老实说这个问题我跟曾经的老师也讨论过，最后认为和你改良后的一致：Jasper White是那种罕见的相信古代神话的人。其实这和原译文“贾斯珀·怀特是少有的相信古代神话的人之一”所表述的意思是一致的。但是单独从句子中看的话，“one of +名词／代词”这个结构，of后面的名词必须是复数，但与这个结构连用的动词必须是单数：One of your friends is waiting for you now.你的一位朋友正在等你。课文中who代指的是one of those rare people，所以动词用believes如果用believe则表示who指代those rare people,不论是用believes或believe，语法上都说得过去，最终要表达的意思也是一样的。同意你学习“正统的外语”的精神，但我个人更认为任何一门语言都不是用规则能限定死的，而是需要活用的，中文与英文有不同的表达结构，不然也不会有“意译”的说法了

呵呵，其实前辈之前的很多回答，都可以解决你的疑问~~但是鉴于你还是个高二的学生，我觉得我也可以用我的经验给你补充一下。前辈说的很简单也很明了了，17岁和20岁确实是有天壤之别的，但是我可能天生比别人愚钝一点吧，我可以说我在21岁之前对这个世界的认知基本都是停留在人云亦云，盲目跟风，狗P不懂的状态~~那时候我和你是一样的，看到谁谁谁学了这个，出去赚了多少钱，或者谁谁谁敢于破釜沉舟，孤掷一注去创业，然后发了大财，上了哪个电视节目访谈，就感觉他们好厉害，好有理想志气，敢作敢为乘风破浪。听着他们的论述，就会感觉荷尔蒙急速上升，心情激动，也想出去大干一番的想法~~，呵呵，这其实也是正常的。但是跨过了年龄那个坎后，也不知道真实的原因是什么，自然的成熟了很多，自己问了自己很多问题，同时也思考了很多事，之前听不进别人的一句话，现在是只要本质点到了，都可以接受。所以当你达到了一定的年龄，有了一定的阅历，能反过来重新思考，重新辨别自己的经历，并能博采众长，细心采纳了之后。你就会发现很多事其实没有那么简单，不是当年自己想当然就可以了的，很多东西的本质，其实自己之前根本没有去发现，而同时也理解到了自己在那个年龄阶段是不可能去发现的。那时候的我们，精力活跃激进，但是缺乏严谨而全面的思考能力，想的东西都是很片面，性格不稳，非黑即白。你看到前辈说销售收入高，进入门槛低，工作又没有那么累，在利益使然的想法下自然而然的认为自己应该去做销售，这也是正常的。任何一个对这个社会有了一定的认识，但是还没能真正的看清这个社会的人都会自然而然的这样想的，这没有错，我要是在你那个年纪，也会这么想的。前辈现在说的，你也应该看到了，但是估计还没有能够仔细思考，因为在高二是不可能有这个阅历去仔细思考的。但是也希望你能记住，你现在的任务不是赚钱，不只是你，连现在的我都没有那个资格谈去赚钱，因为我知道，就算现在给我一亿去做生意，如果不是委托他人全由我一个人来决策的话，不出一两年会亏的分文不剩，甚至会拉下不只一亿的负债。理由很简单，没有足够的阅历，没有足够的经验，甚至不知道自己该去学什么，也不知道做生意需要什么，之前想的都太简单了。我的建议也是一样的，好好读你的书，好好过现在的生活，把融洽同学之间的关系，坦诚和包容作为你的目标就够了。你现在还不需要想赚钱的事。不只是你，我也是一样的，我现在只敢想着自己该去吃哪分苦，该学什么东西，该怎么学，问自己一大堆自己都哑口无言的问题。呵呵，当你到了我这个年龄，那时候，我估计也有了一定的经验和阅历了，那时候我们可以好好交流，我和你一样也是一直向前辈学习的。

