进入二十一世纪以来，世界航天活动呈现蓬勃发展的新态势。主要航天国家相继制定或调整航天发展战略、发展规划和发展目标，航天事业在国家整体发展战略中的作用日益突出，航天活动对人类文明和社会进步的影响进一步增强。 中国航天事业始于1956年，迄今已整整走过五十年光辉历程。半个世纪以来，中国独立自主地发展航天事业，在若干重要技术领域已跻身世界先进行列，取得了举世瞩目的成就。中国坚定不移地走和平发展道路，一贯主张外层空间是全人类的共同财富，支持和平利用外层空间的各种活动，积极探索和利用外层空间，不断为人类航天事业的发展作出新的贡献。 中国已确立了在本世纪前二十年实现全面建设小康社会和进入创新型国家行列的战略目标，中国航天事业的发展面临新的机遇和更高要求。在新的发展阶段，中国将坚持以科学发展观为指导，围绕国家战略目标，加强自主创新，努力推进航天事业更快更好地发展。 自2000年中国政府发表《中国的航天》白皮书以来，中国航天事业又取得长足进展。为增进世人对过去五年及今后一段时期中国航天事业发展的了解，这里就有关情况作些介绍和说明。 一、发展宗旨与原则 中国发展航天事业的宗旨是：探索外层空间，扩展对地球和宇宙的认识；和平利用外层空间，促进人类文明和社会进步，造福全人类；满足经济建设、科技发展、国家安全和社会进步等方面的需求，提高全民科学素质，维护国家权益，增强综合国力。 中国发展航天事业贯彻国家科技事业发展的指导方针，即自主创新、重点跨越、支撑发展、引领未来。在新的发展阶段，中国航天事业的发展原则是： ——坚持服从和服务于国家整体发展战略，满足国家需求，体现国家意志。中国将发展航天事业作为增强国家经济实力、科技实力、国防实力和民族凝聚力的一项强国兴邦的战略举措，作为国家整体发展战略的重要组成部分，保持航天事业长期、稳定的发展。 ——坚持独立自主、自主创新，实现跨越式发展。中国航天事业靠自力更生起步，在自主创新中不断发展。提高自主创新能力是航天事业发展的战略基点。根据国情和需求，有所为、有所不为，选择有限目标，集中力量，重点突破，实现跨越式发展。 ——坚持全面协调可持续发展，发挥航天科技对国家科技和经济社会发展的带动与支撑作用。加强战略筹划，统筹规划空间技术、空间应用和空间科学的发展。以航天科技进步为先导，带动高技术和产业发展，促进传统产业的改造和提升。保护空间环境，合理开发和利用空间资源。 ——坚持对外开放，积极开展空间领域的国际交流与合作。中国支持和平利用外层空间的各项活动，在平等互利、和平利用、共同发展的原则基础上，加强与世界各国在空间领域的交流与合作。 二、过去五年的进展 2001年至2005年，中国航天事业实现了快速发展，取得一系列新成就。建成一批具有世界先进水平的研制和试验基地，进一步完善研究、设计、生产和试验体系，航天科技基础能力显著提高；空间技术整体水平明显提升，攻克一批重大关键技术，载人航天取得历史性的突破，月球探测工程全面启动；空间应用体系初步形成，应用领域进一步拓展，应用效益显著提高；空间科学实验与研究取得重要成果。 空间技术 1.人造地球卫星。过去五年，自主研制并发射22颗不同类型的人造地球卫星，整体水平明显提高。在已初步形成的四个卫星系列的基础上，发展形成六个卫星系列——返回式遥感卫星系列、“东方红”通信广播卫星系列、“风云”气象卫星系列、“实践”科学探测与技术试验卫星系列、“资源”地球资源卫星系列和“北斗”导航定位卫星系列。此外，海洋卫星系列即将形成，构建“环境与灾害监测预报小卫星星座”计划正在加紧实施。一批新型高性能卫星有效载荷研制成功。各种应用卫星初步投入业务运行，其中“风云一号”和“风云二号”气象卫星已被世界气象组织列入国际业务气象卫星系列。地球静止轨道大型卫星公用平台的各项关键技术取得重要突破。大容量通信广播卫星研制取得阶段性成果。微小卫星研制及应用工作取得重要进展。 2.运载火箭。过去五年，自主研制的“长征”系列运载火箭连续24次发射成功，运载火箭主要技术性能和可靠性明显提高。自1996年10月至2005年底，“长征”系列运载火箭已连续46次发射成功。新一代运载火箭多项关键技术取得重要突破，120吨级推力的液氧/煤油发动机和50吨级推力的氢氧发动机研制进展顺利。 3.航天器发射场。酒泉、西昌、太原三个航天器发射场建设取得新进展，提高了综合试验和发射能力，多次完成各种运载火箭、各类人造卫星、无人试验飞船和载人飞船的发射任务。 4.航天测控。航天测控网的整体功能进一步增强和拓宽，多次为各种轨道的人造地球卫星、无人试验飞船和载人飞船的发射、在轨运行和返回着陆提供测控支持。 5.