　　2、开展慰问方式。一是坚持分类指导，务求工作实效。针对困难企业和困难人员的不同困难程度、不同致困原因、不同帮扶需求等情况，可采取“送政策、送岗位、送培训、送物资、送资金”等多种慰问形式。二是把慰问活动同日常工作相结合。三是丰富活动内容，促进社会和谐。有条件的地区、企业，通过开辟返乡专列、帮助预订返乡车票等形式，为外来务工人员顺利返乡过年提供各种方便。组织开展多种形式系列活动，丰富留漳过年的外来务工人员的精神文化生活，让他们在我市度过一个欢乐、温暖、祥和的新春佳节。 　　 第四阶段:总结阶段(20xx年2月25日至3月5日) 　　各县(市、区)人社部门、市直有关单位和企业对本地区、本部门开展送温暖慰问活动情况、典型经验和创新做法要及时进行总结，于20xx年3月1日前以书面形式报送市人社局，市人社局将汇总上报省人力资源和社会保障厅。 　　 五、慰问活动的资金筹集 　　各县(市、区)人社部门要尽快与当地财政部门协调，提前安排落实慰问资金。各县(市、区)、市直有关主管部门和企业在送温暖资金的筹集、管理、使用过程中，要严格遵守财务制度，坚持公开、公平、公正、有序的原则，规范程序、加强监督，确保送温暖资金真正用于困难企业和特困人员。 　　 六、慰问活动的相关要求
