这是VisualStudio的一个BUG，只出现在Windows2000/XP下。如果你不使用VisualStudioAnalyzer，可以在安装时选择Custom，然后在EnterpriseTools中清除掉VisualStudioAnalyzer。再安装就没有这个问题了。如果一定要使用VisualStudioAnalyzer，可以在安装后在进行配置工作，参考微软的KnowledgeBase的文章：“257413“BUG:"SetupWasUnabletoCreateaDCOMUserAccount"ErrorMessageinVisualStudio6.0”。
