一、死亡金属 一般来说，死亡金属的技术含量是很高的，当然一些老式死亡除外。快速凶猛下切的RIFF，是死亡金属很突出的一个特点。不谐和和弦的变换，半音式的爬行，以及无根音、无调性的旋律是吉他的主要演奏手段（当然无调性不包括旋律死亡）。再加上本身就具有鲜明特点的切分式节奏，它的节拍颠倒、强弱后置，无论在音乐上还是在理论上，无疑都体现出死亡金属的突破感与颠覆性。这种RIFF在一些新派残忍死中更加突出，大段大段的成血块状，说起新派残死还有个特点就是吉他SOLO变的可有可无了，取而代之的是绚烂鼓击的过度。当然一些技术化残忍死和前卫残忍死中会在狂暴的RIFF中出现一些诸如点弦、大小泛音等技巧。轮拨在黑金中用的最多，但并非有轮拨的就一定是黑金，许多死亡金属乐队也有用到。还有THRASH RIFF，在一些像早期的VADER以及荷兰的老牌死亡金属PESTILENCE都有用到，但他们也不是THRASH METAL。但死亡金属不管多么无调性，在编排上还是有一定规律的。通过复杂的演奏达到增强音乐的层次感一直是各种摇滚乐队的努力方向。改变直线型的结构最简单有效的方法就是将不同的节奏分割成较小的片段，并且让它们在一个较长的时间段里互相作用、互为补充。比如较常见的以吉他做为主要节奏乐器的同时加入贝司和鼓的背景节奏。尽管死亡金属总是给人一种杂乱无章的感觉，但无论速度、音色、强烈失真的效果都没有削弱复合节奏感。复合节奏不仅使音乐更加丰满而且可以有效地表现出较深层的音乐美感，这也正是死亡金属引人入胜的地方。如果再拥有不错的编曲和错落有致的重复旋律就一定会制造出不错的音乐氛围。 大多数死亡乐队是很少用键盘的，最多也就用来渲染下气氛，PESTILENCE也用过。不过在工业死中键盘的作用很大，几乎比鼓占的比重都大，像FEAR FACTORY、THE BERZERKER。 鼓的运用是death metal中的另一个看点，那些飞舞的鼓槌在与鼓和镲片的碰撞中击打出风驰电掣的速度，低沉厚重的底鼓双踩能让人感到一股股力量的潮涌。炸镲是死亡金属中特别显眼的地方，比一般的乐队快而频繁的多，声音刺耳，不管是老死亡还是残忍死旋律死中，你都能找的到。在残忍死中小铜鼓的线性连击像剁肉一般畅快。残忍死的鼓占的分量比吉他更大，一个残死乐队可以没有一流的吉他手，但是必须要有一个优秀的鼓手。 最后说说主唱，其实我听死亡最先注意的就是鼓和主唱，一个好的主唱其嗓子本身就是一件乐器。老死亡的主唱一般都是深喉，用喉咙底部发声，低沉浑厚，劲道十足。歌德堡旋死的唱法我一般称做死嗓，是种比较高的撕裂唱法。新派残酷死亡则大都是用的水喉，给人一种囫囵的感觉，听起来咕碌碌地像冒水泡。现在还有不少新派死用起哨喉，像在吹口哨。新派残忍死突出的就是狠了，越来越不像人的动静。 关于死亡金属的题材：死亡金属用的最多的还是以DEATH为代表的，关于生死的思考，对生命的探究，还有对死亡的迷恋。死亡是每个人都要面对的，佛说“有情众生，有生必有死”。生命的目的是死亡，生命便是走向死亡的过程。歌词里蕴涵了许多哲学道理，耐人寻味。 渎神主义是很多黑金属和死亡金属乐队经常采用的主题，通过对黑暗世界描写表达对恶魔的崇敬，对死亡的向往。西方是基督的世界，他们却在那里竖起了反基督的大旗，是从思想或者说是从信仰上背离了传统。西方的文化是种宗教文化，基督在他们世界里的占有非常重要的地位，所以他们才去反基督。当然反基督和撒旦主义还有区别，这里不再细分。