primitivus），但直到1913年才由美国科布（N.A.Cobb）正式创立毛刺属。在毛刺属的分类上，雌雄虫形态特征都是有用的，但雄虫因其特异性特征较多而更为重要。目前认为，雄虫的交合刺结构（形状、纹饰及附属物）、交合刺长度、交配乳突位置和腹中颈乳突的数目及位置和雌虫的阴门骨化结构形状、侧体孔数目及位置和阴门形状是该属最主要的分类依据。此外，体长、瘤针长度、排泄孔位置和食道基部与肠端的交接方式也是常用的辅助鉴别特征。形态特征虫体长550～1300微米，固定后角质膜不强烈膨大。食道球基部与肠端一般不互相覆盖。肾食道腺核常位于前后2对亚腹食道腺核之间，且靠近于后1对。雌虫双向双卵巢，有受精囊。阴门后1体宽内一般有1对侧体孔。阴门骨化结构发达。雄虫普遍，斜交配肌十分发达，虫体被杀死后后部强烈腹弯。交合刺弓状，悬肌发达。交合伞仅在极少数种类上存在。交配乳突3枚，常近等距分布，前2枚几乎总是位于交合刺前。腹中颈乳突常2～3枚，少数1枚或无。生物学特性毛刺线虫是典型的迁移性植物根系外寄生物，且具有在根尖群聚为害的习性。线虫首先在快速生长的主根的根毛区不规则地取食，然后逐渐转移至伸长区进行群聚取食，最后毁坏根尖分生组织。线虫取食的部位一般仅限于表皮细胞，偶尔也可涉及皮层组织。线虫在单一取食点的取食时间很短，常常只有几分钟，甚至几秒钟。受害寄主植物表现侧根显著减少，根系生长速率下降或停止，根变短变粗而形成所谓的粗短根，病根表面呈褐色。毛刺线虫在木本植物的根围出现频率较高，且多分布于土质较粗的砂性土壤中，但对干旱的条件十分敏感，因而阵雨过后群体线虫数量往往骤增。该类线虫的生活史相对较短，如带毒毛刺线虫在15～20℃下约经45天完成1代，因而在1个生长季节内可产生多代而形成重复侵染。毛刺线虫具有传播烟草脆裂病毒组植物病毒（Tobraviruses）的潜力，目前已证实的自然组合有3例，即带毒毛刺线虫可传播烟草脆裂病毒（TRV）意大利株系和豌豆早稻病毒（PEBV）英格兰株系；相似毛刺线虫可传播烟草脆裂病毒荷兰株系。重要病原线虫在已报道的毛刺线虫中，具有较重要经济影响的种类有原始毛刺线虫[T.primitivus（De Man）Micoletzky]、相似毛刺线虫（T.similis Seinhorst）和带毒毛刺线虫（T.viruliferus Hooper）。原始毛刺线虫主要分布于欧洲温带地区，在美国等地也零星发生。该线虫在英国为害甜菜、甘蓝、红三叶草、马铃薯等栽培作物，在欧洲其余国家寄生草莓、白菜、苹果、樱花等作物，在美国东北部和南部常发生于灰胡桃、玉米、棉花、燕麦、小麦、芹菜等植物上；相似毛刺线虫广泛发生于欧洲温带地区，在英国和法国是马铃薯和甜菜常见的寄生物，同时也发生于桃、胡桃、高粱等作物上，在荷兰与唐菖蒲裂叶病联系在一起，在德国为害草莓、桦树等植物。此外，大麦、油菜、烟草、胡萝卜、苜蓿、白三叶草等也已被证明是该线虫的寄主；带毒毛刺线虫在英国、荷兰、德国、法国等西欧国家均有报道，它倾向于发生在轻质砂性土中，常见寄主包括小麦、甜菜、豌豆、苹果、马铃薯、葡萄、大麦、黑麦等。毛霉目Mucorales曹以勤菌丝无隔膜，菌体发达，无性繁殖产生孢囊孢子，有性生殖产生接合孢子的一类真菌。属接合菌亚门，接合菌纲，是接合菌亚门的一个大目。已知约50属270种。大多腐生，有许多种被用于生产各种有机酸、酶类、维生素、促生素、生物碱和发酵食品，在发酵工业上极重要。