载人航天。1999年11月20日至21日，中国成功发射并回收第一艘“神舟”号无人试验飞船，之后又成功发射三艘“神舟”号无人试验飞船。2003年10月15日至16日，发射并回收“神舟”五号载人飞船，首次取得载人航天飞行的成功，突破了载人航天基本技术，成为世界上第三个独立开展载人航天的国家。2005年10月12日至17日，“神舟”六号载人飞船实现“两人五天”的载人航天飞行，首次进行有人参与的空间试验活动，在载人航天领域取得又一个重大成就。 6.深空探测。开展了绕月探测工程的预先研究和工程实施，取得重要进展。 空间应用 1.卫星遥感。卫星遥感应用的领域和规模不断扩大，一批应用关键技术取得突破，基础设施得到加强，应用系统的技术水平和业务化运行能力明显提高，初步形成全国卫星遥感应用体系。建设和完善了国家遥感中心，国家卫星气象中心、中国资源卫星应用中心、国家卫星海洋应用中心、中国遥感卫星地面站，以及国家有关部门和许多省市的卫星遥感应用及论证机构。光学遥感卫星辐射校正场建成并投入使用。利用国内外遥感卫星，积累形成覆盖范围广、时间序列长的多波段卫星对地观测数据资源，提供多种遥感产品和服务。在一些重要领域，卫星遥感应用系统已投入业务化运行，特别是在气象、地矿、测绘、农业、林业、土地、水利、海洋、环保、减灾、交通、区域和城市规划等方面得到广泛应用，在国土资源大调查、生态建设和环境保护以及西气东输、南水北调、三峡工程等重大工程建设中发挥出重要作用。 2.卫星通信广播。卫星通信广播技术发展迅速，应用日益广泛，应用产业已初步形成。截至2005年底，中国拥有国际、国内通信广播地球站80多座，全国共有卫星广播电视上行站34座，国内几十个部门和若干大型企业共建立了100多个卫星专用通信网，各类甚小口径终端站达5万多个。卫星广播电视业务的开展与应用，提高了全国广播电视，特别是广大农村地区广播电视的有效覆盖范围和覆盖质量，卫星通信广播技术在“村村通广播电视”和“村村通电话”工程中发挥了不可替代的作用，卫星远程教育宽带网和卫星远程医疗网初具规模。中国作为国际海事卫星组织成员国，已建成覆盖全球的海事卫星通信网络，跨入了国际移动卫星通信应用领域的先进行列。 3.卫星导航定位。通过“卫星导航应用产业化”等重大工程项目的实施，利用国内外导航定位卫星，在卫星导航定位技术的开发、应用与服务方面取得长足进步。卫星导航定位的应用范围和行业不断扩展，全国卫星导航应用市场规模以每两年翻一番的速度快速增长。卫星导航定位技术已广泛应用于交通运输、基础测绘、工程勘测、资源调查、地震监测、气象探测和海洋勘测等领域。 空间科学 1.日地空间探测。与欧洲空间局合作实施了“地球空间双星探测计划”，协同欧洲空间局的四颗空间探测卫星，首次实现世界上对地球空间的六点同步联合探测，获得重要的探测数据。开展了月球和太阳系探测的预先研究。 2.微重力科学实验和空间天文观测。利用“神舟”号飞船和返回式卫星，开展了空间生命科学、空间材料科学和微重力科学等领域的多项实验研究，进行了农作物空间诱变育种探索和高能空间天文观测，取得重要成果。 3.空间环境研究。开展了对空间环境监测和预报研究；在空间碎片的观测、减缓和预报方面取得重要进展；初步具备对空间环境试验性的预报能力。 三、未来五年的发展目标与主要任务 2006年，中国政府制定的《国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》和《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006－2020年）》，将发展航天事业置于重要地位。根据上述两个规划纲要，中国政府制定了新的航天事业发展规划，明确了未来五年及稍长一段时期的发展目标和主要任务。按照这一发展规划，国家将启动并继续实施载人航天、月球探测、高分辨率对地观测系统、新一代运载火箭等重大航天科技工程，以及一批重点领域的优先项目，加强基础研究，超前部署和发展航天领域的若干前沿技术，加快航天科技的进步和创新。 发展目标 运载火箭进入空间能力和可靠性水平明显提高；建立长期稳定运行的卫星对地观测体系、协调配套的全国卫星遥感应用体系；建立较完善的卫星通信广播系统，卫星通信广播产业规模和效益显著提高；分步建立满足应用需求的卫星导航定位系统，初步形成卫星导航定位应用产业；初步实现应用卫星和卫星应用由试验应用型向业务服务型转变。 实现航天员出舱活动及航天器交会对接；实现绕月探测；空间科学研究取得重要原创性成果。 