Morbid Angel,Deicide,Vital Remains和早期的Hypocrisy都是这一类的。我把UNLEASED式的维京死亡也归到这一类，维京人原来是有自己的奥丁神的，后来基督教传播到北欧，强迫他们信仰了基督教。于是北欧的乐手们通过对古代勇士的描写，表达对这种文化侵略或者说的信仰侵略的不满，在他们音乐中充满了对祖先的崇拜，民族自豪感油然而生。NILE描写的埃及文化也是这类，极端宗教主义分子总是把其他宗教的信仰者视为异教徒，似乎世界上只能有上帝这一个神。KATAKLYSM这样的史诗风格我也把他们归为此类。 对于血腥派，最著名的要数伟大的CARCASS了，充满了医学术语的歌词，描写一个病态的世界。当然还有以血腥封面著名的CANNIBAL CORPSE。通过对肉体的解剖来鞭笞人的灵魂，灵魂是附着在肉体上的。在凝固的血块和腐烂的内脏中，肉体已经被分解了。这个世界本来就是病态的和不完美的，我喜欢在这样的音乐中重新审视自己，对一切不平冷眼旁观。推荐几个我喜欢的乐队：DEVOURMENT、BRODEQIUN、FLESHGRIND。 此外还有政治狂DYING FETUS、SEPULTURA，以性虐而臭名昭著的PUNGENT STENCH。 核的RIFF是完全杂乱无章的,噪音一样反复与重叠,不求工整；编排混乱而且效果厚重,听起来十分混沌,你很难听清他们的RIFF，不像金属乐那样清晰.你别指望在这种音乐中找到半点旋律。当然早期的GRINDCORE音色不是很重,Napalm Death早期的东西一点都不能算重.一般来说碾核的技术是远低于金属的,因为CORE类音乐的起源是来自于PUNK.贝司一般都用很大的失真,做出的效果就是黏糊糊,又特别厚实的.不过我还听过一个芬兰的色碾根本就没有贝司. 碾核的鼓我感觉就一个字--"散",我曾经说过，残忍死的小铜鼓是机枪对着一个地方打，而碾核则是用的霰弹枪。GRINDCORE的鼓击是跳跃性的，BRUTAL DEATH的鼓是持续性的。另外碾核的鼓是混沌的，而金属乐的鼓要讲颗粒感。现代的许多碾核都是鼓机做的,速度上可以加快,但是做的不好容易让人感觉很死板. 再说主唱,并不是碾核就用水喉或者哨喉,死亡用兽吼,这不能一概而论.在新派残忍死中大多乐队都是用的水喉,碾核中也有许多兽吼的,大家可以听听Brutal Truth的第一张专辑Extreme Conditions Demand Extreme Responses,Kevin Sharpe就是用的兽吼. 还有就是碾核中间经常有许多采样,噪音,实验,电子采样等等,当然还有色碾中那些色情电影采样. 碾核的音乐都比较短小,从几秒到2、3分钟不等。 碾核的风格又分高速碾核(FAST/SHORTCUT GRIND) 、混乱碾核(CRUST/VIOLENCE/POWER GRIND) 、血腥碾核(GORE GRIND) 、色情碾核(PORN GRIND) 、幽默碾核(FUNNY GRIND) 、电子碾核(CYBER/TECHNO GRIND) 、厕所碾核(TIOLET GRIND/SHITCORE) 、噪音碾核(NOISE GRIND) 、死亡碾核(DEATH GRIND) 、摇滚碾核(GRIND ROLL) 。大家看这些风格名字也就能想到他们的主题了吧，碾核一般都不够严肃，经常有诙谐和搞笑的成分。 