一个蓬勃的春天，如今各大媒体都在热闹地探讨山寨机的创新模式、竞争优势和可取经验。与此同时，大量国内网站采用同样的山寨战略集体模仿国外Facebook、Youtube等成功网站，获得了大量用户甚至拿到了不菲的投资。　　“说起山寨手机，就必须提到它们共用的MTK芯片”，首信集团市场部的房先生对记者表示。MTK是一家台湾的芯片厂商，中文名字叫联发科技股份有限公司，英文全称叫MediaTek。就是这家创立于1997年的公司，一度被美国《福布斯》杂志评为“亚洲企业50强”，而他们研制出的MTK手机芯片则震动了整个手机产业链条。　　房先生对记者表示，MTK芯片把手机主板、软件集成到一起卖，只要加个外壳和电池，谁都能用MTK提供的手机“半成品”生产出一台手机，所以一些小作坊都堂而皇之地做起了手机制造。这就像你去市场买一台电脑兼容机一样，CPU、内存、硬盘、显卡都给你配好，你只要用螺丝把它们拧紧，你唯一能选的硬件是机箱，对应到手机就是一个外壳的不同而已。这也就是为什么市场上有那么多功能一样，只是外壳稍有不同的“山寨手机”的原因。　　你都想要什么功能?摄像头、MP3、MP4、支持储存卡、触摸屏、蓝牙，你想得出来的功能它都有，最重要的是，它便宜，极端便宜，一套这样的系统，在深圳据说只卖300-400块钱。　　2007年10月，国家实施长达9年的“手机牌照”制度取消，“山寨手机”身上的“黑色”渐渐退去，“山寨手机”摇身一变成了正规军。在“山寨手机”卖的如火如荼之时，国内几大名牌厂商终于坐不住了，纷纷倒向“山寨手机”的竞争策略：采用MTK的解决方案，大打超大屏、多喇叭、全屏手写牌，要为自己市场份额打拼。　　一个新兴的国产手机牌子迅速抢占市场份额，到年底的时候，该品牌的实际销售量竟然超过了三星、索爱、摩托罗拉和LG，这就是天语，一个名不经传的山寨厂商起家者。　　作为“山寨手机”的正规军，天语可谓所向无敌，当时国内红极一时的TCL、康佳、波导等纷纷销声匿迹。据曾参观过天语生产线的业内人士透露，天语手机的质检要求要高于国家标准2-3倍，也就是说，每个天语旗下的产品都有着绝对的质量保证。MTK和山寨的组合，终于修成了正果。　　“山寨手机”主攻农村及二、三级市场　　“农村包围城市”是“山寨手机”的市场策略，这既可以有效避开了与诺基亚、三星、摩托罗拉等国际品牌之间直接竞争，也可以利用功能强大价格低廉等优势对抗国产大厂。记者曾经与数位身份、收入、地位不同的各界人士交流是否会购买“山寨手机”的问题，结果发现学生、低收入打工者比较容易接纳“山寨手机”，这也说明“山寨手机”还是有其存在的市场空间。　　在中小城市和农村市场上，消费者往往更加注重手机的功能、外观，对品牌的诉求相对较低，这让“山寨手机”看到了机会。而外资品牌对农村市场的重视程度远远不够，在三、四级市场与国产品牌竞争，“山寨手机”有着强大的功能优势和价格优势，所以波导手机、夏新手机老总曾经高呼亏损是因为“黑手机”。　　“山寨手机”最让人诟病的就是质量问题。据业内人士介绍，低价的“山寨手机”一方面推行“坏了就换新的”、“价格超低扔了也不可惜”等策略的同时，某些销售商还推行“体验式营销”。“山寨手机”一般会让消费者以较低的成本去体验使用，让他们感受到“山寨手机”的功能和服务，体验好了然后还可以参加“赢利计划”，比如，你购买一部“山寨手机”可以获得一个“分享优惠卡”，你将卡片介绍给朋友让他们来购买“山寨手机”的时候，会获得价格优惠同时你也可以获得一部分的现金补偿，这个计划绝对是诱人的。　　