This amount is immediately refundable upon termination of agreement.　　8. Expiration　　a) This agree shall expire for any reason given by the signing parties by either party serving a 3 months notice.　　b) Should WOW terminate the agreement XXX shall guarantee that all materials relating to or owned by WOW will be removed from any distribution outlet owned by XXX including any Internet domain, within the 3 month notice period.　　9.