其中瓶霉引起人类接合菌病。少数弱寄生菌为害植物，引起腐烂。德国尼斯（Christian Gottfried Nees）首先建立毛霉科（Mucoraceae）。美国马丁（George Willard Martin）的三纲一类的真菌分类系统中，毛霉科属藻菌纲，接合菌亚纲。英国安斯沃思（Geoffrey Clough Ainsworth）于1971年将藻菌纲分别建立两个新的亚门——鞭毛菌亚门和接合菌亚门，毛霉科相应上升为毛霉目。形态特征毛霉目真菌的营养体通常是无隔多核菌丝体，发达繁茂，大多在形成生殖器官时产生隔膜。有的种类，其菌丝可特化为根状的假根和联结假根的匍匐枝，有的形成厚垣孢子。有的种类在液体培养时具两型性，即在缺氧条件下产生酵母状细胞，而在氧气充足时形成菌丝体。无性繁殖产生孢子囊，内生孢囊孢子。孢子囊顶生在孢囊梗上，有的孢囊梗顶端膨大，延伸至孢子囊内，称为囊轴。有的种类孢囊梗和囊轴连接处膨大成为囊托。孢子囊内只有少数孢囊孢子的称小型孢子囊，有球形和圆柱形两类，通常无囊轴。球形的小型孢子囊着生在顶部生有孢子囊的孢囊梗中下部的分枝短梗上或其自身的孢囊梗上；圆柱形的生在孢囊梗顶端。孢子囊成熟时囊壁破裂，散出孢囊孢子。有的孢子囊只含一个孢囊孢子，其功能与分生孢子相似。有性生殖是通过两个形态相同、大小相等或不等的配子囊接合产生接合孢子。接合孢子表面平滑或有纹饰，有的在基部的配囊柄上有形状不同的附属丝。同宗配合或异宗配合。分类毛霉目的分科依据是孢子囊和小型孢子囊的有无及形态、孢囊梗形态、囊轴的有无及形态、孢子囊是否强力放射、配子囊类型、接合孢子形态和配囊柄附属丝的形态等。赫塞尔坦（Charles W.Hesseltine）1973年将毛霉目分为14科，中国学者近年多采用这个分类系统。英国霍克斯沃思（David L.Hawk-sworth）等在1983年《真菌词典》第7版中，将赫塞尔坦分类系统中的一些科独立为目，在毛霉目下设9个科。其中与植物病害有关的是毛霉科（M ucoraceae）和笄霉科（Choanephoraceae）。常见属（见图）如下。毛霉目常见属的形态1～4.根霉属：1.孢囊梗、假根及匍匐枝；2.孢囊梗放大，示囊轴；3.配囊柄及原配子囊；4.接合孢子；5～7.毛霉属：5.孢囊梗；6.孢子囊；7.接合孢子；8～12.笄霉属：8.小型孢子囊聚生在孢囊梗顶端；9.孢囊梗顶端的头状体及小梗；10.小型孢子囊，即分生孢子；11.大型孢子囊；12.孢囊孢子根霉属Rhizopus Ehrenber ex Corda菌丝无隔膜，有假根和匍匐枝，假根相对处向上长出孢囊梗；孢囊梗单生或丛生，分枝或不分枝，顶端产生孢子囊；孢子囊球形，囊轴明显，基部有囊托，成熟后壁消解或破裂；孢囊孢子球形、卵形或不规则形，有棱角或线纹，无色至淡褐色；接合孢子表面有瘤状突起，配囊柄无附属丝。匍枝根霉[R.stolonifer（Ehrenb.ex Fr.）Vuill]引起甘薯软腐病及瓜果蔬菜的收获后病害。毛霉属Mucor Mich ex Fr菌丝无隔膜，无假根及匍匐枝；孢囊梗单生、直立，单轴或假单轴分枝，顶端生孢子囊；孢子囊球形，有囊轴，无囊托，内生大量孢囊孢子；孢囊孢子圆形或椭圆形，无色或有色，表面平滑；接合孢子表面有瘤状突起，配囊柄无附属丝，萌芽时产生芽孢子囊，有的产生厚垣孢子。广泛分布，腐生于土壤、粪便和其他有机物上。