主要任务 ——研制新一代无毒、无污染、高性能、低成本和大推力的运载火箭，最终实现近地轨道运载能力达到25吨，地球同步转移轨道运载能力达到14吨；全面完成120吨级推力的液氧/煤油发动机和50吨级推力的氢氧发动机的研制工作；提高现有“长征”系列运载火箭的可靠性和发射适应性。 ——启动并实施高分辨率对地观测系统工程；研制、发射新型极轨和静止轨道气象卫星、海洋卫星、地球资源卫星、环境与灾害监测预报小卫星；开展立体测图卫星等新型遥感卫星关键技术研究。初步形成全天候、全天时、多谱段、不同分辨率、稳定运行的对地观测体系，实现对陆地、大气、海洋的立体观测和动态监测。 ——统筹发展卫星遥感地面系统和业务应用系统；整合并完善现有遥感卫星地面系统，建立和完善国家级的遥感卫星数据中心，建设和完善遥感卫星辐射校正场等定量化应用的支撑设施，初步实现社会公益服务领域的遥感数据共享；建立卫星环境应用机构和卫星减灾应用机构，形成若干重要业务应用系统；在卫星遥感主要应用领域取得突破性进展。 ——研制并发射长寿命、高可靠、大容量的地球静止轨道通信卫星和电视直播卫星；发展卫星直播、宽带多媒体、卫星应急通信、公益性通信广播等技术。继续发展和完善卫星通信广播的普遍服务功能，增加卫星通信领域的增值服务业务。积极推进卫星通信广播的商业化进程，扩大通信广播卫星及应用的产业规模。 ——完善“北斗”导航试验卫星系统，启动并实施“北斗”卫星导航系统计划。发展卫星导航、定位与授时的自主应用技术和产品，建立规范的、与卫星导航定位相关的位置服务支撑系统、大众化应用系列终端，扩展应用领域和市场。 ——研制并发射新技术试验卫星，加强新技术、新材料、新器件、新设备的空间飞行验证，提高自主研发水平，提高产品质量与可靠性。 ——研制并发射“育种”卫星，推进空间技术与农业育种技术的结合，扩大空间技术在农业科研领域的应用。 ——研制空间望远镜、新型返回式科学卫星等卫星；开展空间天文、空间物理、微重力科学和空间生命科学的基础研究，取得重要原创性成果；加强对空间环境与空间碎片的监测能力，初步建立空间环境监测预警体系。 ——载人航天实现航天员出舱活动，进行航天器交会对接试验；开展具有一定应用规模的短期有人照料、长期在轨自主飞行的空间实验室的研制，开展载人航天工程的后续工作。 ——实现绕月探测，突破月球探测基本技术，研制和发射中国第一颗月球探测卫星“嫦娥一号”，主要进行月球科学探测和月球资源的探测研究；开展月球探测工程的后期工作。 ——提高航天发射场综合试验能力和效益，进一步优化航天发射场布局，提高航天发射场设施、设备的可靠性和自动化水平。 ——进一步提高航天测控网的技术水平和能力，扩大测控覆盖率，具备初步满足深空探测需求的测控能力。 四、发展政策与措施 中国政府以科学发展观为指导，统筹规划空间技术、空间应用和空间科学三个领域，推动航天科技自主创新，促进航天活动发挥更大的经济和社会效益，保证航天活动有序、规范、健康发展，实现既定的发展目标。 当前及今后一个时期中国发展航天事业的主要政策与措施包括： ——统筹规划、合理部署各种航天活动。优先安排应用卫星和卫星应用的发展，适度发展载人航天和深空探测，积极支持空间科学探索。 ——集中力量实施重大航天科技工程，加强基础研究，超前部署前沿技术。集中优势力量，通过核心技术突破和资源集成，实现航天科技的重点跨越。通过加强航天领域的基础研究和若干前沿技术的超前研究，提高航天科技的持续创新能力。 ——加强空间应用，推进航天产业化进程。加强空间应用技术的开发，推进资源共享，扩大业务应用。以通信卫星和卫星通信、卫星遥感、卫星导航、运载火箭为重点，积极构建卫星制造、发射服务、地面设备制造、运营服务的航天产业链。加强空间技术的推广转移和二次开发，改造和提升传统产业。 ——重视航天科技工业基础能力建设。加强航天器、运载火箭研制、生产、试验的基础设施建设。支持航天科技重点实验室和工程研究中心建设，加强信息化工作、知识产权工作和航天标准化工作。 ——推进航天技术创新体系建设。引导航天科技工业改革调整和转型升级，加快形成国际一流的大型宇航企业。积极构建以航天科技企业和国家科研机构为主，产学研相结合的航天技术创新体系。 ——加强航天活动的科学管理。适应社会主义市场经济的发展，积极创新科学管理的体制机制，强化质量、效益观念，运用系统工程等现代化管理手段，加强科学管理，提高系统质量，降低系统风险，提高综合效益。 ——加强政策法规建设。研究制定航天活动管理的法律法规和航天产业政策，指导和规范各项航天活动，提高依法行政水平，营造有利于航天事业发展的政策法规环境。 ——保障航天活动的经费投入。