HR面试完以后该如何写好面试评语？1、 基本信息。基本信息这一块就是面貌着装这一块，求职者的衣帽着装是否整洁还是随意邋遢？求职者的精神面貌是否充沛还是萎靡不振，说话语气是否连贯，这是一个信息。另外，求职的籍贯，包括他的年龄学校，还有在当地的生活情况是刚来这个地方是找工作还是已经工作几年了？有没有固定的住房，是否能是否结婚成家了？是否有小孩，家中是否有老人照顾，这个都要可以写在上面，这是基本信息这一块。2、 工作能力。尤其先讲工作经验这一说。工作经验，求职的实际情况是跟简历上工作经验表述是否一致，原有的工作岗位主要的工作？难点是什么？经历过哪些重要的这个事件，事情还是怎么解决这些难题的，还有一些就是工作经验跟现在我们要求的岗位工作经验是否衔接，是否现在这个面临的新的岗位，他的岗位的技能是否具备，这是一方面。第二个的话就是关于这个学习的能力。学习能力的话，主要看那个现代工作能力欠缺的技能是什么？他们是不是可以通过这个学习进行提升？还要看他的这个学习的领悟能力怎么样？学习的阅读习惯，学习的习惯是怎么样的？是通过自学的学习，掌握了什么？新的技术智能技能这一块。第三个就是看沟通技巧。在跟求职者沟通的时候，是否沟通能够正常进行，看他理解能力沟通能力怎么样？能不能理解你的问题？那是不是在回避问题还是在张冠李戴？这是与他的互互动情况，还有涉及到他的这个人的说服能力怎么样？第四个涉及到团队配合方面，有在问他这个了解他过去的时候，是否帮过其他同事，解决过一些不属于自己工作的问题，为什么要这样做？帮助这样做的意义在哪里？这个也可以了解他对团队的配合方面。最后一个就是涉及到一个情绪的控制和克服困难的能力，他的情绪控制能力怎么样？面对工作困难的时候，部门领导不理解他的时候，怎么办？怎么化解？再有在过去工作中解决哪些难题，是通过什么方法解决的，这个也可以判断出来。3、 职业目标。职业目标的话就是分两块，第一个的话就是这个性格兴趣，第二个的话就是职业规划。职业性格兴趣方面一定要看他的性格兴趣特点与跟他表达的是否一致，还有他的爱好兴趣与职业目标之间的关系是什么？例如他喜欢摄影，他日常的工作摄影有没有跟工作有关系？第二个的话就是关于职业规划，任何一个求职者其实他都有一定的规划的，你要问他为什么这样规划，还有问他有什么思路，怎么实现规划？这个规划跟我们现在招聘的岗位是否是一致，然后还要看他要通过哪些努力进行满足。如果现在他说以后我要做这个销售总监，结果他现在做的行政，那么规划就不一致了。规划不一致的话，他可能会存在对自己做的事哪怕有成功了，仍然不认可自己。4、离职原原因。离职原因主要是有两点，在上上一份工作的时候，离职原因是啥？公司现在招聘的情况是否出现原来离职情况上以类似的情况，防止事情的这个再次发生。第二，你要了解他选择岗位的因素是什么？是职业发展是环境是吧？是培训学习？还是一个薪资的提升？职位的提升还是照顾家庭各方面，一定要了解的话，真实的因素啊等等因素。最后就是关于薪资期望。一定要了解这个求职者对这个薪资期望的范围或者最底线是什么？我们的公司在面试的时候能不能提供他能不能满足它。4、 关于面试的评语。面试评语一定要写得不要太写的华丽，一定要全面，而且抓住核心的要素，例如该求职者稳重乐观，善于沟通，做事仔细做的仔细，有吃苦的背景，持股的背景，有可塑性，有三年的专业经验，有一定的创造力。能多角度想问题，提建议。建议在复试考察其专业技能或者是综合技能，或者是写这个求职者个性张扬，团队合作能力不足，言意表达过于强势，工作经验不符合要求，职业规划目标模糊，薪资期望过高，不符合用人需求，不予录用。这一块的话要最终要给出一个最终的结果。一般就是三个结果，一个是需要在面试观察，第二个的话就是录用，第三个的话是不录用这一块。如果说你是最终的一个录取条件，一定要给予一个薪酬的建议，给予一个试用期的建议。我们在写面试评语的时候，主要是写了抓住一些要点，在一些可疑的地方看简历的时候要记住打问号，在面试的时候一定要问到。还有一些前后不一致的地方一定要问清楚问清楚。再有一些时间段有间隔的时候就是有阶段，例如2016年到2019年这个时间段，他写了，然后2019年之后到2021年这个时间他没有写，但你一定要问清楚他在干什么，这样的话你就知道他的一些情况了。