在贮藏条件不良时，可引起谷物、果实及薯类的霉烂。笄霉属Choanephora Currey有孢子囊和小型孢子囊，分别着生在各自的孢囊梗上。孢子囊有囊轴，内有大量形状不一的孢子，孢子褐色，有条纹及毛状附属丝；小型孢子囊生在球形的泡囊上，内有2～5个孢子，孢子卵形至纺锤形，暗褐色，有条纹及毛状附属丝。有时形成厚垣孢子。有些种形成接合孢子。常见种是引起瓜类花腐病的瓜笄霉[C.cucurbitarum（Berk et Ray.）Thaxt.]。矛线线虫目Dorylaimida徐建华具有口针或齿、食道常为矛线型（dorylaimid oesophagus）的一类线虫。通称矛线线虫（dorylaims），隶属于无尾感器纲，包括30多科，170余属。矛线线虫普遍陆生，偶尔也见于淡水中，有取食藻类或真菌、捕食小动物、寄生高等植物等类群。形态特征虫体大型，体长常大于1.5毫米（膜皮亚目除外）。角质膜厚，较平滑。唇区常发达，缢缩或非缢缩。侧器明显，倒镫状至长袋状，侧器口孔状至长横裂状。多数种类口腔内有中空的轴针，少数种类含偏向一侧的壁齿或弯曲的瘤针。食道常属矛线型：前部狭窄，后部食道腺区域膨大，整体似瓶，不含瓣门状结构。部分穿咽总科线虫的食道呈双球型，即食道中部和后部膨大，后食道球还可能有瓣门。食道腺一般5个，均开口于神经环后，一些类群退化至3个，个别种类增加至7个。食道与肠交接处贲门发达。前直肠普遍存在。雌虫含2个或1个回折的卵巢。雄虫交合刺1对，引带无或有，交合伞罕见。精巢双或单。交配乳突和尾乳突发达，前者常由1对肛上亚腹乳突和1列数目不等的腹中乳突组成。生物学特性是土壤中最大的线虫类群之一，偶尔见于淡水，但不存在海洋环境中。在该类线虫目前包含的30余科中，多数种类因缺乏调查至今食性不明，但常与土壤中的植物根系伴生。已知一些类群取食藻类、苔藓或真菌，包括矛线总科中的真矛线属、瘤咽属和小孔咽属的多数种类；另一些类群捕食环虫、轮虫等小动物或其它类型的线虫，包括穿咽总科的所有成员和小孔咽属的少数成员；只有矛线总科内的长针科和膜皮亚目内的毛刺科被证实为高等植物的专性寄生物。长针科和毛刺科线虫均属于植物根系的外寄生物，可诱发寄主根系表现坏死、根尖肿大、粗短根等症状。此外，长针科中的剑线虫属和长针线虫属以及毛刺科中的毛刺线虫属和拟毛刺线虫属的少数种类是某些植物病毒的自然传播介体。目的分类现代矛线线虫的分类起源于美国索恩和施旺格（G.Thorne&H.Swanger）及G.索恩分别于1936和1939年撰写的2本专著，他们当时设立了1个矛线总科，下分矛线科、细齿科、颚针科和膜皮科4科。美国的皮尔斯（A.Pearse）1942年将该类线虫组合提升至目级单元，成立矛线目。之后，矛线目的分类经历了一系列复杂的演变，出现了多种不同的分类系统，目前较为流行的是前苏联聂斯捷罗夫（П.Н.Ностеров）1988年的分类体系：目下设矛线亚目和膜皮亚目2亚目，前者口腔含轴针或壁齿，食道后部膨大成柱状，下辖矛线总科、角咽总科、细齿总科、颚针总科和穿咽总科5总科；后者口腔含瘤针，食道后部膨大成梨形，下不设总科，而只分膜皮科和毛刺科2科。