短跑专案是属于极限强度工作专案。生理学、生物化学的理论认为极限强度工作属于由无氧代谢方式供给能量。短跑技术要求人的躯干稍前倾，但不能低头弯腰。两臂应弯曲在体侧做前后摆动。由此可见，短跑技术要求特别高，是一项要求全身配合，反应快，灵活性高，强度大的激烈运动专案。我在平时的训练中主要从以下几个方面入手。 一、发展爆发力练习 爆发力由两个有机组成部分确定，即速度与力量。因此，可采用以下练习方法：1、跳深；、2、纵跳；3、负重纵跳；4、负重蹲跳起；5、负重深蹲；6、负重弓箭步交换跳。 二、柔韧的练习 柔韧素质是指人的各个关节活动的幅度，肌肉韧带的伸展能力。它在短跑运动中具有重要意义，尤其是对于增大运动员的步幅有着十分重要的作用，因此，我在训练中通常采用以下方法：1、体前屈练习；2、把杆拉腿；3、纵、横臂叉；4、肋木体前后快速屈伸；5、踢腿（正、侧面以及外摆内合四个方面），盘腿坐膝等；6、快速的蹲立练习。 三、动作速度的训练 这个环节是短跑训练的关键，我通常采用的方法是辅助练习法、重复法、比赛法和游戏法。其中比赛法是进行速度训练经常使用的方法，由于速度练习时间短，经常使用比赛法，能使运动员情绪高涨，表现出最大速度。和比赛法作用一样，可以激发运动员高涨的情绪，同时，由于游戏过程中能引起各种动作变化，还可以防止因经常安排表现最大速度的练习而引起的“速度障碍”的形式。 一直以来，我们把小步跑、高抬腿跑、后摺叠跑、后蹬跑、跨步跳，作为比较传统的短跑的专门性技术练习，认为在短跑技术练习过程中，正确的掌握上述的几种练习是必要的。但随着短跑技术的发展，笔者认为在正确分析与研究的基础上，应有所继承与发展。 现代短跑技术更重视技术的规范化，表现的动作更加符合运动生物学和解剖学的原理，更加重视短跑的摆动技术和下肢的伸髋扒地动作，动作高频率大步幅自然平稳，重心上下起伏小，上下肢动作配合协调，有明显的节奏感。单步技术中，表现为缩短支撑时间和腾起的角度减小。综上所述，作为短跑的专门性技术动作练习，就要有促进此种技术的形成或发展的作用。 小步跑练习，主要是强调膝关节相对放松情况下的伸膝扒地技术。这是符合短跑技术原理的。这是需要指出的是，伸膝扒地的发力点应在髋关节上，而不是膝关节上，也就是说扒地的用力意识集中指向于髋关节。有些教练指出的小步跑幅度太小，找不到在短跑技术中的动作表象问题，本人认为应对这个技术加以正确的认识，小步跑这个动作，在加大抬腿、送髋的技术环节下，就是一个幅度较大的高抬腿跑技术。初学者先通过小步跑练习来培养髋发力、脚扒地的动作意识，然后再过渡到高抬腿跑。在高抬腿跑练习中，在高重心的前提下做到重心的平稳和摆动腿的积极前摆与脚扒地。随着向前速度的增加过渡到快速跑。 大小腿的后摺叠前摆技术被认为是短跑技术中的难点之一。大小腿摺叠越好，越能缩短摆动半径，减小摆动阻力，从而加快摆动速度，增大后蹬的力量。在途中跑中，大小腿的后摺叠动作是一个随势动作，支撑腿随着蹬地后的惯性，使膝关节摺叠屈曲。膝关节的屈曲是被动动作，是与大腿后群肌和小腿肌的积极收缩相关连的，并且与相关肌肉的柔韧性和膝关节、髋关节的灵活性有密切关系。后摺叠跑是有意识的强调后摺叠技术的一种练习。初学者摺叠前摆的幅度可小些，随着摺叠技术的提高，逐渐加大前摆的幅度，与高抬腿技术有机结合起来。在短跑的训练中，要自始至终地加强后摺叠意识的培养，特别对于初学者来讲尤其重要。 争议最多的是后蹬跑和跨步跳两个练习。后蹬跑技术主要发展后蹬技术与后蹬能力。现代的短跑技术已从有意识的后蹬转变成有意识的伸髋扒地，但并不说明可以疏忽后蹬技术。对目前国内外的优秀短跑运动员进行比较，国外优秀运动员的后蹬角度普遍小于国内选手。造成这一技术差异的原因，笔者认为主要有以下几方面：⒈摆动腿摆动的向前性不够，以摆促蹬的能力不强；⒉全身的协呼叫力能力较差；⒊形态之间的差异。前两个因素通过后天的训练可以有所改变。传统的后澄跑练习注重髋、膝、踝关节的充分蹬伸。在一定程度上发展了关节的力量和支撑能力，但在整个跑的结构中却阻碍了腿的摆动意识和伸髋扒地技术，可谓弊大于利。跨步跳练习一直以来是作为下肢的快速力量练习来看待的。但从跨步跳的技术结构来研究，发现跨步跳所要求的摆动腿以膝领先积极前摆和腿的积极伸髋扒地技术正是现代短跑所提倡的，而且较之跑的动作更为积极。著名力学专家艾立尔博士研究发现，在跳远腾空起跳中，起跳腿所获得的蹬地力量有63%—65%来自于摆动肢体，这就给了我们一个很好的启示。其次，积极的伸髋扒地能加快步频和缩短支撑时间，已被研究证明。综上所述，跨步跳对提高短跑技术有着积极的作用。 短跑除了技术性很强，心理素质方面的要求也很高。在训练和比赛中要养成运用良好技术的习惯，不可操之过急，任意破坏节奏。只要这样才能为短跑水平的提高打下坚实的基础。 400米短跑技巧 400米在竞赛中是一个比较困难的专案。一是要有速度，二是要有耐力。总结自己练习400米的体会，主要有以下几点。 一、必须要有100、200米冲刺时的速度。起跑要快，直道跑的绝对速度要快。 二、弯道跑的技术要过硬。弯道跑不需要很快的速度，但是掌握 三、一般在即将到400米终点时，人就会感到极限点到了，跑起来很吃力。所以，在平时训练时，要高速跑600-800米。特别是要着重在400--600这段距离提高速度。