还有的朋友从专辑封面上区分碾核：“死亡的虽然血腥，但是不BT，很少有分尸啊，奸尸啊之类的碾就不一样了，死碾一的封面你一般是很难见到全尸的，不是剩个头就是没头，色碾的封面基本上就是色情。屎碾的更恶心，我看过几个屎碾乐队的封面，看了我就再也不想看了，饭都吃不下，人的身上涂的全是我们解大便时排泄的东西，死亡一般不会有这样的封面的。”而且色情碾核和幽默碾核有的时候还有卡通封面。 碾核从三大鼻祖Napalm Death、Brutal Truth、Carcass发展到现在，我个人感觉音乐是越来越重和混，不管是Brutal Truth还是Napalm Death，他们音乐中都有许多死亡金属的成分，Carcass后期则明确转型为旋律死亡了。现代的碾核和新派残忍死亡之间交叉最多了，经常有一些半死半碾的乐队出现，要真正区分他们还是多听点此类音乐。不过话说回来，碾核确实是一种让人听着很不舒服的音乐，最能挑战你对噪音的耐受力。

“死亡金属”是一种极端得无法让人严肃对待的音乐。这是一种贱民演奏给贱民听的贱民音乐。它不仅用噪音、先锋古典音乐、爵士乐和噪音拼命地刮你已起茧的鼓膜，还用放大器把它们放大，用一种绞肉机般的力量怒吼出来。极端的时代导致极端的力量，它把侵略和精神错乱的概念用阴森的曲调吼出来，这是里根/布什时代“无望政策”的音轨和基督徒前千福年的幻觉。这是一种在音乐途径上对敌意和觉悟充满阴影的追寻轨迹死亡金属不是崇拜死亡的音乐，但它通过推翻全世界拿人性做抵押品的否认之墙，去克服并接受死亡。对那些没有体验过死亡金属魅力的人来说，大部分死亡金属看起来是中奇怪的随意和暴力的金属音乐，重点在陈述死亡的过程、死亡、人类命运被操纵的冷酷和狡诈的不诚实其特点1.这些乐队的演奏极其朴实，不象普通重金属乐队，在乐器上加许多效果器，或是用点弦、大小泛音等花哨指法。然而他们的音乐一听就是“金属”味，噪而重，从乐器到主唱的噪音都有噪音成分，而且配合巧妙，有种出人意料的效果，并将“金属乐”这个概念表达得淋漓尽致。2.这些乐队很突出的一点就是鼓的节奏异常惊人，他们采用双面双槌脚鼓，双脚轮踩，其速度之快难以言表。第二是铙（CYMBOL）的运用，比一般的乐队快而频繁的多，声音刺耳。第三是鼓的运用似乎代替了普通金属中的吉他独奏，占比重很大。3.主唱的噪音基本上用“吼”（低）和“嚎”（高）两种，而且大部分主唱用真嗓，而非靠麦克风或录音技术做出来的。4.反宗教意识非常明显，从乐队名到歌名，大量涉及宗教名词，晦涩难懂。内容多涉及死亡、虐待、精神错乱、人格分裂、道德危机等等。总体上反映人类社会的阴暗面，所以这种音乐本身也显得黑暗、丑陋，就象死尸散发着恶臭一样。5.封面设计充满血淋淋的人体残片，或是人的肌肉神经解剖图，或是被钉在十字架上的死人，或是恐怖电影中的恶魔形象，一看就让人不自在。6.每个专辑都象流水一样，没有任何停顿喘气的机会，鼓手自始至终快速击打，贝司和吉他发出巨大刺耳的爆炸声，主唱的高低兽吼都让人感到无法忍受，这是对人类听觉系统的巨大考验（摧残），当你摘下耳机时，会有一种如释重负的轻松感。7.没有性和毒品的成分。“死亡金属”是一代人忧虑怒吼，表明了青少年们有些不对劲。不管你父母怎么讨厌它，这是进入金属暴力世界的最后一班火车。METALLICA乐队同死亡金属乐队相比，他们只是大型现场演出的上帝和流行歌星；SLAYER遇上比他更具虐待狂性质的同名乐队更算不上什么...当你听过死亡金属之后，你会感到世界上所有其他的音乐都是轻音乐。