矛线总科包括矛线科等10科，主要特征是口腔有轴针，食道膨大部至少占整个食道的1/3；角咽总科目前有角咽科等6科，其成员口腔含轴针，口腔壁可强烈角质化，食道狭部和膨大部几乎等长；细齿总科线虫口腔有轴针，食道膨大部短于食道总长的1/3，包括细齿针等7科；颚针总科线虫因其食道膨大部由一层厚螺旋肌包裹而有别于其它类群，包括颚针科等7科；穿咽总科线虫则口腔含腹侧壁齿，食道为典型的矛线型或双球型，仅有穿咽科1科。膜皮科和毛刺科的区别在于前者瘤针背腹不相连，背侧形成短、尖、弯曲的齿状物，基部膨大；后者瘤针较长，前部实心，后部空心，基部不膨大。重要病原线虫矛线线虫目植物病原线虫仅限于长针科和毛刺科。长针科Longidoridae细而长的大型线虫，体长1～12毫米；轴针由齿针（odontostyle）和齿针延伸部（odontophore）构成，齿针长50～220微米；食道腺3个，即1个背核和2个亚腹核。长针科隶属于矛线总科，迄今有10个命名属被提出，但得到广泛承认的只有5属：剑线虫属（Xiphinema）、长针线虫属（Longidorus）、拟长针线虫属（Paralongidorus）、似长针线虫属（Longidoroides）和剑针线虫属（Xiphidorus），它们的形态区别（见图1）和表1。长针科线虫是植物根系外寄生物，以长口针刺入寄主的皮层，甚至中柱组织中取食，受害植株表现根端坏死、肿大，整个根系缩小，地上部长势不良。温度对长针科线虫的生活史影响很大，在自然条件下该类线虫的生活周期长达数月至数年。在无寄主条件下在土壤中可存活数年。长针科线虫具有传播植物病毒的潜力，已证实剑属和长针属各有10种和7种线虫分别是7种和5种多面体病毒（Nepoviruses）的自然传播介体。毛刺科Trichodoridae线虫中等大小，长约400～1300微米，整体呈雪茄状；角质膜厚而柔软；口腔具有弯曲的瘤针，前部实心，后部空心；食道腺5个。毛刺科迄今记载有4属，即毛刺线虫属（Trichodorus）、拟毛刺线虫属（Paratrichodorus）、单毛刺线虫属（Monotrichodorus）和异毛刺线虫属（Allotricho-dorus），都是广泛认可的有效属，形态区别如图2和表2所示。毛刺科线虫多发生于砂性土壤中，在木本植物的根围出现机率偏高。它们外寄生植物根系的表皮细胞，具有在根尖群聚取食的习性，受害植株表现粗短根、侧根减少等症状。该类线虫具有传播植物病毒的潜力，已知2种毛刺属线虫和6种拟毛刺属线虫可分别自然传播2种烟草脆裂病毒组病毒（Tobraviruses）。图1 Червей—Nematoda，Штинмца，Кищинев，1988.梅花病害Japanese apricot diseases张能唐世界已知约40种，至1991年中国有22种。叶、枝、花、果均为害的有炭疽病、灰霉病（Sclerotinia fucke-liana），叶、枝、果均为害的有疮痂病（Venturia car-pophaila），为害叶的有锈病、真菌性穿孔病、白粉病（Podosphaera tridactyla）、烟霉病（Fumago vagans）、白霉病（Clasterosporium degenerans）等，为害枝干的有流胶病（Botryosphaeria lerengeriana，B.shodina）、膏药病（Septobasidium logoriense，S.tanakae）等，为害根颈与根的有冠瘿病（Agrobacterium tumefaciens）。最重要的是炭疽病和真菌性穿孔病。炭疽病梅花产地均有发生。