中国政府将继续加大航天投入，同时鼓励建立多元化、多渠道的航天投资体系，保持航天事业持续、稳定发展。 ——鼓励社会各界参与航天活动。鼓励工业企业、科研机构、商业企业、高等院校和社会团体在国家航天政策指导下，发挥各自优势，积极参与航天活动，参与空间领域的国际交流与合作。鼓励卫星经营企业和应用部门优先选用国产卫星和卫星应用产品。 ——加强航天人才队伍建设。大力发展教育事业，注重在创新实践中培养人才，特别注重培养青年科技人才，形成一支结构合理、素质优良的航天人才队伍。普及航天知识，宣传航天文化，吸引更多优秀人才投身航天事业。 中国政府不断加强对航天活动的管理和宏观指导。中国国家航天局是中华人民共和国负责民用航天管理及国际空间合作的政府机构，履行政府相应的管理职责。 五、国际交流与合作 中国政府认为，外层空间是全人类的共同财富，世界各国都享有自由探索、开发和利用外层空间及其天体的平等权利；世界各国开展外空活动，应有助于各国经济发展和社会进步，应有助于人类的安全、生存与发展，应有助于各国人民友好合作。 国际空间合作应遵循联合国《关于开展探索和利用外层空间的国际合作，促进所有国家的福利和利益，并特别要考虑到发展中国家的需求的宣言》（《国际空间合作宣言》）中提出的基本原则。中国主张在平等互利、和平利用、共同发展的原则基础上，加强空间领域的国际交流与合作。 基本政策 中国政府在开展国际空间交流与合作中，采取以下基本政策： ——坚持独立自主的方针，根据国家现代化建设的需要，统筹考虑合理利用国内外两个市场和两种资源，开展积极、务实的国际合作。 ——支持联合国系统内开展和平利用外层空间的各项活动；支持政府间或非政府间空间组织为促进空间技术、空间应用和空间科学的发展所开展的各项活动。 ——重视亚太地区的区域性空间合作，支持世界其他区域性空间合作。 ——加强与发展中国家的空间合作，重视与发达国家的空间合作。 ——鼓励和支持国内科研机构、工业企业、高等院校和社会团体，在国家有关政策和法规的指导下，开展多层次、多形式的国际空间交流与合作。

四年磨一剑，这是大一时暗自立下誓言的回响。一路走来，我读过不少学长学姐的经验贴，算是踩在了巨人的肩膀之上，我知道那皆是心血凝成的一笔一划背后藏着无数自律而努力的灵魂。如今我无论如何也想不到一个合适的修饰词来形容的考研生活终于画上了一个的句号。关于北外MTI考研，谈不上经验，只能说略有点感想和大家分享。一、101思想政治尽管自己是文科生，没有过分担心政治考试，不过并没有轻视这一科目，最终73分。今年的国家线政治单科达到了55，算是历史较高的水平，而且很多人专业课满足要求却因为政治拉下来了，着实非常可惜。针对北外的特点，把握好政治过线的都很重要。我用到的书和资料：肖秀荣系列《精讲精练》、《命题人1000题》、（系列教材大家自选）《风中劲草·核心考点冲刺背诵》《风中劲草·大纲解析核心配套考题》肖秀荣系列《八套卷》、《四套卷》风中劲草《三套卷》、时政总结徐涛《八套卷》微博上肖秀荣、徐涛发布的相关重要知识点网盘资源（难点讲解音频、考前大题背诵框架、押题卷电子版）大体上我的政治复习可以分为三个阶段。第一阶段：8月中下旬至10月初，主要跟着《精讲精练》自我阅读，然后配套做《1000题》。自己勾画重要的关键点，然后做题订正回看。因为学科性质的缘故，《精讲精练》大篇幅的文字叙述难免有点枯燥，所以在马基和毛中特这两大板块，我下载了徐涛老师的一些视频，听他导学课讲的一下框架知识，较有助益。第二阶段：10月至11月20日，这一阶段是关键巩固期，跟着《风中劲草》系列加深知识点的理解。这套书相当于对《精讲精练》抽丝剥茧的精华概括，内容一定要烂熟于心。然后我选择性地做了重点章节的配套选择题练习，特别是历年真题综合性强，应当特别注意。这一阶段还会看了所有的错题。第三阶段：11月21日至考前，最后冲刺时期要转向时政和论述题。这时市面上各类的押题卷都出炉了，以《肖四》、《肖八》为主，其他老师的套卷选择题应当是见一套做一套。我重点做了徐涛的八套卷，质量感觉较高，其他的也大致掠过一眼想想答案。论述题方面，马基都会自己想哲学原理，而其他大题主要是自己根据答案自己写出答题框架（比如：是什么—为什么—怎么样），同时在《精讲精练》中找到原文，有针对性地背记（肖四的大题一定要背三遍，不求考原题，但求有话写）。二、214翻译硕士法语/243法语（二外）北外的外国语科目不考211翻译硕士英语，而是考二外（和学硕的243是同一套题），这是区别于其他院校的地方。我本科阶段从大三一直到大四上学期都跟着我们系的法语老师学习。她留法多年，教学水平和人格魅力都使我受益匪浅。