何不食肉糜是晋惠帝执政时期的一个名词。意思是为什么不去吃肉糜粥呢？肉糜也就是指肉粥。后世也就用这个词来形容人们对于事物没有全面的认知，或者没有亲身经历就妄下评论或建议。这句话的出处是“何不食肉糜”这个典故出自晋惠帝司马衷，就是司马懿的重孙子。原文是这样的，大家可以参考一下帝尝在华林园，闻虾蟆声，谓左右曰:"此鸣者为官乎，私乎?"或对曰:"在官地为官，在私地为私。"及天下荒乱，百姓饿死，帝曰:"何不食肉糜?"其蒙蔽皆此类也。这个故事是讽刺晋惠帝不知民间疾苦，当百姓没有食物吃的时候，他反问为什么不喝肉粥呢？这个成语就流传了下来。这个典故主要想告诉我们的，就是故事说的是有一年闹了饥荒，没有粮食吃的百姓扒树皮，吃草根，更有甚者为了填饱肚子去吃观音土而被活活胀死。消息一次层层上报到了皇帝这里，皇帝是个善良的人，在得知这种消息后很是为他的百姓们担忧。苦思冥想后对着身边的人问道：“百姓无粟米充饥，何不食肉糜？”（百姓没有米粮可以充饥，为什么不去吃肉糜粥呢？）单独读这个故事我们可能会以为这个皇帝的智商怕不是有问题，米都没有，何谈吃肉。但是对于历史人物，尤其是能坐上皇帝位子的人，我们决不能通过只言片语就给这个人下定论。要从历史发展的角度去判断这个问题。司马家夺了曹魏的江山后，虽然很快统一了天下，但其实内部的矛盾仍然十分激烈。天下熙熙皆为利来，庙堂蝇蝇皆为名往，对于这个本就是抢来的皇帝位子，心动的人可不是一个两个。司马衷的父亲是大名鼎鼎的的司马炎，就是西晋的开国皇帝。本来皇位轮不到司马衷这个次子来坐，可是他的兄长司马轨不幸早夭，加上司马炎虽然对儿子不大满意，但对于孙子司马遹却甚为喜爱。况且当时还有司马昭的次子司马攸（过继给司马师延续香火）对皇位虎视眈眈，于是司马衷便成为了太子。每当我们嘲笑司马衷的“何不食肉糜”时，我们又何尝不是在“何不食肉糜”一样片面的看待一个君王。

Charles solanacearum）hrp基因DNA片段长达17～22千碱基对，至少有9个转录单位。胞外降解酶及泌出基因、多糖合成酶基因等都是以基因簇方式存在。菊欧文氏菌果胶酶的5种同工酶基因以两个基因簇方式存在。油菜黄单胞菌油菜致病变种（甘蓝黑腐病菌）与胞外酶泌出和多糖合成有关的基因也是成簇的。保守性由于营养要求和生化代谢的基本相似性，从一种病原物中克隆的致病基因，可以在该病原物的其它小种、致病变种、其它种病原物和非病原物甚至动物病原物中发现其结构上同源序列，其产物的生化特征也基本类似，但并不一定具有相同的致病功能。hrp基因在丁香假单胞菌许多致病变种中是同源的；青枯病假单胞菌的hrp基因和油菜黄单胞菌不同致病变种之间也具有同源性（见图）。hrp基因在某些病原细菌中可以相互交换，因此向其它细菌导入hrp基因可以导致寄主防卫反应。从丁香假单胞菌丁香致病变种克隆的32kb的hrp大基因簇片段，在丁香假单胞菌烟草致病变种、荧光假单胞菌（Pseudomonas flurescens）或大肠杆菌（E coli）中表达，可以导致烟草植株的过敏性反应。根癌土壤杆菌和油橄榄假单胞菌中与生长素和细胞分裂素生物合成有关的基因也同源。尽管无毒基因具有不同的专化性功能，但许多无毒基因之间存在明显的序列同源性。如从油菜黄单胞菌辣椒致病变种中克隆的avr Bs3与其它致病变种中的无毒基因高度同源。油菜黄单胞菌水稻致病变种（水稻白叶枯病菌）avr10也发现有广泛同源性，不仅在不同小种中有同源序列，在其它致病变种和其它属中也有同源性。