仁者乐山，智者乐水，如果说人的本性中就藏着对山的挚爱，我觉得更多的人是对攀登精神的迷恋。攀登，是一种精神的昂扬向上！ 为什么我会去四姑娘山？ 或许是心底有流浪的情节，有，一人，一背包浪迹天涯的豪情。也或许只是想回归自然，远离喧嚣，享受宁静。但最接近的应该是想挑战和探索更赞的自己。 无论是在中国还是在世界的登山运动中，中国四川的四姑娘山都占有着举足轻重的地位。四姑娘山景区从狭义上讲一般指的是大、二、三峰和幺妹峰，从广义上讲还包括着景区内许多其它的险峰，例如：婆缪峰、骆驼峰、玄武峰等等。有很多刚接触雪山的爱好者都会把人生第一个五千米留给四姑娘山景区，因为这确实是可以实现登山梦想的地方。 我这次的目标是四姑娘山大峰，海拔5025米。零下10度。对我来说会是一次严峻的考验，无论是身体，还是意志力。准备工作： 1.定行程：2020.5.28到成都，29日前往四姑娘山镇，30日从镇上徒步到大本营，31日冲顶并返回成都，6月1日返杭。 游侠客29日-31日，两天半四姑娘山行程，费用1680元2.买机票：杭州-成都 8:00 厦航 1250元；成都-杭州 11:50 国航 940元3.定酒店：在大众点评上找了这家酒店，定好了28号和31号的房间，地处闹市区，在春熙路步行街背面，距离地铁口500米，吃的，玩的，逛的都很方便。价格合理，单间140元。标间190元。 4.列物品清单：穿：短袖件3件，防晒外套，运动裤3条，内衣内裤，冲锋衣，抓绒，羽绒服，袜子5双，登山鞋，运动鞋各一双，遮阳帽子，保暖帽子，保暖手套，（保暖的很重要） 用：睡袋（也可以跟向导租50元/个），登山杖，冰爪，充电宝，充电器，雨衣（天气好没用上），保温杯，牙膏，牙刷，毛巾，化妆品小样，身份证，干粮。口罩。耳机，纸巾。 以上物品分一个30升的登山包，一个普通双肩包，一个行李箱。 29号8点飞机从杭州萧山机场准备起飞，11点30到达成都。成都的地铁特别方便，机场直达酒店。办完入住，当然是要吃一顿火锅。都说没有一顿火锅解决不了的事，一顿不行来两顿。 在大众点评上找到了这家火锅店，就在酒店出来走路过去5分钟。1点进去2点半出来，店里没有空位。确实很好吃。锅底有吃了还想吃的感觉。对于我们来说，稍微辣了一些。 下午4点半我们坐地铁去了宽窄巷子和锦里。 红檐青瓦。当游人伴着夕阳，望着炊烟，走在黄昏中的巷子里，一种久违的老城区市民化生活的场景就在眼前。锦里和宽窄巷子有点重复。反正都是第一次来，即使重复也觉得新鲜。 一首成都，唱火了这座老城。“想要和爱的人，在成都的街头走一走，直到所有的灯都熄灭了也不停留”有机会想和爱的人来成都的街头走一走。感受一下歌词里的美。等我们回到春熙路已经8点了，成都是座不夜城，8点，天才刚刚暗下来，路上的行人也像是杭州刚刚下班的样子。约上队友晚上在春熙路撸串喝酒。29号上午睡到自然醒，中午吃了顿米饭，因为下午出发之后，好几天没有合口味的伙食了。收拾不用的行李放在箱子里，把箱子寄存在酒店。 下午1点文化宫地铁口集合，游侠客领队想爷接待我们。抵达四姑娘山镇，全程大约230公里，成都海拔约540米，四姑娘山镇海拔约3150米，海拔垂直上升2600米。对于230公里的距离海拔上升2600米却是不多见的。 四姑娘山景区这四座主峰。