一、教材内容 我的课例选自外研社丽声拼读故事会第三集中的一个绘本故事。故事的名字叫《The Trunk and the Skunk（象鼻和臭鼬）》。这个绘本的内容是非常有趣的，也是一个典型的自然拼读类绘本。出现的单词，大部分都是可解码的，句型韵律也很强，读起来朗朗上口。 二、绘本分析 这个绘本在故事上可以挖掘的知识点很多，尤其是故事的两个主人公，猛犸象和臭鼬。单从其习性特点上就可以当做一个百科类绘本来习得。因而，为了使课堂内容更加丰富扎实，我们用两个课时来完成了该绘本的阅读教学。我执教的是第一课时，主要的教学目标是让学生掌握拼读方法，借助自然拼读，理解故事大意，并能进行流利阅读。 三、学情分析 在参加小学英语绘本教学的实践研究课题之前，我校学生并未系统学习过绘本课程。当年还没有接触到绘本教学与PEP教材融合这一理念。因此，我选择了英语基础稍微扎实一些，具备一定词汇量及知识面的四年级同学来上这节课。四年级学生已经学过二十六个字母及一些字母组合的发音，具有一定的拼读意识和能力。他们能够运用简单的拼读方法，阅读绘本，具备一定的阅读理解能力。 四、理论依据 除参加培训和课题研究带来的收获外，我设计这节课的理论依据主要还是基于《义务教育英语课程标准》，《英语，爱“拼”才会赢》以及《小学英语分级阅读教学意义、内涵与途径》这三本书是我设计这堂课的宝典，也为我日后的英语教学提供了科学的指导。二零一一年版的英语课程总目标中，我们将综合语言运用能力作为核心目标，有语言知识、语言技能、学习策略，情感态度和文化意识这五个要素构成。但对比新修订的课程目标，我们看出语言能力不再是核心，而变为综合素养中的一部分，与文化意识、学习能力、思维品质，共同构成英语学科核心素养四大要素。这四大要素交织在一起，互相渗透、融合、互动、协调发展密不可分。因此，我这堂课的教学目标也是基于核心素养做出的目标定位。 五、教学目标 这节课的语言能力目标从语音、词汇、句型三个方面来设定。语音方面的目标是熟练掌握辅音丛nk、th，能独立拼读以辅音丛开头或结尾的单词。词汇方面，能够理解trunk，skunk，stamp，slosh，smell, dig, pick up，lift 在故事中的含义，并且能够运用。I can do sth with...表达能做某事。学习能力目标是：一、掌握相关字母或字母组合的拼读规律。二、通过听、说、读、写、看的方式，全面理解故事内容，并用课堂所获得的策略发展对绘本阅读的兴趣。三、能通过观察图片和阅读文本，结合已有的知识经验理解故事内容。这节课的思维品质目标是能够理顺故事线索及细节，并且能够针对故事内容发表自己的看法或者观点。文化品格目标是通过故事阅读，让学生意识到每一个物种都有它的独特性。我们应该学会包容与他人和谐相处。基于教学目标，我所设置的教学重点是掌握生词、句子，读懂并理解故事大意。难点是：一、学生能够用批判性思维表达自己的观点。二、对较难的单词及短语，如stink，get rid of的理解。 六、教学过程 这堂课整体的教学流程分为四大板块，热身导入、拼读解码、绘本阅读，最后是朗读输出。所以这节课整体的设计思路是先解决拼读障碍，再进行阅读理解。在拼读解码的过程中，我完全采用了《英语，爱“拼”才会赢》中对拼读方法的指导，主要运用到了音素培养、音素组合、音素切分、音素归类、音素删除以及尾音。在绘本阅读的过程中，采取的教学方法是图片环游法以及任务型阅读。接下来我们就来回顾一下这节课的教学过程吧。 首先我以一首好听的辅音丛视频作为icebreaker，让学生观看跟读并做动作，把孩子们带入自然拼读的世界。这个视频动感十足，而且出现的字母组合刚好和这节课要学的内容相匹配。紧接着我就通过自然拼读卡片的形式，又带着大家回顾了一遍这节课将涉及到的辅音丛。这个活动其实就是在培养孩子们的音素意识。当时在参加第五届自然拼读与英语阅读研讨会时，一名外籍老师在培训时讲到Build a foundation for reading，为阅读打好基础。那什么是基础呢？Sounds are the foundation.House is built upon the foundation.