老师除开课上内容的讲解，还会给我们补充很多法语语法辨析、法国国家文化礼仪的相关知识，平常课间老师也会放法语原声电影营造一种学习环境。我用到的书和资料：外研社《法语》1/2/3册，马晓宏主编（32开本）（这是我们课上的教材）《简明法语教程》上、下册，孙辉主编北外214翻译硕士法语2002-2015真题（参考答案已询问老师一一订正）《大学法语考研必备》（橙宝书）圣才考研《全国名校外国语学院二外法语考研真题详解》Grammaire Progressive Du Francais（地道法语语法原版书电子版）自己总结的动词变位表、单词表、固定搭配、时态语法归纳法语一直是这些年报考人数占比最大的二外，而且难度一直在上升。今年一改往年的出题风格，考查重点和方向有较大变化，不过主旋律的词汇量、语法基本功这些还是不变的。我把《简明法语教程》过了两遍，书上的练习题也做了，重点关注课文的翻译和课后的语法讲解，同时还跟着老师学外研社的《法语》，打基础阶段相当于过了三遍书本，同时开始做橙宝书（要注意勘误）。法译汉则更要注意词汇积累，无法预测要考什么，但考场上遇到不认识的词一定要通过上下文推断，绝对不能慌乱。今年的lecovoiturage(拼车)就是通过词缀才出来的。三、357英语翻译基础很早就开始对翻译感兴趣，大二下的时候听老师介绍就去考了CATTI笔译，三级二级都是一把过，也稍微加强了自己学翻译的信心。尽管这次考试翻译基础成绩不高，我自认为经验教训还是值得和大家分享。我用到的书和资料：《全国外语翻译证书考试指定教材·英语翻译二级笔译》，陈德彰主编（小金黄）跨考翻译硕士黄皮书系列《英语翻译真题及解析》、《英汉词条互译词典》武峰《十二天突破英汉翻译》韩刚《90天攻克二级笔译》China Daily最新汉英特色词汇词典（第6版）外研社《中国文化读本》叶朗、朱良志编著，中英双语版庄绎传《英汉翻译简明教程》李长栓《非文学翻译理论与实践》（黄宝书）叶子南《高级英汉翻译理论与实践》Joan Pinkham《中式英语之鉴》张培基《英译中国现代散文选》北外357英语翻译基础历年真题北鼎考研术语缩略语汇编电子文档：术语缩略语汇编《最后的礼物》、卢敏微博热词、BeijingReview热词自认为接触了挺多材料，两大本密密麻麻、洋洋洒洒的成果印在了纸上，却没全部走进我的心里。反思过后决定静下来减速削量提质，因为看了太多经验贴，重质量总是没错的。于是开始回看翻译笔记每天消化一点点。这一阶段的热词搜集继续China Daily，同时加入了“翻吧”公众号的每周热词总结，并开始按每天五页笔记的量车轮战背记。平行文本的积累也逐渐转入了政府工作报告的精读，积累各种逻辑连词和政治类术语表达。而练习到的笔译也大多数是实用类（政论文）的体裁，总的来说这一阶段是政论文的天下。四、448汉语写作与百科知识考前复习最没有底的一科，却是考得最好的一科。不得不说这一科需要有一定的百科文化素养，但更需要不断的积累。对于这科，我心焦得早却开始得晚。早期只是泛读了一本200多页的词条文稿和《中国文化要略》。真正开始是在八月中旬。我用到的书和资料：泛读词条文稿电子版《中国文化要略》光明日报《百科知识》，李国正主编（大绿）《应用文写作》，夏晓鸣著（小绿）北外MTI百科词条汇编旭东翻硕应用文模板、姚洋微博应用文模板《作文素材·高考作文抢分红素材》跨考翻译硕士黄皮书系列《汉语写作与百科知识真题及解析》经过了前期的泛读，终于拖延到八月中旬，翻开“大绿”精看，把书中提到的可能作为词条考出的词查阅百科，按照4-5个点总结答案批注在行间，这一过程大约持续了一个半月，这样连同书中所给出的词条就有约1.5倍以上的知识容量（这种词条拓展发散方法十分有用）。这个整理期还从学姐处得到了一本百科词条汇编（考试结束后也在重新编补），按前人的经验，我先背完了历年真题，然后在八月下旬每天花时间把所有分类的词条录成音频，分版块导入手机，之后直到考前日常可以一心二用的时候就自己听词条音频，这对我反复记忆帮助极大。最后也证明这十来天的录音耗时是值得的。由于北外百科考名词解释，而且有一定概率的重复性，所以主要是背词条，而真题和真题拓展发散词条又是重中之重。跨考黄皮书的作用就不是那么大了，可以翻翻了解一下其他知识和作文例文，不建议花大量精力做。复试篇记得许多经验贴里写过，初试后不要太放空自己，抓紧投入复试的学习，但是玻璃心使得我等到初试出分后几天才想着学习。准备复试的状态也是一边忐忑不安，一边努力沉下心来学习。