青枯病假单胞菌和油菜黄单胞菌油菜致病变种hrp基因区的结构同源性（黑点区和斜线区表示相互之间的同源区）（引自Arlat，M et al1991）多效性致病基因突变对病原物表型改变具有多效性。无毒基因突变，可以使病原物对特定寄主表现毒性，避免了植物过敏性反应的激发和识别过程发生。突变的无毒基因使寄主相应的抗病基因丧失功能，但并不明显地影响病原物的毒性或其他生物学性状。毒性基因突变，在致病性和寄生性上的影响不同。有些突变体在同源寄主上表现不完全的致病性，或者全部丧失，或者部分降低，对非寄主植物诱导过敏性反应的能力也有影响。有些突变体可以在植物体内生长和定殖，但不产生任何症状。致病基因的突变还可以赋予病原物丰富多样的生化表型，与各种胞外降解酶、多糖、毒素和激素等致病生化因子发生连锁改变，有的致病生化因子产生能力低于野生型菌株，有的却比野生型菌株高。表明了致病基因的复杂性以及致病基因与代谢途径中涉及的有关基因之间存在着可能的调控关系。表达调控许多病原物致病基因的表达受到植物组分的诱导，并受到双组分调控系统的调控。植物组分的诱导目前已有三种方法用植物组分对致病基因诱导作用的研究。①诱导性启动子探针途径是用启动子探针鉴别出受寄主植物诱导的病原物的启动子，筛选基因文库中与该启动子同源序列，从而分离出完整的受启动控制的致病基因。②用植物诱导病原物产生的多肽制备抗血清。筛选表达性基因文库，分离结构基因；或者用诱导的和非诱导的mRNA转录成cDNA进行特异性杂交，鉴别表达受调控的基因。③基因融合法。是在致病基因序列后插入转座子的一部分形成报导基因（如lux，cat lacZ），产生基因融合体，指示致病基因的表达及其调控。植物细胞组分起着诱导病原物致病基因表达的刺激信号的功能。这些组分有酚类、糖类以及性质尚不清楚的低分子量物质。如许多双子叶植物受伤后释放出一些酚类物质，尤其是乙酰丁香酮和羟基乙酰丁香酮，刺激了根癌土壤杆菌V区基因的活化和表达。许多病原细菌中hrp基因，丁香假单胞菌丁香致病变种中的sym B基因，玉米萎蔫欧文氏菌中的wts基因等表达与寄主植物的诱导有关。一些致病基因在植物体内，在无机培养基上表达水平高，而在复合培养基上不表达或表达量低。双组分调控机制植物病原细菌致病基因表达调控的一种主要途径。典型双组分调控系统由一对感受蛋白和调节蛋白组成，分别由两个不同基因编码。感受蛋白一般为跨膜蛋白，能感受胞外环境的刺激信号，经变构传入胞质。感受蛋白N端感受的信号，经过保守的C端与调节蛋白的保守的N端互作，通过磷酸化过程进行信号传递、被磷酸化的调节蛋白具有在转录水平上调控其它基因表达的功能。在许多双组分系统中，调节蛋白是DNA结合蛋白，能特异性地与基因启动子上游的DNA序列结合，激活基因的转录。所有双组分调控系统的感受蛋白或调节蛋白在氨基酸序列上高度保守。如感受蛋白C端约250个氨基酸具明显的同源性，N端虽不具同源性，但大多有多个疏水区。根癌土壤杆菌毒性基因virA和virG所编码的VirA和VirG组成了双组分调控系统。virA为跨膜蛋白，直接感受植物从伤口释放出的酚类和糖类物质，然后将信号传递给调节蛋白virG，后者活化后调控其它的vir基因的表达，而vir基因激活后，促进了转移DNA（T-DNA）向寄主植物细胞转移和整合。许多细菌hrp基因表达也受到双组分调控系统调控。