所以整个自然拼读体系的构建是基于每一个小的字母和字母组合的发音。在熟悉了这些辅音丛的发音之后，我们就可以用它们来拼读单词了。这就是音素组合，也就是将简单的音素拼合成一个完整的单词的能力。在这个过程中出现的所有的单词都是图文结合的。借助图片，学生可以很直观的理解。我也会通过TPR肢体语言让学生理解词义，还会让学生自己动一动。这些既活跃了课堂气氛，又为接下来的阅读理解扫清词汇上的障碍。在拼读到最后两组词thick和that的时候，我会引导学生观察这两个词当中有几个音素。这就用到了音素切分。音素切分是指将完整的单词拆分成单个音素的能力。在音素切分的过程中，学生就自然而然的发现了在两个词中，th 的不同发音。这也是我这节课语音学习的难点。为了更加有效的突破难点，我又设计了Who is the spy，谁是卧底的游戏，让学生找出th发音与其他两个不同的单词，这是在培养学生的音素归类意识。通过音素归类，孩子们会发现单词that与其他两个词的首音不同，从而突破字母组合th在发音上的难点。其实在这个过程中也训练了视觉词that 和the并且巩固了核心词Mammoth的发音。在学生找到所有的spy之后，我会对他们给予及时的肯定。然后又以thank这个词为切入点，通过音素删除的方式，启发学生输出字母组合nk发音。这也是本节课语音环节的一项难点。音素删除就是当一个音素从单词的整体发音中移除，孩子能说出剩余的发音。我是逐步删除单词thank的首音和中间音。最后，学生能够准确说出nk的发音。最后，通过游戏的形式，鼓励学生自己拼读出一些包含押韵音ank组合的词。这些具有相同押韵音的单词，属于同一词族。词族的学习，在拼读拼写上给孩子们提供了一条捷径。通过掌握一两个词，可以拓展到更多的词。此外，语言是讲究韵律和节奏的。词族的运用，增强了孩子的语言驾驭能力，也增加了他们学习英语的自信。拼读的最后落脚点又落到了本课的主人公skunk，臭鼬上。由此，自然导入绘本阅读环节。 有一本书叫《How to read a book》。作者这样写，拿同样的书给不同的人阅读，一个人却读得比另一个人好。首先在于这个人的阅读更加主动，其次在于他的阅读中每一项活动都参与了更多的技巧。有效阅读的第一步就是读封面。绘本的封面上有书名、图画、作者和出版社等信息。而在这其中，最应该引起读者关注的就是书名和封面图了。我先启发学生读标题，认识故事的主人公skunk，在引导他们通过看图了解到故事的另一个主人公Mammoth。当然，学生一开始并不知道Mammoth与elephant的区别。我准备了关于Mammoth的介绍视频。只有了解了猛犸象的特点，才能帮助孩子们更好的理解绘本内容。在认识了猛犸象之后，我们就开始图片环游了。为了增强课堂阅读的趣味性，我将猛犸象请入到了课堂中，运用猛犸象玩偶鼓励学生开口阅读。在图片环游的过程中，引导学生关注细节。比如通过放大镜的设计，让学生观察猛犸象的四肢，以及文章中的三个拟声词。由于有了前面自然拼读的铺垫，学生的阅读很流畅，理解起来也毫无障碍。王蔷教授在《小学英语分级阅读教学意义、内涵与途径》一书中讲到，图片环游的过程就是教师引导学生从个人经验出发，根据有限的图片信息进行观察、分析和预测，不断提出问题。使学生在分析问题和解决问题的过程中开展阅读，同时学习语言知识，体验阅读过程，构建意义，运用阅读技巧和策略提升批判性思维和预测想象能力。所以我参考这一方法的指导，在引导学生观察图片并提出问题时，鼓励学生各抒己见，给出不同答案。在这里顺便和大家分享一下，我们一直在提倡核心素养。许多研究者认为，核心素养包括4C，即沟通交流能力，合作协作能力，批判性思维以及创新创造能力。所以接受学生的不同答案，鼓励他们积极思考，也是培养学生核心素养能力的体现。在引领学生一起了解了象腿和象牙的作用之后，我就以任务型阅读的形式鼓励学生通过自主阅读了解象皮的作用，学生通过连线完成图文匹配。在自主阅读的过程中了解故事大意，并能进行语言输出。任务型阅读的特点是教师引导学生自主学习，给学生留出了比较宽裕的探究式自主学习空间。这种空间对于发展学生的核心素养非常重要。