其实也不会。当然，马爸爸还是很厉害的，其实澳洲很多地方都提供支付宝和微信支付的选项，但我还是会习惯性选择用卡，也是避免汇率的损失。关于排外和歧视可能大家在各类公众号上时不时会看到一些帖子，关于种族歧视和排外的问题 。就个人感觉而言，其实大多数澳洲人还是友好的。澳洲本来就是一个移民国家，所以对于种族歧视是非常敏感的，如果确认有种族歧视的行为，会被广泛谴责，所以本地白人对这一点也是很敏感。目前到现在，倒是没有碰到任何排外的人，大家还是挺友好的。其实从一个文化融入另一个文化，本来就是一件需要日积月累的事情，比如你要学习了解当地的饮食，学习了解他们平时交流的文化背景，比如食物，比如朋友之间开玩笑的梗，比如澳洲人热爱的运动种类（板球，澳式足球等），人的相处都是相互的，如果对方觉得你尊重他们的文化并且认同且愿意融入，也不会以恶意来回馈你。就拿我做例子，我现在工作的环境里，都是纯澳洲Local的同事，他们最热衷的一点就是跟我推荐各种澳洲本土的食物以及吃法，还会给我演示以及甚至做好带给我吃。举个例子，vegemite是澳洲人从小吃到大的酱，我一开始真的吃不惯，但是后来发现是自己的打开方式不对，澳洲同事为了展示做法，亲手做给我吃，证明效果的确不错：）作为回馈，我也会做一些中式的菜肴给他们共享，双方都还是很有爱且真诚的。总之，移民是一个很有趣的话题，有人后悔，有人不后悔，也有人在移民道路上游移不定。从我个人的角度来讲，一直坚信一个想法，就是移民的决定本身是一件非常非常个人的事情，每个人的生活不同，要达到的目标不同，追求的事情也各种各样。所以，别人的经历只能提供移民道路上的技术参考，而不是用来决定是否需要移民。移民很多时候代表重新开始，决定移民的过程是一个短暂的阵痛的过程，需要放弃自己习以为常的文化，习以为常的环境，习以为常的语言，需要学习新的交流方式，以及最大程度的去欣赏并且拥抱当地的文化，把自己当作一个local。无论移还是不移，都希望大家得偿所愿，开心生活。如果想了解更多移民相关信息，欢迎联系。