楼主，你好！非常感谢你的信任，首先我还是请大家能够发帖的情况下还是尽量发帖询问，一来因为BAIDU能人异士非常多，我个人的片面之言难免有所偏颇，有更多朋友的回复肯定比我一个人说要好；二来因为每天给我消息的朋友实在太多，我实在有些不堪重负，仅今年半年我收到各样的问题就多达700余条，其中大量的问题都是重复的。作为我个人的原则，大家认认真真问我，我就应该认认真真回复，我都是一一回应的，但是我建议大家在这里发帖，有很多共同的问题可以一起回复，这样可给我节省下了大量的时间，先谢谢大家了。关于你的问题：1。这样的做法，我个人不欣赏。确实为了有些突破，或者为了增加相应的筹码，很多人都这样做了，但是效果非常不好。首先一个公司的产品，必然有其自身的体系，作为一个外人，是不可能完全理解每一个功能或者细节的作用的，贸然改动，很可能把一个成熟的产品反而弄得面目全非。要知道很多客户的要求是非常变-态的，所以很多产品的部分功能都是为了一些客户的特殊要求去设计的。所以不要随便去改动别人的设计，很可能让对方非常反感。如果是纯设计类的工作，你为了展示自己的技巧和能力，可以完成按自己的创意去设计一些东西，可以与目标公司的产品有异曲同工的东西，但是不要去冒用和改动别人的设计。至少这点我是很反感的。重工业的问题，其实要从机械行业自身的特点来分析了。自古人类发展过程中的原始工具，从应用功能上来分类多数都属于重工业。所以即便是今天的重工业依然体现了机械行业最最基础的一些知识，其结构设备也都可以成为教科书般的典范。因为机械行业注意基础和原始积累，所以从重工业中学习机械行业知识是一种不错的选择。但是学习的途径是很多的，并不是单单这一条路，如果在学校中你学到的基础知识够扎实，也可以直接从轻工业，从精加工开始入手，但是你会发现一上来，你会连一些很基础的知识都不明白，那就是因为缺少全面的积累。2。其实我的经历在以前的帖子里都有提到过。我毕业后就是做的机械设计，但是前两年，做的内容和机械设计完全无关，那时我自己也不懂，完全是公司的安排。第一年我全部在车间，车，刨，铣，锻，铸，钣金，冲，折弯，焊接，成型……全部都做过，第二年在制造（组装）流水线，质量，物流，客服。这两年的轮岗教会了我公司内几乎所有的流程，和开发必要的技术，我是从第三年开始真正回到开发部开始机械设计工作的。我可以告诉你，我第一份工作是在日本公司，而且工资非常低。但是我今天回头看看，我觉得那两年很值得，教会我太多东西了。所以如果你想去学习一点东西，可以去日本公司回炉另造一下。（这里对于盲目反日，无视我们和日本差距的愤青表示鄙夷，要爱国，就去学点真本事去。）所以我再次重复一句话：学机械这条路，没有任何捷径。只有靠自己两只手去做出来，没有人会教你，你的手是你唯一的老师。我一直认为我在前期学习的这两年还不够，但是也走到今天了，你可以参考一下，就我个人而言，想不出其他更快速的方法。对于设计相关的辅助内容，比如财务，成本，流程，物流等方面，本身不是开发设计人员的长处，但是由于设计工作的特殊性，也要掌握。其渠道是非常夺得。任何一个项目都有负责人，这个人都要算成本，如果你不会，你可以问他；任何公司都有流程，哪怕有些小公司把老板的话当流程，那也是流程，正规部门的流程在质量部门都可以查到。这些东西如果明着学不到，那就只能暗地学。做我们这行的，有谁没有偷过师呢。举个例子，当年我第一次遇上一个设计难关，上面总是说，成本太高，项目作不成，但是又不肯放弃。我问产品经理，预算差多少，他死活就是不说。那我就开始忽悠他，先把成本列表打乱，然后告诉他是可以做到的，把他胃口吊起来，然后一边算一边告诉他，这里有遗漏，那里有错误。总之最后的结论就是，能做与不能做之间，他如果不告诉算法，我就没办法帮他做下去。他不得以将公司成本的计算方式和人工，管理费用让我看了一下。这张表我当初是看不懂得，但是这些名词统统记下，其中包含OVERHEAD,LABOR TIME,INVEST,MARGIN,PROFIT,EBIT,IRR,NPV。。。。然后回去找个财务，一点点补起来。最后弄懂了全部的成本核算方法，然后我更改了我全部的设计，倒退下来，最后满足了设计要求，把产品经理扔一边去，直接汇报上级把标给拿下来了。这只是一个很简单的例子，如何用软技能和别人去沟通，甚至去偷学，都是靠自己的，所以我非常反对总是问没有机会没有机会，机会就在你身边，关键你是否看见了，你是否抓住了，甚至说，实在没有机会，你自己会不会去创造机会。3。任何行业都有分叉，这非常正常。结构设计和分析应用，已经是不同的两条路了。结构设计，依然是传统设计的老路，而分析应用则转到理论了。很简单就可以解释了。研发部的英语怎么说？ R&D的全称是：Research and Development。