As the time by,more and more people live without sports.And their heathy will be worse and worse.In my opinion,form a good habit to keep health is very important.

为了区分热带气旋,有必要给它们单独取个名字。最早是根据热带气旋的位置(主要是热带气旋中心所处的经纬度)来区分热带气旋,这种办法相当麻烦,往往难如人意。直到19世纪初叶,一些讲西班牙语的加勒比海岛屿根据飓风登陆的圣历时间命名飓风。例如,侵袭波多黎各的三个飓风:1825年7月26日的圣大安娜,1876年和1928年9月13日的圣费里佩。据报道,19世纪末,澳大利亚预报员克里门·兰格用他讨厌的政客的名字为热带气旋命名。后来,军事部门根据英文单词的首字母顺序(ABLE, BAKER, CHARLIE等)来命名热带气旋。第二次世界大战时期,美国人用女性的名字给热带气旋命名。20世纪70年代末,应美国女权运动组织的要求,扩充了命名表,改用男性和女性的名字命名。在口语和书面交流中,特别在警报中,人们逐渐接受了使用命名表的优点。名字应当简短、通俗、易记,便于向热带气旋威胁区的千百万群众传递信息,以避免同一地区同时面临一个以上热带气旋影响时出现混乱状况。这种做法不久便在西半球被广泛采用。 20世纪70年代,所有热带气旋易发区都已使用命名系统。70年代末以后,在世界气象组织各区域热带气旋委员会协调下,热带气旋的命名走向国际化。在大多数区域,热带气旋命名表(通常是交替使用男性和女性的名字)由该区域的热带气旋委员会制定,热带气旋委员会更重要的任务是促进和协调本地区的热带气旋减灾行动。各区域的具体做法不尽相同。通常由指定的气象中心负责按字母顺序依次为热带气旋命名。有的地区命名表循环使用,有的地区时常制定新的命名表,还有的地区命名表用完后再从头开始使用。如果某个热带气旋声名狼藉,比如造成了严重伤亡或带来巨大财产损失,则将该热带气旋的名字从命名表中剔除,代之以同性别的另一个名字,并且第一个字母要相同。有的区域用4位数字来命名热带气旋,前2位数字为年份,后2位数字为热带气旋在当年的的顺序号,有的还加上地理指示码,例如:1991年孟加拉湾的第1个热带风暴命名为BOB 9109(BOB为英语孟加拉湾的缩写,Bay of Bengal)。而1990年的第25个台风则命名为9025。有些国家制定了供本国使用的命名表,比如:美国制定了西北太平洋和中北太平洋命名表,菲律宾也制定了西北太平洋台风命名表。关岛联合台风警报中心使用的西北太平洋台风命名也常被该区域其它国家采纳。 台风委员会的成员大部分来自受台风影响的国家及地区。多年以来,台风委员会有一个为台风编号的制度,即由东京区域专业气象中心-台风中心负责对达到热带风暴强度的热带气旋进行编号。根据台风委员会第31届会议的决议,从2000年1月1日起实施新的热带气旋命名方法。该方法将用于台风委员会成员向国际社会发布的公报中。也供各成员用当地语言发布热带气旋警报时使用。台风委员会仍将继续使用热带气旋编号。 我国一直采用热带气旋编号办法,对发生在经度180度以西、赤道以北的西北太平洋和南海海面上的中心附近最大平均风力达到8级或以上的热带气旋,按其生成的先后顺序进行编号。如9608号热带风暴即是1996年在上述海域生成的第8个热带气旋,当它发展成为强热带风暴时,就称为9608号强热带风暴,继续发展成为台风时,就称为9608号台风。当然,当它又衰减成热带风暴时,它又称为9608号热带风暴了。当热带气旋衰减为热带低压或变性为温带气旋时,则停止对其编号。 从2000年1月1日起,我国中央气象台发布热带气旋警报时,除继续使用热带气旋编号外,还将使用热带气旋名字。 西北太平洋和南海热带气旋命名 1997年11月25日至12月1日在中国香港举行的台风委员会第30届会议决定就西北太平洋和南海热带气旋采用具有亚洲风格名字的建议展开研究,并指派台风研究协调小组(TRCG)研究执行的细节。经过一年的努力,TRCG提出了关于西北太平洋和南海热带气旋命名的建议。1998年12月1日至7日在菲律宾马尼拉举行的台风委员会第31届会议经过热烈讨论,同意TRCG提出的西北太平洋和南海热带气旋命名方案,决定新的热带气旋命名方法从2000年1月1日开始执行。