最右边的一座是大姑娘，海拔5025米，是这四姐妹中最慈祥接近性最好危险性最小的；往左边数第二个就是二姑娘，海拔5276米，难度虽然在大姑娘之上，但是也算是比较容易的；三姑娘在二姑娘的左边，海拔5355米，三姑娘的身上就带着一点点辣妹子的感觉，要想爬三峰就不那么容易了，安全带绳子都要派上用场； 最左边的就是最泼辣的幺妹峰了，海拔6250米，这个海拔在中国的雪山之中可能连前五十都排不进去，但是攀登幺妹峰的难度绝对在珠峰之上，幺妹峰的难度可以排得进世界雪山前五名。到目前为止，成功登顶珠峰的人已超过6000人，不过成功登顶幺妹峰的人才20几个人。 车进了镇子，下了车隐约感觉有些头晕，拉萨的海拔才3650米，镇上已经3150米，所以赶紧喝了一袋葡萄糖粉冲剂，以防高反，影响第二天的行程。 四姑娘山要冲5A景区。所以镇上的民宿，酒店环境都还不错。海拔升高1000米气温下降6.5度，车里穿短袖，下车就得穿羽绒服了。办好入住，换好衣服，领队给我们开行前会，测血氧，交代了第二天的注意事项。由于在车上就饿了，7点了还在开会，我饿得不行了，误以为饥饿也是高反的一种。所以吃饭的时候，完全忘了应该吃8分饱，因为消食是很耗氧的。晚饭后，为了适应高原氧气含量，和队友一起去镇上溜达一圈。直到睡觉躺下，我才感觉到什么叫氧不够，真难受。 整个晚上我都是侧着身体，枕着两个枕头。半夜咳嗽，换气没接上，把自己憋醒了。但因为能正常入睡，就没有很在意。 30号早上，8点半吃早饭（稀饭，馒头，包子，鸡蛋）吃好早饭，游侠客跟我们签了一堆规避风险的协议。今天的行程是16公里的长爬坡，从镇上徒步到大峰大本营。所以今天要用到小背包，要带水，干粮，冰爪，登山杖，手套。其他不用的东西用大背包由马儿驼到大本营。 从四姑娘山镇到大本营这段，也可以骑马，但是要额外加300元。我们是来挑战的当然不会选择骑马，甚至下山都没考虑骑马。然而，我轻视了海拔带来的阻力。四姑娘山镇海拔3150米，大峰大本营海拔4379米，16公里的山路海拔垂直上升1200。这是很大的挑战。在我们国家，爬户外开放的雪山，一定要到当地的登山协会办理注册手续，这是唯一的合法手续，如果你不办理注册就视为野爬，被政府抓到也许要被罚款甚至受到一些更严重的惩罚，纵使没有被抓到，纵使你成功登顶，你也无法取得登山证，你的登顶成果也不会被认可。其实很多人在爬雪山的时候都不想注册，认为这会多花很多钱，他们也不明白为什么要注册。其实注册还有一个好处就是，一旦你在山里遇到危险，救助队会第一时间按着你当时注册时候的路线去救援你，如果不注册，那么可能没有人知道你在哪遇到了危险。 车子把我们送到了四姑娘山户外活动管理中心办证大厅，这里就是阿坝州四姑娘山登山户外运动协会，也就是我们所说的注册登山手续的地方。在办理注册手续的时候，我们要出示自己的身份证，还要填写几分承诺书和路线图，并且需要签字摁手印。要标明这几天的户外登山路线，去爬四姑娘山景区内的哪一座山。按照登协的要求，一旦注册路线制定之后沿途路上是不能更改的。 一切办理妥当之后，我们才算是真正的出发了。顺着右手边的栈道一路向上走，明显感觉得到海拔逐渐上升刚过景区大门，就看见了大峰了。她开始还有些害羞的躲在茂密干瘪的树枝后面，没走几步，四位姑娘婀娜的身姿就完全展现在眼前了。