防火电缆有五种。一、增压级-CMP级这是 UL防火标准中要求最高的电缆（Plenum Cable），适用安全标准为UL910，实验规定在装置的水平风道上敷设多条试样，用87.9KW煤气本生灯（300，000BTU/Hr）燃烧20分钟。二、干线级-CMR级这是 UL标准中商用级电缆（Riser Cable）,适用安全标准为UL1666。实验规定在模拟直立轴上敷设多条试样，用规定的154.5KW煤气本生灯（527，500BTU/Hr）30分钟。三、商用级-CM级这是 UL标准中商用级电缆（General Purpose Cable），适用安全标准为UL1581。实验规定在垂直8英尺高的支架上敷设多条试样，用规定的20KW带状喷灯燃烧（70，000BTU/Hr）20分钟。四、通用级-CMG级这是 UL标准中通用级电缆（General Purpose Cable），适用安全标准为UL1581。商业和一般级别的相似，并批准在加拿大和美国使用。通用电缆无烟气浓度标准，一般只适用于同一楼层的水平电缆，不适用于同一楼层的垂直电缆。五、家居级- CMX级这是 UL标准中家居级电缆（Restricted Cable），适用安全标准为UL1581，VW-1。实验规定试样保持垂直，用试验用的喷灯燃烧（30，000 TU/Hr）15秒钟，然后停止15秒钟，反复5次。参考资料来源：百度百科—防火电缆

anca即抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体，包括两种核型：①胞浆型（c-anca）：主要与韦格氏肉芽肿血管炎有关；②核周型（p-anca）可在churg-strass综合症及溃疡性结肠炎的病人中产生。anca对于血管炎疾病的鉴别诊断及预后估计均有价值，而且是疾病活动的一个重要指标。

ANCA的检测方法有许多种，包括IFF、RIA、ELISA、Western印迹法、斑点印迹法及免疫沉淀试验等。首选方法为IFF，至今仍作为ANCA筛检的“金指标”。在用IFF法检测ACNA的同时进行ELISA的检测将有助于疾病的动态观察；靶抗原PR3或MPO的分辨将有助于某些特发性坏死性血管炎或坏死性肾小球肾炎的确诊。Gross等(1993)作了ANCA和有关疾病的分析。陈素英等(1996)以IFF法检测ANCA并对其与170例疾病的相关性作了报道。现介绍IFF检测ANCA。 (1)用肝素抗凝血分离白细胞，以0．01mol/L，pH7．4PBS液洗涤，制成细胞基质片，用95%乙醇固定5min。(2)将1：20稀释的血清标本滴加于底物片上，湿盒内37~C孵育30min。(3)再将基质片分为三组，分别滴加1：10稀释的FITC-羊抗人IgG、IgA和IgM，37~C孵育30min，洗涤3次。(4)加2：1缓冲甘油封片，置荧光显微镜下观察。 C-ANCA是诊断多发性肉芽肿(Weaner"s granulomatosis，WG)非常敏感的指标，也少见于微小多动脉炎(microscopic polyarteritis，MPA)，Churg-Strauss综合征、经典的结节性多发性动脉炎。P-ANCA见于肾性血管炎，急性进行性肾小球肾炎(rapidly pro-Gressive lomemlonephritis，PRGN)，风湿性和胶原性血管疾病。X-ANCA或P-ANCA见于溃疡性结肠炎，自身免疫性肝炎，原发性硬化胆管炎。ANCA在风湿病患者血清中阳性率为70．0%，与ANA和抗组蛋白(histone)有交叉重叠现象。在风湿病患者中，ANCA不仅存在于SLE中，类风湿性关节炎及皮肌炎患者的血清也可出现ANCA阳性。在肾脏疾病中，ANCA阳性率为72．85%，其分布较广泛，多见于新月体肾小球肾炎、紫癜性肾炎、IgA肾病和局灶节段性肾小球硬化，但也可见于微小病变性肾病、急性间质肾炎、肾小球终末期病变等疾病中。因此，不能以ANCA阳性而确诊为局限于肾脏MPA或坏死性肾小球肾炎，肾组织学检查仍不可缺少。抗中性粒细胞抗体(ANCA)是指与中性粒细胞及单核细胞胞浆中溶酶体酶发生反应的抗体。当中性粒细胞受抗原刺激后，胞浆中的α-颗粒释放蛋白酶-3、髓过氧化物酶物质及白细胞抗原生成，刺激机体而产生ANCA。 用经典的间接免疫荧光技术（IIF）检测ANCA，阳性荧光染色模型分两种：胞浆型（cANCA）和核周型（pANCA）。报道一种特殊的荧光谱称之为非典型ANCA（xANCA）。ANCA常与疾病的活动性有关，疾病缓解期滴度下降或消失。 cANCA：抗原主要是蛋白酶-3(PR3-proteinase)。cANCA主要见于韦格纳肉芽肿（阳性率占80%，且与病程、严重性和活动性有关）。系Wegener(WG)肉芽肿病的特异性抗体。C-ANCA对呼吸道有亲合性，致上下呼吸道坏死，肉芽肿形成。C-ANCA阳性也可见于少数显微镜下多动脉炎（MPA）、Churg-Strauss综合征（CSS）、结节性多动脉炎（PAN）、少数巨细胞动脉炎、过敏性紫癜、白细胞破碎性皮肤性血管炎和白塞病。 pANCA：抗原主要为髓过氧化物酶（MPO）。pANCA不如cANCA具有诊断特异性。pANC阳性主要见于特发性坏死性新月体性肾小球肾炎（NCGN）、 显微镜下多动脉炎（MPA）。也可见于Churg-Strauss综合征（CSS）、结节性多动脉炎（PAN）、SLE、RA、SS、SSc。在NCGN、MPA中pANCA和cANCA阳性率几乎相同。相对而言，pANCA患者的血管炎病变程度重，常有多系统损害。 非典型ANCA（xANCA）：它代表了pANCA和cANCA的混合物。阳性见于溃疡性结肠炎、自身免疫性肝炎和慢性炎症疾病。
