　　近日，由中华全国总工会和中央广播电视总台联合举办的“大国工匠2018年度人物”已经开播了，我看完深受感动，下面我就来分享彭祥华和 徐立平的人物事迹吧，赶紧来看看吧! 　　 彭祥华 (中铁二局二公司隧道爆破高级技师) 在软若豆腐般的岩层间精准爆破，误差控制远小于规定的最小误差，被同事公认为“爆破王”。 　　世界上平均海拔最高的铁路，八起八伏。川藏铁路属于国家“十三五”规划的重点项目，铺设难度创造了新的世界之最，仅一条雅鲁藏布江，就要被这条铁路横渡16次;它更是世界上平均海拔最高的铁路，总长1800多公里的路基，累计爬坡高度超过14000米，台阶式八起八伏，被外媒称为巨大的过山车。2015年6月，川藏铁路的拉萨至林芝段全面开工，中铁二局二公司隧道爆破高级技师彭祥华和工友们开凿的是拉林段地质最复杂的东噶山隧道，川藏铁路的地质基础是印度板块和欧亚板块的碰撞缝合带，属地震多发区，在这样的地质构造带上挖隧道，几乎等于在掏潘多拉的盒子。 　　彭祥华的父亲是新中国第一代铁路工人，参加过20世纪50年代开工的成昆铁路，那是上世纪的世界铁路建设奇迹。彭祥华所在的中铁二局二公司，拥有出色的隧道爆破团队，承担过很多重大隧道的施工任务，彭祥华是这个团队的翘楚，被同事们公认为“爆破王”。 　　决定精准爆破效果的关键因素之一是装药量，为此彭祥华一直是自己分装炸药，凭借多年分装炸药的经验，彭祥华能够把装填药量的误差控制得远远小于规定的最小误差。 　　隧道内爆破面上通常有几十个炮孔，每个炮孔中的引爆雷管都要按照设计顺序爆炸，不同炮孔之间的起爆时差，在十几至一百毫秒间，还不到一眨眼的功夫。每个炮孔的相对位置精准装药量引爆时间等因素，必须作为相互密切关联的系统来考虑，让它们以最佳效果相互作用，以求得严格控制下的合适爆破力度，那些在外人看来狂烈的爆破，在彭祥华的耳中是旋律清晰有序的弹奏。 　　巨大的爆破声冲破隧道，浓烟冒出洞口，随后最危险的工作就是走入爆破现场，检查效果和排除可能存在的哑炮，彭祥华阻止了其他工友近前，独自一人走进了隧道u2026u2026这就是大工匠的担当，如山崖伫立，如长松挺身。 　 　徐立平 (中国航天科技集团公司第四研究院7416厂高级技师) 徒手雕琢高能炸药，精度误差不超过0.2毫米，安全线是不可触碰的高压线。 　　徐立平所在的工厂是世界上最神秘的工厂之一，地处中国秦岭大山深处，国家一些战略战术导弹和宇航发射用火箭发动机都出自这里。 　　29年来，徐立平进入厂房的第一件事便是打开工作间的每一道门，挂好每一个风钩，对他来说这里的每一道门都是危险时刻的紧急出口。 　　徐立平的工作是给火箭的固体燃料施行微整形雕刻，这也是固体发动机制造过程中最危险的工序之一。引燃火箭发动机所用的固体推进剂以火药为主，混合几十种特殊组分灌模浇筑而成，固化脱模后在表面精度和药量方面与实际需求总是会有些差距，需要修整。但固体火药极其敏感，而且燃面精度要求非常高，雕刻整形过程如果摩擦过力产生静电，就会引起燃烧甚至爆炸。因此，这个雕刻过程绝不允许反复打磨刮削，不可逆的操作就全靠技师手上的经验感觉，0.5毫米是这种固体火药表面精度所允许的最大误差。但徐立平仅凭手上触摸一次就能准确测度出需要切削部分的尺寸，精度误差不超过0.2毫米。 　　这种火药有很强的韧性，再加上里面含有粗糙的颗粒，这让手工雕刻的行刀轨迹不容易把握。所以这种火药的微整形处理无法用机器操作，只能通过人手的轻柔细致雕刻来完成，这种火药的雕刻者自然必须是超凡心理素质与高超技艺的合体人。 　　雕刻过程中，徐立平一呼一吸都与手和刀的节奏高度一致，以保持用力均匀。根据设计要求，徐立平需要削除环口接近5厘米厚的火药，但他每一刀切下的火药却要控制在3毫米以内，一点一点为火药微整形。对于每个部位所用的刀具，刀具之间摆放的距离都有严格的规定。在配合徐立平整形的过程中，助手必须时刻称量残药的重量，一旦达到一定数量极有可能发生爆炸。徐立平要求每次切除500克火药后，必须装进预先准备的防静电袋里。对徐立平而言，为了自己更为了他的工友和工厂，安全线是不可触碰的高压线。 　　从青春岁月到年近半百，一个人偶然间能够镇定地面临一次致命危险并不难，29年里天天面对致命危险，而能够守恒如常，那实在是太难了。