幺妹峰在整个世界登山界都享有盛名，原因就是它的攀登难度可以遥遥领先于全世界。珠峰虽然海拔最高，但并不是最难爬的山。在世界上，登山家们公认的最难攀登的山莫过于K2峰、贡嘎山、卡瓦格博、艾格峰北壁，再有就是幺妹峰了。到目前为止，还有两位伙伴长眠在幺妹峰5200米处。它就像一把巨型的宝剑稳稳地插在了川北的大地上。幺妹峰的中央山壁几乎是垂直的九十度，陡得连雪都挂不住，而且常年有落石往下滚。你看它的外面是如此的优雅和美丽，其实它是一座杀人不眨眼的食人峰。 对于爱好登山的人，可能都有过想登顶幺妹峰的想法，可那终究是幻想，几乎是一辈子不可能实现的幻想。 我们这次爬的大峰虽然平缓很多，路线也成熟，但就在去年也有人失足在此。所以，我不敢轻视他，因为当你轻视危险时，危险就会找上你。 今天衣服不能穿多，天气好，会越走越热。同时要做好防晒。我们经过了拜姑脚，斋戒坪，朝山坪，石板热，到了我们中午吃饭的地方，也是唯一的补给站，打尖包。这里位于山脚到大本营中间位置，也是路程由简单到难的分界线。午饭后我去洗手间，有一个驴友感叹说，走到这里的都是英雄。我笑了，心想这英雄也太好当了。事后为我的无知深深的忏悔，每个人的身体素质是不同的，我们不应该轻视任何一分努力。我只是还没出现高反而已。 打尖包的海拔是3750米，相当是西藏日客则的海拔，从这里开始，手机就没有信号。好像心也变得更宁静了。大概休息了半小时，我们就出发了。出了打尖包之后的路开始变得异常的难走。眼前都是马走的山路，本就不平的山路被马蹄踩出了数不尽的深坑，再加上炎炎的烈日，马粪的味道刺鼻。这时候，我感受到心脏剧烈跳动。每走一段，就要停下休息等心脏恢复平静再走。我开始反思前面对“英雄”的轻视。 休息的时候，一口温水，半根香蕉，感觉就能续命，即减重，又增加能量。 队友说我们有福报，今天晴空万里，如果天气不好，那难度更大。四姑娘山景区内的群山万壑都是清晰可见，路的右手边是深不见底的悬崖，对面是一座座巍峨的高山，山顶的积雪在太阳的照耀下显得格外的纯粹洁白。 千里之行，始于足下。虽然慢，但是下午2点左右我们就走到了海拔4000的高度。走出了自己的节奏，速度算快的。二峰和大峰保护站岔路口海拔4208米，望着眼前的指引牌，此地距离大峰大本营还有850米。这要是在平时，850米跑步5分钟就可以搞定了，可是在今天，前方的路真是个未知数。最后的850米是一路上坡。由于快到大本营，马匹集中，到处都是泥泞，无处下脚。随着体力的耗尽，前进的速度越来越慢三四个石房子就是大本营了。整个大本营建在一个空旷的山谷中，它的身后就是明天我们要走的路，放眼望去真是刀劈斧剁般。房子门口拴着帮我们驼背包的马，屋檐下全是马粪。下午3点半，我们拖着疲惫的身体到了今天的终点站。踩着马粪，走进石头房子。房子里没用电也没有任何的照明设备。一个木板搭成的床上只有一个防潮垫，整个石房子里有没一张被子，索性连一个布条都没有，地上满是尘土。睡袋拿出来铺上，这就是晚上睡觉的地方。条件恶劣倒是在我预料之中，唯独受不了的是那马粪的味道。它时刻提醒我，今晚要睡在马粪堆里。对于我们来说平时16公里爬山，并不困难。但是这里是海拔4300米，放下背包后，我坐在垫子上，就出现反应了，头和面部像是在充血，头痛到炸。体力不支，走出去上厕所都感觉困难。