我用到的书和资料：刘晓明大使系列演讲稿双语版五洲传播《中国哲学思想》温海明著，中英双语版《英汉视译》，秦亚青著针对北外的笔译30课提高练习（含部分音频）2018政府工作报告2011-2017高翻视译文稿真题自我收集的面试问答题目这阶段的双语文稿积累就是刘大使的演讲（政论类）和《中国哲学思想》（文化类），这两类材料的选择都特别注重了语言的地道。视译则是用手机计时并录音，反复练习，把一篇稿件练到位。等新的政府工作报告出炉后也练习了一部分汉英视译。同时也把收集到的问题编辑成文档，根据自身实际编写250词左右的答案，共背了三轮。今年的视译C-E是中华儿女为平昌冬奥会祝福，E-C是谷歌人工智能翻译的发展，和往年相比难度提升了一点，当时一直很紧张，中间稍微顿了两三次，不过总体尚算流畅。问答环节气氛则稍微轻快一点，问的题目都是有话可讲而且准备到的东西。考试结束便趁着伴有花香的春风回学校了。结语向太多人许诺考上之后写一篇经验贴，也无数次在不眠的夜晚摹画分享经验的场景，可真真轮到自己写时，眼前浮现的却是这些点点滴滴。考研这条路上，但行好事，莫问前程，来不得半点虚假，扎扎实实不会辜负自己。而对于我，面临学校改革，时局迫使我不断向上走，摆脱消磨意志的环境。成功者或许会把考研这条路美化甚至说得天花乱坠，只有自己经历了才深解其中味。心中有热气腾腾的梦想，即使北京零下的天气，全副武装也能在楼梯间背上两三个小时，因为时刻告诉自己：要暗到底，才能见到光。考研祝福语执笔为剑，披荆斩棘；以梦为马，不负韶华。希望所有的考研人都能如愿以偿，给自己交一份满意的答卷。只愿你保持一如既往的坚定，我们会始终陪伴与祝福着你。无论这一年里，你经历了多少挣扎和痛苦，请相信，你不是一个人在奋斗！希望每一个努力的人都能考上自己理想的大学，你们都是我们心中的英雄。在这一年中，你所做的所有努力、承受的所有痛苦、熬过的每一个挣扎的黑夜，吹过的风，淋过的雨，都是为你自己。趁青春，不如就拼一次吧！春夏秋冬时光漫漫 晨昏破晓分分秒秒考研黑暗长路只剩最后冲刺阶段堆叠书山里的一字一句 一笔一划默默地为两日后的考试蓄力为梦想而努力拼搏的你们 “研”途闪闪发光祝所有考研学子努力终有回报也许你已疲惫不堪，也许你有些困顿茫然，但还请一定咬牙坚持！如果世上真有奇迹，那一定是努力的另一个名字。最后1天，给341万考研人加油！人生中有些事你不竭尽所能去做，你永远不知道你自己有多出色。相信你们已经整装待发，冲过最后的终点线，你们都是无畏的英雄。为你们加油！去拥抱自己的星辰大海吧！努力的苦读，就为这一刻啰！把你的实力全部发挥，所有关爱着你的人，都会为你祝福、祈祷，相信你会考出满意的成绩，榜上有名喔！就要考试了，希望我的问候短信会为你送去一份轻松清爽的心情，不要太紧张哦！不然可会把答案忘掉的！我在这里支持着你，鼓励着你，为你祝福！考研的日子在逼近，希望你能调整好自己的心态，好好发挥，考上理想的公大!我在为你祝福。一定会成功的!考研的意义是在于你真正投入的过程。请务必坚持信念，守得云开见月明！祝你们成功!考研祝福语和鼓励的话：试纸飘墨香，金笔待启程。忍心为功名，墨汁污纸张。怎能抛功名，畅游在海外。绞尽脑汁干，名在孙山外。两袖清风去，何苦染尘埃。健康身体是基础，良好学风是条件，勤奋刻苦是前提，学习方法是关键，心理素质是保证。

Intraplate Seismic Belt and Basin Framework of Sino-Korean Plate in Proterozoic乔秀夫原文刊于《地学前缘》，2002年第9卷第3期，对1994年所提出的地震液化序列的B单元底部增加了液化角砾岩单元；图2，图3改换为彩色图。地史中发生的强地震事件在地层中留下固定的记录（图1～图3），这些记录在区域上呈带状分布，代表地史中的地震带。中朝板块元古宙目前可识别出两个板内地震带（图5）。中元古代板内地震带（1700～1200 Ma）西起太行山北段，经燕山山脉、辽宁西部，穿越辽河平原至辽宁北部的泛河流域分布，即燕山—泛河地震带，现今呈NEE向延伸。新元古代震旦纪地震带沿吉林南部、辽东半岛、山东中部及苏皖北部现今呈NNE走向分布，即古郯庐地震带（650～600 Ma）。上述两个板内地震带是元古宙不同时期超大陆裂解在板内的响应。中元古代与新元古代两个不同方向的地震断裂带分别控制着两个时期的盆地边界。燕山泛河地震断裂带构成中元古代海盆南界（指现在的位置），形成向北开放的海域。古郯庐地震断裂带将中朝板块裂解为华北块体与胶辽朝块体。古郯庐地震断裂带构成震旦纪海域的边界，震旦纪海盆通过朝鲜半岛与当时的外海相连接，华北块体则为陆源剥蚀区。文内四幅古地理图（图6～9）是以地震灾变思想为指导，以新的地层研究、对比为基础编制的，侧重反映了盆地的格局及其变化。