国民经济账户体系。国民经济账户体系（The System Of National Accounts）简称SNA。它是从国民收入统计发展而来的。 凯恩斯在1929年经济大危机之后创立的国民收入理论和对经济进行干预的理论，使国民收入统计得到迅速发展。二战以后，西方各国加强了经济管理职能，对经济生活进一步加强干预，逐步形成了国民收入核算体系。1953年、1968年和1993年，联合国先后三次公布了SNA体系， 并向市场经济国家推荐使用，目前有150多个国家和地区采用SNA体系进行核算。①SNA核算形式。随着宏观管理水平的提高和理论研究的不断深入，SNA在原来国民收入核算基础上增加了投入产出核算、 资金流量核算、资产负债核算、国际收支核算等内容，形成有5个子系统的SNA体系。②SNA计算方法。SNA不局限于原有的统计方法和模式， 吸收了会计、数学的一些方法，通过一整套账户、矩阵表、平衡表反映国民经济循环过程中的实物与资金、流量与存量的联系。 SNA中的账户形式，以总量平衡为出发点，以会计复式记帐原理为基础，把经济循环过程中每笔交易分别在对应帐户中记录，使借贷双方保持平衡，采用矩阵表进行计算，为国民经济运行提供详细的数据。③SNA的主要生产指标和分类。SNA有关生产核算的主要指标是： 总产出、最终产品、国内生产总值、国民生产总值、总投资等。 SNA根据核算目的的不同，采用产业部门分类和机构部门分类，分别用于国内生产总值核算、投入产出核算、资金流量核算、资产负债核算。（3）两大核算体系比较。SNA和MPS都是适应国家宏观经济管理需要而建立和发展起来的国民经济核算标准；但两者是不同经济体制和经济运行机制下的产物，SNA与市场经济体制相适应，MPS则与计划经济体制相适应。因此两种核算体系，在核算的范围、内容和方法上都有较大的区别，主要表现在：①在核算范围上：SNA以全面生产概念为基础，把国民经济各部门的经济活动都纳入核算范围，使社会生产、分配、使用各环节紧密衔接，组成统一完整的国民经济核算体系。 MPS主要限于物质产品生产领域，把非物质生产的服务活动排除在生产领域之外，使再生产环节核算不能协调一致，影响了国民经济总量核算的完整性。②在核算内容上：SNA既有国民收入生产、分配、使用的核算， 也有资金的收入与支出，存量与流量方面的核算，较全面地反映了国民经济的运行过程。MPS是一种实物核算体系， 主要描述社会再生产实物运动，对资金运动没有完整地反映，但其中的劳动平衡表、生产资料供求平衡表、综合财政平衡表在反映人、财、物的综合平衡上有重要作用。③在核算方法上：SNA采用复式记帐法， 运用帐户矩阵等核算方法，把社会再生产不同阶段、不同侧面的经济流量以及期初、期末存量联系起来，组成结构严谨的核算体系。MPS采用横向或纵向平衡法，设置一系列平衡表进行核算，形式比较简单和直观，但各平衡表之间缺乏有机的联系，整体结构不够严密。④在主要核算指标上：SNA表现经济活动的主要指标是国内生产总值和国民生产总值，它们不但包括新创造的价值，还包括固定资产折旧，计算范围扩大到全社会所有部门。 MPS表现经济活动的主要指标是社会总产值和国民收入，它们分别是物质生产部门的总产品总和和净产值总和，计算范围仅包括物质生产部门。