睡袋还是队友帮我铺的。赶紧喝了一袋葡萄糖粉，但并没有什么卵用。 这时大家没什么劲了。同行的伙伴平时爱好调侃，这会连他都不吭声了。大家都不说话，多说一句都需要力气。纷纷铺上睡袋整齐的靠着墙坐了一排。防止高反，向导建议到了以后到处转转，但是太累，没有人走出去。 大家熬时间，等向导来喊吃饭。食材和烧饭的炊具都是今天跟我们一起走上来的马儿驼上山的。这样的条件，没办法讲究，保证食物是熟的就行。雪地里放了张桌子，一塑料盆乱炖，一高压锅米饭，我们8个人围在一起将就了这顿晚饭。虽然都不想吃，但是为了储备能量，得硬逼着自己吃一点。 这时我已经彻底坍塌了。没有了体力，意志力。我回到石头房子躺下，感觉饭和着马粪。在胃里翻滚。向导四哥来给我们加水看到我躺着，一直提醒我，这样会头痛。我确实头痛欲裂，嘴唇也干。但是我没有其他办法。心想快熬睡着。睡着就不疼了。 8点9点10点。。。。1点，2点，一晚上没眨眼。坐起来不对，躺下去也不对。我们大通铺10个人，从我开始，左边的伙伴5个人全是这种状态。半夜，领队自己咳岔气了，他赶紧把随身携带的氧气喷了两口。这一刻我生气的问自己，成都的火锅不香吗？酒店躺着不舒服吗？为啥要来受这份罪？ 终于熬到了2点半，穿衣，上厕所，收拾东西，吃早饭。就这几样事情我们花了1个半小时。因为每一个动作都很困难，浑身无力，哪怕从包里掏个水杯出来都觉得费劲。装睡袋，穿雪套，冰爪，这些动作都是在小伙伴的帮助下完成的。 8人来到大本营，7人冲顶，一个小伙伴因为不适，无法前进。凌晨4点我们正式出发。 我们借着头灯的光向前走。刚走出营地没几步，迎面而来的就是一个巨大的陡坡，今天的路跟昨天的路确实是不一样的，昨天的路再陡只是耗体力罢了，而今天的路更需要的是勇气和技巧。整个大峰没有一块人工修成的石板，更没有别的景区的栈道，手脚并用是毫不夸张。套着冰爪缓慢的前行，我们都在尽力的适应这种步伐适应这种强度。我彻夜没睡，能量耗尽，感觉我头痛加剧了。向导一边鼓励我们要冲顶，一边说有情况要及时说，因为海拔高，茬过去可能就是几分钟的事。我真是矛盾极了。这时候完全是靠毅力吊着。在雪山上最怕两件事，一是失温，二是滑坠。一旦体内失温严重觉得超级的冷就很可能葬送在雪山之上。滑坠就更可怕了，一不小心就可能跌落谷底。近几年四姑娘山就出现了好几起伤亡事件。我们走到3分之2的地方，我有点想放弃，因为前面的队伍，在几乎垂直的地方晃动着头灯，远远的望去，他们像是在一座高楼的楼顶。可怕的是他们的位置还没到垭口。（垭口海拔约4900米距离山顶垂直距离300米）我的意志力接近崩塌，头痛，心脏剧烈跳动开始走50步歇一下，后来走20步就到了极限。可怕的是，居然犯困。停下休息时，感觉能靠着登山杖睡着。这可是个危险的信号。这时候每个人都很困难，大家拼的不是体能而是坚定的意志力。 越过一个大石头，我们终于到达垭口了，垭口的风特别的大，我带着滑雪手套，手指脚趾都冻僵了，我们需要在此休息一下，喝口水，很饿，但是没有胃口。好在眼前开阔的视野，给了我很大一股冲上去的力量。过了垭口有一段横切的山路甚是陡峭，此时借着头灯的光亮抬头看去，可以清晰的看见一座巨大的土包矗立在眼前，这个土包有点像秦始皇陵的封土堆。向导说土包上就是顶峰了。此时目测到顶峰不高百米的高度，但这百米的难度可能要高于这两天所走过的所有的路。