经过几年对广大农村及二、三级市场的“精耕细作”，“山寨手机”竟也站稳了脚跟。据了解，一些国内手机大品牌羡慕“山寨手机”之余，也纷纷倒向山寨阵营，只有夏新在自主研发道路上苦撑，夏新为此还打了个“与众不同”广告。　　“山寨手机”路在何方　　北京女人街附近的七彩手机市场，似乎永远人头攒动。“山寨手机”就混迹在一排排的柜台中买卖兴隆，“触摸屏、功能多、价格实惠”成了摊主招揽生意的口头禅。　　但是横在“山寨手机”面前的一个严重问题是部分不守信用的摊主们以次充好，产品质量问题频出;其次，“山寨手机”不具备核心技术和模仿热销机型的外观，同样面临着知识产权问题。正如工业和信息化部一位专家所说，管理“山寨手机”有三难：监察难——经销商打游击战;督促难——市场开办方自律不完善，听任“山寨”进出;协调难——相当比例的消费者专挑“山寨手机”买。在日前召开的手机行业研发会上，业内专家们纷纷表示，相关部门应尽快出台法律法规，工商、公安、海关、版权等部门联合规范手机市场，从源头上防止“山寨手机”的泛滥。　　与此同时，一些如“天语”等有实力的“山寨手机”企业们，开始走树立品牌的道路，开始走正规化研发、生产、推广的模式，这才是“山寨手机”的正途。　　剿灭抑或招安，“山寨手机”的命运将受到广大消费者的持续关注。　　山寨机为什么不愿意被招安？　　说到“招安”二字，人们往往首先想到的是梁山好汉宋江。宋江本可以带领弟兄们把山寨之路进行到底，但为了洗白自己和兄弟们的身份，成为可以光宗耀祖的朝廷大臣，最终还是媚着笑虔诚地向当朝天子下跪了，低下了他那颗曾经热血沸腾的头颅。结果呢？他不但没有为他的兄弟们谋得锦绣前程，反倒把和他一起出生入死的弟兄们带上了死亡之路。不知宋江临死前有没有后悔过自己的选择？　　后悔已晚，一切已成为历史。　　最近有些消息，说政府有意伸出了橄榄枝，要将山寨机招安。对此，一位山寨机老板摇头明确表示：我们不愿意被招安，如果说不招安是死路一条，那么招安了呢？死的更快！我们还是宁愿多活一段时间。　　为什么山寨机老板会认为招安了死的更快呢？他解释说，尽管国家相关部门已经做出了积极举措来下调手机检测费和检测时间，但这个力度与他们的理想值还是相差甚远。同样做一部手机，一个要花几十万检测费和几个月的等待检测时间，而另一个却什么也不需要，做好了就直接上市，你若是厂家，你选择哪条路？把这个检测费用让利给消费者，把这些时间留给消费者，让他们提前享受到手机功能和外观的更新，不是更好吗？作为企业，当然愿意洗白，正正经经地做实业，可正规国产手机们够“白”吧？他们的结局如何呢？结局就是比山寨机死的更快更惨烈，如此活生生的例子就摆在面前，还需要山寨机用脑袋去选择吗？“白白净净”地把企业做大做强肯定是山寨机企业的最大理想，但问题是没有一定的经济实力，哪能成功洗白呢？大多数山寨机只能选择继续“山寨”，而极少数的大山寨老板或许能成功地洗脚上岸，但这肯定是要付出相当大的经济代价，而且上岸后的前途是否一帆风顺，没有任何人能打包票。　　笔者又在网易、新浪等大论坛查看了网友们关于山寨机的留言，意外的是，在正规手机企业和媒体对山寨机进行炮轰的时候，网友们竟然异常团结地站在山寨机们这一边。笔者归纳了一下，网友们力挺山寨机的理由如下：　　一是山寨机的质量并不像媒体批评的那样差，有些网友们甚至觉得山寨机比有些正规牌子的手机还好用，而且功能更多，外观也更好。至于售后服务，反正正规军的售后服务也不怎么样，有和没有并没有什么区别，何况有些山寨机还有售后服务呢！　　