根据地震、同沉积断裂新的思路，可提供地质学家重新认识与解释某些沉积矿床的成因，它们的成矿元素均来自地球深部而非地表风化作用。文中编制的古地理图将为这种解释提供盆地与事件背景。1　软沉积物中的地震液化记录地史中发生的强地震事件在固结或未固结的沉积物中留下不同的记录。在未固结的软沉积物中主要表现为沉积物内部的液化作用及由此而引起的一系列变形构造。众多地质学家，地震学家及土建学家对沉积物中液化作用及形成的记录进行了系统的研究[1～11]。图1碳酸盐岩地震液化序列系依据笔者1994年所提出的序列[5]，在B单元底部增添了液化角砾岩单元，它是液化作用形成的液化脉切穿、扰动软沉积物使之原地破碎形成角砾岩，这种碳酸盐角砾具有可拼合性。图1液化序列概括了一次强地震瞬时过程中，在碳酸盐软沉积物中的灾变事件记录，它提供了在碳酸盐岩以及其他沉积岩中识别地震事件的基本标志。在野外实际工作中，我们可在一个剖面中识别出图1中所有的单元，但更多的情况则是某几个单元的组合。图1 中朝板块元古宙板内强地震事件岩组第二个地震长周期中，特别是晚震旦世4个地震活跃期（图4中⑦～⑩），可能是Rodinia超大陆从800 Ma开始裂解（breaking up），至震旦纪达到裂解高潮时在中朝板块板内的响应[12]。王鸿祯提出地史中曾5次出现联合古陆，P-1950 Ma,P-1450 Ma为中元古代中的两个联合大陆[13]，图4中串岭沟组时期及高于庄组时期的地震事件，很可能是中元古代不同时期联合古陆裂解在板内的响应。中元古代与新元古代的强地震分布于中朝板块内部的不同地区，中元古代地震事件位于燕山—辽宁北部泛河流域（图5），构成中元古代燕山—泛河板内地震带。现今呈NNE走向的新元古代地震带大体沿现今郯庐断裂带分布，即震旦纪古郯庐带[5,6,14]。这两个板内地震带分别控制了中、新元古代海域边界与古盆地格局。3　中朝板块中、新元古代盆地格局同沉积断裂构造、火成岩活动及伴随的强地震带构成了中元古代的盆地边界，新元古代随着地震带的位置变化，海域及盆地边界也相应变化。3.1　中元古代早期（相当于早长城世）盆地格局（图6）长城纪早期海域位于板块的北部。南部及东、西部广大地域为侵蚀区。古地理最明显特征是高山耸立，高山之间为由断层控制的裂陷谷地，即燕山裂陷槽（aulacogen）。图5 中朝板块元古宙板内地震带（据乔秀夫等，1999修正）NCB—华北块体；JLKB—胶辽朝块体；YSTF—黄海转换断层（中生代）密云—平泉—凌源与滦县—抚宁—建昌两条同沉积断裂控制的狭长谷地构成裂陷槽的轴部，沿着谷地（靠密云—兴隆—平泉—凌源断裂一侧）为河流沉积（常州沟组下部砾岩、砂岩），谷地两侧为冲积扇、洪积扇[15]。燕山裂陷谷地被与之斜交的多条平行的同沉积断裂（具转换断裂性质）截切。沿谷地边界断裂及斜切转换断层是强地震分布区[15]。早长城世地震分布除与断裂伴生外，并与火成岩活动密切相关[16]。常州沟组上部砂岩及串岭沟组为代表的晚期海侵越过密云—兴隆—平泉—凌源断裂超覆于裂陷槽的肩部，至赤城—北票以北（内蒙地轴）与外海相连接。滦县—建昌地震断裂则构成海域的南部边界（指现在地理位置）。新的研究表明： “内蒙地轴”由古元古界及中元古界变质地层组成[17]，并未构成盆地的北部隆起区，解决了长期困扰地质学家的关于中元古代海盆地与外海连通的问题。串岭沟组沿燕山裂陷槽轴部为障壁深水黑色泥质沉积，而在肩部则为典型浅海沉积。盆地西北部著名的串岭沟组中鲕状，肾状赤铁矿（宣龙式铁矿），实际是由藻颗粒及叠层石吸附铁质形成。有关铁质来源过去均解释为陆源搬运至浅海海岸带形成。如图6所示，串岭沟组海域向北与外海相连，北部无陆源物供应；其西部（山西，河北东部）基底岩石（太古宇，古元古界）风化壳并不十分发育，铁质来源并不充分，作为稳定的铁元素实际很难向海域迁移。在宣龙式铁矿的顶、底板层位中有多个由砂岩脉及泥质脉组成的震积岩，宣龙铁矿盆地侧边为赤城—密云—滦县同沉积断裂。断裂及伴生的地震均表明这里是地球深部物质十分活跃的地区，铁元素来源于深部，至地表被藻类吸附形成富铁沉积。为什么在串沟组沉积的广阔海岸带，只有宣化龙关地区形成有经济价值铁矿层，用铁元素来源于深部可能合理地解释了目前的地质记录。图6 中朝板块早长城世（1800～1600Ma）古地理格局1—侵蚀区；2—同沉积断裂；3—与同沉积断裂伴生的地震事件（震积岩分布区）；4—河流（砂岩、长石石英砂岩）；5—河流流向；6—滨海含铁沉积区（宣龙式叠层石赤铁矿）；7—海侵超覆区（含砂页岩与极薄层砂岩互层）；8—开阔海较深水沉积；①燕山裂隙槽；YSTF—黄海转换断层（中生代后期）山西吕梁山地区汉高山砂岩、小两岭安山岩及晋南、豫西的西阳河群、熊耳群历来作为中元古代早期的岩组。