行到此处，我们的体力已经耗得差不多了。今天不比昨天，昨天走了十几公里才会体力耗尽，而今天走三公里便会耗尽，因为今天是全程冲顶，山路异常陡峭，海拔越走越高。虽然艰难，想想不远千里来到这，为此也精心准备了一翻，就差眼前的这几步了。怎么得我也得爬上去。2020年5月31日6点55分，我成功登顶。脚踏上去的那一刻看着镜头里自己苍白的脸和乌青的嘴唇，我哭了。大概是累的，也大概是因为孤独，更多的可能是被自己感动。。。 登顶的那一刻一定要记住自己登顶的时间，因为下山之后回到登山协会在办理登顶证明的时候会需要。 山顶的石碑不是石头的。是很轻的类似塑料材质做成的，石碑后面散布着很多黄色的白色的经幡，这么一看，石碑有种不可名状的庄严之感。极目远眺，云雾弥漫山谷，它是茫茫的大海；云雾遮挡山峰，它又是巨大的天幕。远处的二峰，三峰，幺妹峰矗立在云海中，像三座矮矮的小岛。脚下的海，平静，温和，柔顺了，从云海深处闪烁出的晶莹的白光，有一种说不出的诱惑力，似乎在呼唤观海的我，跳下去躺在上面被柔软和温暖包围，从此没有疲倦，压抑，烦恼。。。 山顶就大概10平米大小，无法容纳很多人，拍照要排队，手已经冻僵，鼓起勇气拿出手机正准备多拍几张照片，天变了，远处什么都看不见，雾茫茫一片。 向导说，山顶天气变幻莫测，有人忍受着严重高反，攀爬几个小时，登顶什么都看不见，拍出来的照片都是雾。这都靠缘分。拍好合影大概呆了20分钟，我们要返程了，位置要留给后面登顶的伙伴。 当我们走到垭口的时候，回望一眼刚刚登顶的大峰，面对那庞大的山体，真不知道自己是怎样爬上去的，一排细长的脚印带着我直通到大峰的山巅。向导说，如果没有雾，此时再看近在咫尺的幺妹和三峰，那种陡峭会让人不寒而栗，那是大自然的杰作，是苍天赠与地球的宝藏。 上山容易下山难，一点都不假，虽然下山的时间要比上山短，但是难度却翻了好几倍，脚下是万丈深渊，稍有不慎就会粉身碎骨，登山界很多起山难都是发生在下撤途中，这也更让我万分谨慎。下撤对膝盖的损耗非常之大，唯一轻松的是，没有上山那么喘，海拔越走越低，会越来越轻松。 9点半我们到达大本营。往返近6个小时。这6公里的路，充满了艰辛和希望，也呈现了我的坚韧和倔犟 。 到了大本营，我头还是痛的。只是没有山上那种昏昏欲睡的感觉。等小伙伴全部到齐，我们就返程。启程的时候信誓旦旦，不骑马。但一夜没睡，实在没有体力了。所以我选择了骑马。 眺望来时来时走过的路，雪化了，路都不认识了。我在猜想，如果登顶的路没有雪覆盖，那山是什么模样。我还有勇气登上去吗？ 回忆起昨天出发日的愉悦和辛劳，不禁感叹，诗和远方并不在路上，而在一个人的心理。真正的自由，也不是逃离喧嚣，而是内心的宁静 骑马虽然比走路轻松多了，但是颠簸的马背让人觉得并不舒服，骑马的时候一定要注意安全，沿途的树杈容易伤到头。在一些危险的路段尤其是下坡路段，身体一定要向后仰，倘若跟着马儿一样往前倾，可能就要从马背上摔下来了。颠簸了3个小时，到达四姑娘镇。1点从四姑娘山镇出发返回成都。随着海拔越来越低，头痛渐渐的消失了。。。 登山的意义不在于征服，在于遇见不曾遇到的风景，和探索到更极致的自己。山再高，往上攀，总能登顶；路再长，走下去，定能到达。愿我能把这份精神践行到生活中去，做一个真正的勇者 。
