最近以来，安装premiere cs4 软件出的问题不少，总有人遇到原来安装的软件不能打开，删除软件后不能再安装，安装以后也不能很好地使用。由于对这一软件的喜好，用了几天时间的折腾，初步理出一些思路，与网友分享。 笔者有一cs4的合集，压缩后是5G多，解压后是8G多，早几年下载的，安装后所包含的软件一直很好用，其中有PR，PS，AE，AI等，也一直当作宝贝收藏着。前些时间，发现PR不能打开了，也在想：已经修改了hosts中的内容，平时很少连接网络，怎么会出现这类情况呢？不能用了只得重装，于是就卸下了PR。在windows的添加和删除软件页面中去卸，找不到有关的目录，于是用优化大师来卸，还是不能如愿。凭多少年玩软件的经验告诉我，这个软件很难卸载干净。抱着侥幸心理，就开始重装。这里有二种选择，一是可以选择合集中的premiere来安装，二是可以找单独的这一软件来装。因为这二个软件都有备份，所以先用单独的这一软件来安装。开始没多久，屏幕就提示，你已经安装了premiere，并且只有退出的选择，说明用这一压缩包来安装显得不可能了。 从头开始，用合集安装吧，也遇到类似问题，在premiere的目录上是不可选的，说明系统中还是存在着这一软件。只能从清理系统开始，用了优化大师与注册机清理这二个软件分别清理，还设法手动删除注册项，删除安装目录等，以为是清理干净了，再用合集来安装。显示是能安装了，开心了一阵子，但是等安装结束，仍找不到启动软件的图标，在安装的目录中只有四个文件夹，说明仍然不能启动PR。想从其它电脑中将缺少的文件与文件夹移过来启动，居然成功启动，前提是要同一个合集安装的PR。但是还是不放心，它能不能使用呀？于是用了一段很短的视频作试验，能剪辑，在时间线上也都能操作，但是当输出这一节目时，在Media Encoder中死活不让成功，总是出现黄色感叹号。这中间也试了同时安装中文化程序，显示马上打不开软件，可见中文化程序是不能用了；也安装过所谓的破解补丁，也马上显示不能打开，说明有关方面已经从这二个角度下了功夫，不让破解得逞。而修改hosts仍然显得有效和必要。 遇到问题，干脆换一种思路，在另一台没有安装过PR的台式机上去试，这次用了2.46G这个PR的单独压缩包安装，安装过程异常顺利，说明软件是可用的；为了使用2.7版本的帧服务器，马上将PR升级为4.21这个版本，这里有二个东东需要升级，一是PR，二是Media Encoder，咱也不敢上网去下载，用原来保存的软件升级安装了，很快成功。最后用帧服务器搭桥输出，过程很顺利。 整个过程提醒自己，安装这一软件要注意几个方面，一是不能再用中文化程序；二是不能再用破解补丁；三是不能在上网时打开这一软件；四是重装的前提是重装系统才能成功。当然如果不用破解的软件，这些将都不是问题！当然，提倡使用正版软件是阳光大道。

一、通常情况下的抠像这里的通常情况是指拍摄的素材较好，如背景色较干净、单纯、均匀。抠像时先将背景素材调入A轨或B轨，再将欲抠像的素材拖到S轨（A、B轨是转换特技轨，没有透明特技）。如图－1所示，通过透明（Transparency）进入“Key type”选择，选取色键（Chroma），并在颜色样本窗里选取要抠去的背景色，适当地调整4个参数（Similarity、Blend、Threshold、Cutoff）即可一次抠去背景色，显露出欲合成的底层图像。图1 一般抠像设置　二、在背景不干净的情况下抠像由于种种原因，有些素材在拍摄时留下一些遗憾，如背景颜色不干净，光线不匀，人物与背景太近而留下较宽较重的阴影等等。这样在后期抠像时出现一些麻烦，但只要仔细地选取色键颜色，反复比较，并用放大镜在样本窗里（Sample）放大，用手形工具拖到各个位置仔细观察，一般也能抠干净。有时在素材输入时，由于放像机和视频之间的相位之差，画面的一边或两边有一道黑边，这种情况常常是很难避免，在抠像处理时可以采取以下方法解决：在设置透明时，调整样本窗里被透明的区域，可以拖住样本窗的四个角上的点向里，以遮住难以抠掉的部分。调整参数及抠像效果如图－2。