这么给您讲吧，说说我的感受吧，5、6年之前本人一直是用protel的，从protel98，到protel99，99se，dxp2004，到后来的AD6.0，AD6.3，到这个版本就后面基本用的非常少了，当然现在也装了AD10，这个主要不用来做板子用来转换文件觉得很好使，呵呵。在08年左右的时候，我也纠结过，Protel还要不要用，下一步用什么软件做板子，那时候认识个老工程师，还在用DOS版的protel，大家可能没用过，是一个叫tango的软件，做的板子也很棒（他经常说其实用什么软件无所谓关键看电路功底，开始我也这么看），但是发现，出错率太高了，经常要返工和重打样，效率太低，经常做块板子要好几周才改改修修再打样才搞定。后来也纠结是用什么好，用Cadence的 allegro，还是Mentor graphics的Power PCB（PADS)，纠结了一段时间后我还是选择了PADS，因为cadence功能的确强大，但我们平常用到的功能很少啊，学起来有些费劲，最多做个4层板，杀鸡用牛刀啊，所以选PADS觉得还好。于是，从开始的power pcb 到pads2005，2005SP2，2007，pads9.0，9.2，9.4，到现在的pads9.5，现在经常用的就是用pads 9.5的logic画完原理图，再用layout布局，再用router画线，高速的会偶尔Hyperlynx仿一下。其实感觉protel越来越像PADS，PADS越来越像Protel。一直认为，protel是业余中的最专业和最华丽的，而PADS是专业中的比较业余的，一家之言，仅作参考。