主要为害叶与嫩梢，偶尔也为害花与果。叶片上病斑圆形或近圆形，灰褐色，边缘暗紫色，后期轮生许多小黑点（病菌分生孢子盘），严重时引起早期落叶，为害嫩梢后引起枝梢回枯，病花早落病果生斑。病原物为围小丛壳（Glomerella cingulata）（见仁果炭疽病）。品种间抗病性有明显差别。管理粗放，土壤瘠薄或粘重时病重。病害控制：要注意清除病残体，集中烧毁；加强肥水管理；发病初期喷施多菌灵或代森锌，不宜用石硫合剂，若用波尔多液，硫酸铜量减半。有机硫与噻唑类农药混用可提高药效。在城市及旅游景点，宜用抗菌素及高脂膜等农药。真菌性穿孔病分布、危害与症状因病原物而异。由核果假尾孢（Pseudocercospora circumscissa）引起的，分布最普遍，各主要大中城市均有发生。叶斑圆形，直径0.5～5毫米，中心鲜红褐色，边缘黑褐色，后中央变成灰色，上生灰霉（病菌分生孢子梗和分生孢子）。稠李柱盘孢（Cylindrosporium padi）引起的，主要发生于华南地区。叶斑多角形，褐灰色，穿孔形状不规则，后期病斑上有小黑点（病菌分生孢子盘）。由桃叶点霉（Phyllosticta persicae）引起的，叶斑圆形，褐色，边缘暗红色，直径3～4毫米，穿孔规则，严重时提前落叶。三种病菌都是半知菌，分别属丝孢目、黑盘孢目、球壳孢目。病菌主要在病残体或病枝梢上越冬，伤口侵入或直接从表皮组织侵入，再侵染较多，风雨传播。病害控制同炭疽病。肿叶病分布于浙江、江苏、贵州。受害叶片皱缩、扭曲、变厚，初深红色，后呈灰白色，新梢粗短，丛生卷缩。病原物为梅外囊菌（Taphrina mume），属子囊菌，外囊菌目。病菌子囊直接从寄主表皮下的菌丝上产生，裸露，长圆筒形，平行排列于寄主表面。病菌以子囊孢子产生的厚壁芽殖孢子在芽鳞缝中越冬，翌春绽芽时，孢子萌发侵入嫩叶。春季多雨病重。病害控制：可在早春芽刚膨大时周密地喷石硫合剂或波尔多液，病重落叶多时要增施肥料，加强管理。锈病分布于江西。芽上病斑不规则形，橙黄色，叶被害后肥厚变形，亦生橙黄色不规则斑，病部产生许多橙红色小点（病菌锈子器），破裂后散出橙黄色锈孢子。病原物为牧野裸孢锈菌（Caeoma makinoi），担子菌、锈菌目。夏孢子、冬孢子阶段不明。病菌以菌丝体在植株病部越冬，自冬芽附近侵入，早春花芽、叶芽开展时发病。病害控制：可在早春除去病芽及其他被害部位；发芽前喷施石硫合剂或粉锈宁等杀菌剂。

中国矿业大学的化学工程与工艺研究生专业还相当不错。学校溯源于1909年创办的焦作路矿学堂；1938年与东北大学工学院、北平大学工学院、北洋大学工学院在陕西城固合组为国立西北工学院；1946年，焦作工学院在河南洛阳复校；1950年3月，华北煤矿专科学校并入，并以焦作工学院为基础成立了中国矿业学院。1953年，学校迁至北京，改称北京矿业学院；“文革”期间，学校更名为四川矿业学院；1978年，学校在江苏徐州重建，恢复中国矿业学院校名；1988年，学校更名为中国矿业大学。1998年，北京煤炭管理干部学院并入；2000年，学校整体划转教育部直属管理。中国矿业大学的前身是由英国福公司（Peking Syndicate Limited）创办于1909年的焦作路矿学堂。焦作路矿学堂是晚清时期由外国人开办的三所私立高校之一和唯一的私立工科高校，同时也是在中国创办最早并一直延续至今的矿业高等学府，跻身中国最早一批近代大学的行列。
