针刺肾俞可使患者泌尿功能明显增强，酚红排出量也较针前增多，尿蛋白减少，高血压下降，这种效应一般可维持2～3h，个别可达数日，患者水肿也减轻，甚至消失。动物实验证实给造有输尿管瘘的狗从胃内或直肠内灌入一定量的水，在肾泌尿量增加的基础上，针刺“肾俞”可引起水利尿的抑制，同时伴有肾小球滤过率的降低。功能状态不同，针刺肾俞可有不同效应。例如，健康人在水负荷下，针刺肾俞配复溜则表现为抗利尿作用。[6] 针刺肾俞穴，对正常机体的水利尿作用有抑制作用，但对肾病尿少者有利尿作用[1]。对出现蛋白尿的慢性肾炎或高血压患者，可使尿蛋白减少或消失[1]。 针刺健康人肾俞，可引起肾曲小管排泄量增加，对肾小球滤过值无影响。 用毫米微波照射正常家兔和急性缺血家兔的“肾俞穴”后，肾血流量皆较前明显升高。切断肾神经后，肾血流量增加的幅度大于未切断肾神经者（P<0.05）。 16.2 对膀胱的影响 针刺肾俞对膀胱张力有一定的调整作用，针后可使紧张性膀胱松弛，松弛性膀胱紧张[6]。 针刺家兔肾俞穴，引起膀胱内压上升占17.91%，下降占34.86%。 16.3 对肠功能的影响 针刺肾俞，对肠功能障碍者可使其肠功能正常化，说明针刺肾俞有调整肠功能的作用[6]。 16.4 对免疫功能的影响 针刺肾俞后RBCC3bR升高，说明受体兴奋、红细胞免疫黏附活力增强，RBCIC降低（可能与细胞加速运送和处理免疫复合物，使红细胞膜上空位C3bR受体数目增多有关），从而增强机体潜在代偿能力。[6] 16.5 对垂体肾上腺皮质功能的影响 如在家兔或大鼠的“足三里”、“肾俞”针刺，结果发现尿中17