结构设计就是Development；分析应用就是Research。我们国内的现状是大量的Development而相应的Research是凤毛麟角。全球自动化行业很多，那个帖子里提到的公司，我单独和那位朋友沟通过，我这里不希望再在公开场合提到该公司的名字。因为商业合作的关系，我也不想给他们带来太多的困扰，因为那些产品目录的价值不菲，应该有更多的有实际需求的朋友来使用。如果有机会，我们私下交流。至于去做销售这样的话，绝对不是开玩笑。上海一套像样子的，地段还凑合的房子，大约需要150-200万，稍微好一些的，内环以内的，都在250以上（上海普通房价上限是247万/套，市政-府定的）。那么这么多房子都是谁买走了？除了炒房团，除了个别老板，除了一些大家都知道的人和职业以外，那么常规职业里能买这样房子的人十个里至少有9个是销售。所以不要怀疑销售这个行业的实际收入，不论他们的名义工资有多么低，你要问他们的实际收入是多少。这点我不想在这里多说了，社会问题，我们是无力的。4。机械工程师绝对不等于机械设计师。诚然设计师更偏向理论，而工程师更偏向于实际工作。比如说生产线上，要装配一个组件，机械设计师可以把图画的很完美，公差定的很合理，整个设计都完美无缺，但是组件就是装配不起来。而交给机械工程师，他不用看图纸，他会直接分析为什么装不上，然后改正工艺，调整装配系数，最后解决问题。也就是说，设计师很多时候只是保证产品是可以被生产出来的，是可以成为产品的，是理论家；而工程师是保证设计如何被执行，如何被更好的执行，产品如何做的更好，是实干家。所以我们经常开玩笑说，设计师不要和工程师去比谁的螺丝拧得更快，工程师也不要和设计师去比谁公差带背的更熟。有些地方，两者是可以被集合的，所以你会看到有的职位上写：机械设计工程师。本质上两者不冲突，只是侧重不同。5。最后一个问题，你这里没有写，但消息里你也提到了，我都看见了我也知道你的意思。说实话，我要劝你，三思而后行，你知道去年金融危机，江浙两省倒闭了多少小型加工单位？仅昆山和苏州两个工业园区，就减产，停产1700多家。自己出来做有那么容易吗？而且这点并非我藐视我这些同行，高手我见得多了，让我开口叫老师的人也多了，但是就我身边所看见的这些人多数连门都还没进来呢，就想着要自己做，后果是非常非常严重的。这属于私人范畴，我这里不多言了。相反的，还在那里默默耕耘的人，未来反而有可能使他们的，厚积而博发，是一个非常明智的做法。最后我个人坚信一个道理，机械行业靠的是经验和积累，没有十年以上的功力，千万不要轻举妄动。我已经转型做管理，所以也不是很在意自己的技术如何了，就我的能力，我顶多也算是刚刚进了门，所以我从不认为我自己有多牛，机械技术浩瀚如海，要进个门都不是容易事。而如果只做了几年就想出来闯，就觉得自己都会了，那这样的人我是不会多给他一点建议的，因为用不了多久，他们会为自己的冲动付出代价的。希望你能真正理解我的这些文字，谢谢！

你好！几乎每个大公司都有自己定制的项目管理软件，如果是超大规模的豪门公司，那么很多都是把项目管理软件和PDM结合起来定制的。所以这针对于公司以外的人来说，几乎是无法说明白的，也不可能听说过这些名字。名字是五花八门的，我们公司叫PLM central,其他公司有叫win trial,introlink,PM tec，project matrix,等等，更多的连名字都没有。而所谓的项目管理软件，无非就是把项目管理的诸多阶段和必要的文档直接做成软件，直接用填入式的方式录入数据库，从而设定流程来进行强制管理而已，没有什么玄机。对于比较大众化的管理软件，最多的就是Microsoft Project软件，我目前也在用，因为我公司是直接把MS project结合PDM进行定制的。该软件如果定制的好，还可以和邮件系统连接起来，及时更新数据，并通过邮件系统来发送项目指令邮件等等。这个软件学习的话，书城里书很多，可以自己参考下。其实，我个人觉得，如果做项目思路够清晰，是不需要什么软件的，最普通的Excel也是非常非常好的软件，我们经常在一些小项目上，就直接用Excel进行设定和管理，一样可以很好的完成项目。