也可以用滤镜里的修剪工具（clip）将上下或左右多余的部分修剪掉。但一般第一种方法较方便。　图2 抠像时加遮挡设置　三、在画面大小不合要求时抠像。由于拍摄时很难把握好人物在合成画面中的位置、大小等情况，如果直接用来抠像，可能不符合画面的整体要求，此时要将画面缩小或放大，或者重新放置另一个位置，再与背景进行合成。这种情况下，一般很难一次将人物抠在背景的合适位置，常需要分两步才能做到。第一步是将画面按要求缩到合适的位置，并将背景抠像成一纯颜色——通常为黑色，然后生成；第二步是将生成后的文件作为素材调入，再一次抠像，即抠掉黑色与背景叠加。具体操作步骤如下：将欲进行抠像的画面调入S轨，A、B轨上不放任何素材，这样经过抠像后背景即为黑色。如图－3所示。 图3 与空背景抠像对画面做缩小处理。根据创意，人物是在画面的左下角设点画面的1/4位置。尽管在滤镜里也有缩放特技，但那些都比较规则，而此处的缩放是不规则的，所以用运动里的缩小比较好控制，右键点击素材，选择运动（Motion），在时间线上（Time）点一下起点，在放缩（Zoom）栏内键入60，也即将图像缩小为60%（具体情况要看实际拍摄的大小和要求的画面而定，这里经试验缩小60%较合适）。然后用手指（将鼠标移至起点处就成了手指形状）拖动起点。到左下角约（-17，13）的位置（这也要根据画面和要求而定），同理将终点也缩小为60%，并拖放到起点的位置。如果不能准确地拖到起点处，可以通过键盘在“Info”栏 里键入。此时示范窗里的白色换成黑色，即在“Fill color”处点左键，在弹出的调色盒里选取黑色，也就是将画面缩小后剩余部分也填成黑色。见图－4所示。 　图4 从Motion中设置缩小画面　对画面做抠像处理。先取素材点右键，选择透明（Transparency），选择键类型（Key Type）为色键（chroma）。此时要选择的是人物后面的背景色(在此例中为 黄 色，这是拍摄时用 黄 色做了背景。其实，任何单色布、纸均可以作为背景，只要干净、平整、光线均匀，人与背景反差适当即可。但一般经验以兰色或黑色做背景较好，这些拍摄的技巧不是本专题的主要内容，不再多述）。如果拍摄时，背景色较纯、光线也较均匀，只要将吸管吸取背景色，再适当地调整下面的滑块就可以了。但由于本例拍摄时背景光线不均，且背景有褶皱，所以抠像很难选准代表色，需要反复调整试验。将吸管在中间亮度部分取颜色，调整“Similarity”，直到背景基本消失，但画面的两边还有一些消除不了，可以拖动样本窗里的四个顶角的控制点向里拉，缩小抠像的范围，只让人物背景部分抠干净即可。操作中，可以通过放大镜局部放大，并用手形工具拖动检查边缘，以达到最佳状态。还可以反复微调“Similarity”、“Blend”的值。“Threshold”和“Cutoff”这两个参数只在与背景合成时效果较明显，而在纯黑背景时不明显。为使边缘光滑，可以将“Smoothing”调到“High”状态，全部调整后的参数状态见图－5。 　图5 缩小后抠像的设置　从图5样本窗里看，好像抠像区域已把人物遮住，但由于此素材已做了向左下角缩小的处理，而在样本窗里则不能表现出来，经生成观察并没有遮住人物，也可以进入运动观察是否遮住了人物。当然，这只是特例，是为了遮挡这一部分无法消除的背景，如果背景色单纯，就不必这样做。图－6是再次从运动窗口里看到的抠像和缩小后的效果。在实际操作中，第二步和第三步可以交换顺序或交替试验，并试生成一帧观看，如没有问题就可以生成720×576的文件。　图6 左图为先缩小后抠像， 右图为先抠像后缩小　再次抠像。以上生成的文件只是将人物按要求缩小了，并统一背景色，要将人物抠到背景上，需进行二次抠像。将素材调入S轨，背景调入A轨或B轨。由于素材的背景是黑色的，可以用多种键型式进行抠像，如：“Chroma”、“RGB Differeuce”、“Luminance”，经试验“RGB Differeuce”和“Luminance”这两种抠像效果较好，配合其他参数适当调整能达到较好的效果。见图－7所示。