最近在熊耳群中获得单颗粒锆石U-Pb年龄1.95 Ga，认为熊耳群为古元古界[18]。因此，吕梁—陕豫三叉裂陷槽[19]有可能为古元古代裂陷槽，则中元古代盆地只限于中朝板块北部。3.2　晚长城世—蓟县纪（1600～1000Ma）盆地格局（图7）图7主要反映1600～1200 Ma，即大红峪组至雾迷山组沉积时期古地理，海域仍位于中朝板块北部。长城纪早期的断裂仍控制盆地格局，深水碳酸盐岩位于由断裂控制的裂陷槽轴部。燕山裂陷槽向东延伸至辽北泛河流域。有地震记录的最高层位为雾迷山组（燕山）及辽北泛河群虎头岭组，1200 Ma之后伸展作用结束，裂陷槽停止发展。中元古代中期（1600～1200 Ma）是一个充满火山爆发、频繁发生地震及断裂活动的海盆地[12,20,21]。沿裂陷槽轴部密云—兴隆—平泉断裂分布的黄铁矿—铅锌硫化物矿带（高板河铅矿）及铁岭泛河流域的关门山铅锌矿，其成因均与沿海底断裂来自深部喷出的富金属的热水或喷气相关联[22]。1600～1200 Ma强地震活跃时期也是一个造矿期。图7 中朝板块晚长城世—蓟县纪（1600～1000Ma）古地理格局1—侵蚀区；2—同沉积断裂及与其伴生的地震事件（大红峪组，高于庄组，雾迷山组及泛河群震积岩分布区）；3—火山喷发（大红峪组富钾粗面岩）；4—火山喷气孔（铁岭组灰岩中）；5—铅锌硫化物矿带（燕山高于庄组高板河铅锌矿与辽北泛河流域关门山组铅锌矿）；6—潮坪带（叠层石、藻席灰岩、白云岩）；7—较深水沉积区（高于庄组灰岩）；8一开阔广海沉积；①燕山—泛河裂陷槽；YSTF—黄海转换断层（中生代后期）3.3　青白口纪（1000～800Ma）盆地格局（图8)1000Ma很可能是全球超大陆（Rodinia）形成时期。中朝板块主体经过芹峪上升（1000～900Ma）长期剥蚀[23～25]，已完全准平原化，海水淹没了大部分地区，整个青白口纪盆地为极浅水海盆。除辽北铁岭泛河流域会试屯群于北沟组，太子河流域南芬组及豫西有地震记录外（图4），整个盆地很少地震及构造活动，也无火山爆发痕迹。板块南部（豫西）青白口纪盆地从1000Ma开始发展，为典型潮坪沉积；板块北部盆地则从900Ma开始，与北部开阔海有陆地障壁，形成内陆海。内陆海通过辽东半岛、朝鲜半岛北部与当时的外海连通，其地形很类似于今天的渤海。这种障壁环境可能是青白口统下马岭组黑色层形成的古地理背景。图8 中朝板块青白口纪（1000～800Ma）古地理格局（Rodinia古大陆上沉积）1—侵蚀区；2—同沉积断裂及其伴生的地震事件（泛河会试屯群下部，太子河南芬组及豫西何窑组震积岩）；3—青白口纪潮坪为主沉积区（砂岩、页岩、叠层石灰岩）；4～6：晚青白口世滨海浅海沉积区；4—晚青白口世早期相对障壁海（下马岭组黑色页岩），后期浅海（龙山组石英砂岩，景儿峪组泥晶灰岩）；5—晚青白口世中后期海侵超覆区（龙山组，景儿峪组及相当层位）；6—晚青白口世早期陆相盆地（山区河流为主）：①永宁盆地，②步云山盆地，③旅大盆地，④苇沙河盆地；7—开阔海沉积区；YSTF—黄海转换断层（中生代后期）3.4　震旦纪（630～540Ma）盆地格局（图9）中朝板块从800 Ma开始，整体上升，缺失南华纪（800～680 Ma）与早震旦世沉积（图4），震旦纪盆地格局发生根本性变化，即古郯庐断裂地震带产生，古郯庐断裂将中朝板块分隔为华北块体（NCB）与胶辽朝块体（JLKB）。晚震旦世海域主要位于古郯庐断裂之东（指现今位置），而华北块体的主体部分则作为其陆源区。古郯庐断裂控制了胶辽朝海盆地界线，华北块体的晚震旦世沉积仅分布于其南部边缘。统一的中朝板块从630 Ma开始裂解为两个块体，沿裂解带强地震频繁发生及基性岩墙（床）侵位[12,26,27]，这种盆地格局可解释为Rodinia超大陆裂解在中朝板块的板内响应。扬子板块南华纪南沱期冰川消融后，导致震旦纪海平面上升才淹没了中朝板块的胶辽朝块体与华北块体的南部边缘。中朝板块在Rodinia古大陆再造图中模式2（张世红，2000），胶辽朝块体紧邻大洋裂开的一侧（图10），震且纪海盆通过朝鲜半岛与当时的外海相连，而华北块体则为其陆源区。图9震旦纪古地理盆地格局与古地磁研究的结果相一致[28]。图9 630Ma（震旦纪）中朝板块在Rodinia古大陆再造中的位置（据张世红，2000)[28]中朝板块1800 Ma固结，经历3次内部裂解：1700 Ma,1400 Ma,630