二是山寨机的价格确实实惠，有的网友甚至对山寨机充满感激，说如果没有山寨机，也许现在手机还在卖电脑价，还举例说山寨机没出来时，一些手机售价五六千，山寨机一出来，那些手机只用一千多块就能买到了，为消费者省钱，山寨机的贡献功不可没。　　三是山寨机极具创新意识，不怕丢脸，不怕低利润，把能实现的功能都实现，想方设法地满足消费者的一切需求，即使消费者暂时没有的需求，也能创造出来，只有想不到，没有做不到。这种草根文化显然比那种一本正经、自以为是、拖拖拉拉的官僚文化更受消费者欢迎，也更具有竞争力，更符合市场需要。因此更受网友们认可，有网友甚至说：“农业学大寨，工业学山寨”，看来山寨精神已经深入人心。或许以前还有人认为买山寨机的都是没文化没钱的三、四级市场的消费者，现在这个想法已经落后了，你能认为如此众多的来自北京、上海等大城市的网友们都是没钱没文化的主儿么？至少从他们的文笔和分析看来，还是颇有水平和见地的。　　招安有检测费用和时间的障碍，还有正规国产手机死亡的例子，而不招安却有消费者们的大力支持和市场的需要，还有“船小好掉头”的优势，山寨机又怎么会愿意招安呢？　　山寨手机三大优点　　1、功能超全面:几乎所有的山寨机都可以以功能全面而著称，什么超大屏幕，拍照摄像头，Mp3/MP4多媒体播放，甚至堪称高端的GPS导航功能，只要MTK一出这些都不在话下。　　2、待机能力强:山寨机的待机能力强已经是众多周知的事情，其电池容量更是一个比一个大，前不久某款名为ZJ268的手机更是以32800毫安的的电池容量创下了历史纪录，而可待机两年的噱头更令人惊愕。　　3、价格低廉:价格因素绝对是目前山寨机与大牌厂商竞争的最强杀手锏，可能在诺基亚只能买到一部低端手机的钱，转而就足以买一部功能全面的山寨机。　　山寨手机四大缺点　　1，辐射：山寨手机最大的缺点就是辐射！消费者无法知道自己的手机到底有多大辐射，辐射的危害就不用多说了[肿瘤，癌症，畸形，神经系统紊乱等等很多]。各大手机品牌都在其官方网站上公布自己的手机辐射值[SAR]，这些大厂生产的手机辐射都是经检测在人体可以接受的范围之内的，而正品水货手机之所以不能在正规渠道上市，就是因为其有一些辐射比较大的功能，比如WIFI，所以辐射超标[我国的手机辐射标准是1.0w/kg]，所以不能进入正规渠道。而山寨手机超高功率扬声器带来的辐射大小可想而知，山寨手机的主板和超大容量电池辐射大小也不容忽视。　　2，爆炸：山寨手机的电池普遍都是比较大的，为什么相比起来正规厂家生产的手机电池容量都很小呢，因为手机电池在一些环境中是可以引起爆炸,手机爆炸的案例屡见不鲜，而山寨手机的主板和机壳都不一定是阻燃或者隔热，更加大了爆炸的可能性。正规厂家考虑的不仅是待机时间，更要考虑消费者是否安全，很多手机网站曾经有报道手机电池爆炸实验的文章，其用图例对各种手机电池进行加热并进行对比，正规厂家生产的电池只是会冒烟和开裂，而山寨电池则把实验的地方整个炸成黑色，"威力"可以和雷管一比高低，我想没有人愿意带着一颗随时爆炸的炸弹。　　3，气味：山寨手机的包装，主板，外壳和电池所一般都用的是廉价材料，其产生的气体可能对人体有危害，这绝不是危言耸听，装修对人体的危害早已是大家公认的，鸟巢为什么一定要用VOC达标的漆来装修呢，就是因为一般材料都对人体有危害！　　4，市场：看似山寨机给正规厂商带来了竞争而刺激他们将价格降低，实际上山寨机带来的是不正当的市场竞争和混乱的市场秩序，使正规厂商对市场失去信心，对科研失去动力，让大厂商缩减科研开支，让一些正在起步的正规厂商寸步难行，最终危害的还是消费者。　　占山为王山寨智能机　　近日
