logo、专辑封面，你甚至还亲自导演了多支 MV，所以将音乐通过视觉概念来进行具象化的传达是一个怎样的过程？ Joe Hahn： 我和成员们总是会从生活中观察并试图反映出一些事情。音乐灵感可以来自每个地方，我可能梦想拥有一件东西，那我就写一首关于这个东西的歌；我看了一部电影，其中的故事我特别喜欢，或者它蕴含着某种吸引我的能量，或者说我站在了全然不同的角度对此有所感悟，我都希望去抓住这些灵感，去思考，然后创作出来。视觉艺术也是一样， 月开始进行的个人项目，它的概念和旅行有关。打个比方，你在家的时候身边会有所有你需要的东西，但当你出门旅行的时候，你会挑出一些必需品放在你的那只 “carry on bag“ 里，而对我来说，照相机就是我这只 “carry on bag” 中的必需品。在那段时间我经常携带一台我喜爱的相机在身边，正巧那时候我们的 One More Light 巡演也在进行中，于是就自然而然地记录下了这些珍贵回忆，不过后来我们停止巡演后这个项目也就告一段落了。 除了旅行的概念，我还赋予了它第二层意思，那就是 “carry on with my life“。 这些照片不仅是储存回忆的时间胶囊，也是让我可以展望未来、继续好好生活的一种疗愈手段。 N： 比起其他摄影师的拍摄，作为乐队 DJ 的你亲自记录下的这些巡演画面一定有一些不一样的视角吧？ Joe Hahn： 因为我知道现场进行的每一个细节，行动也很自如，可以去到一些没人会去的位置，所以我的视角是独一无二的。再者巡演上的大部分歌曲我们都已经演了二十年了，我很清楚什么时候我可以空出手来进行拍摄，比如有时候只需要 vocal 和吉他演奏的时候，我就会到处跑一跑。只要灯光到位，或者我觉得某个瞬间十分特别，我就会按下快门。惊喜的是最后出来的这些照片质量很高，所以我就决定拿出来与身边的人以及粉丝分享。