当然，教师在教学过程中要做到收放自如，有的放矢。所以自主学习后的检测与归纳也非常重要。这里想和大家分享的是追问的技巧。有效的追问能够提升学生的思维品质。追问的方式有很多，比如发散追问，助推思维的创新性。这也是我们平时教学中用的非常多的追问形式。还有逆向追问，引导学生进行逆向思维，从而培养学生的反思能力、创新能力，启发学生的批判性思维。在了解了象皮的作用后，故事的另一主人公skunk 就登场了。在通过引导学生观察图片并发问猛犸象是否喜欢臭鼬的味道的时候，大家异口同声的给出了答案。我又追问Why do you think so? 这是一种因果追问。顾名思义，就是在学生给出自己的观点后，教师追加提问why 或why not，这也是我们在平时的英语阅读教学中用的最多的一种追问形式。因果追问的优点在于能够展示学生的思维过程、判断依据和推理方法，体现学生思维的逻辑性。在进一步阅读的过程中，出现了一个词汇上的难点，就是smell和同义词sniff。这两个词都表示闻。如何在全英文的语境下让学生感知这两个词的区别呢？这就需要我们用到多感官教学来提升学生英语学习的参与度。我将橘子放到盒子里，让学生去闻，学生很容易就感知到sniff 和smell 的区别。为了帮助学生进一步了解臭鼬，我也准备了一段视频。在了解了臭鼬的习性后，我引导学生带着猜测与想象，读完了整个绘本。这个猜测不仅仅是对绘本大意的猜测，还包括对绘本中所出现的生词意义的猜测。孩子们会结合上下文去猜测生词和短语的意思，或者通过paraphrase的方式去巩固和理解所出现的短语。根据上下文来猜测生词的大意是很常用也很实用的阅读方法。而充分利用绘本中图画与文字的对应关系，让绘本自己给自己做解释，这也是最简单，孩子也最容易get 的方法。故事的最后，也落脚在整个故事的情感线上How does this skunk feel?How does the Mammoth feel?最终实现绘本的文化品格目标，即让学生意识到每一个物种都有它的独特性。我们应该学会包容，与他人和谐相处。为什么我们要去挖掘绘本的情感线呢？因为在绘本的图片当中，我们是可以看到许多文字当中没有显现的东西。比如从绘本图片当中我们可以观察到猛犸象心情的变化，这其实就是一条情感线。而且在观察绘本图片的过程中，我们了解到更多的关于绘本的细节。最后我们就是要跳出这个绘本去思考绘本想要传递的价值是什么。这条线其实就相当于是思维线，这刚好符合王蔷老师所讲到的图片环游教学法的活动顺序及图片环游结束后进行总结评论。在总结评论结束后，就进入到默读与朗读的阶段。默读和朗读活动的目的是培养学生的阅读流畅度。我让学生自由选择默读或朗读，通过这项活动给学生提供一个完整、充足、丰富的阅读体系。再让他们通过跟读音频加强阅读的精准度、流利度和阅读韵律，提升他们的阅读兴趣。最后通过reading show 的形式，调动学生参与，分享阅读。我这堂课的homework是Tell this story to your friends. Make a new story between two animals.这也是鼓励学生将绘本阅读从课堂延伸到课外，用知识输出进一步巩固输入的内容。 七、板书设计 最后来说说我的板书设计。我的板书很清晰，随着故事的情节展现出绘本的情节脉络，为学生提供了良好的语言支架。但是现在回头来看，板书中并未清晰的体现出整个故事的感情线，也是我这节课的又一不足之处。绘本教学的方法不是一概而论的，要始终坚持学习优秀的教育理念，才能让自己的教学智慧不断增长，又不断的进行系统思考研究，做出调整转变。要强调学生的体验感悟，强调学生的深度参与，这样才会使核心素养真正落地。

“JINX”本意大概是谁接触谁倒霉的人。不知道为什么这部片子翻译成了纽约灾星？完整的看过了这六集，之后又看了相关报道和之后的各个电视台的后续节目，如NBC做的一档纪录片，直到自己觉得知识储备可以为这个话题贡献些想法。重新调回看 All good things (一部几年前以该事件该人物为背景的电影，BOBBY就是看了这个电影才同意JINX纪录片的采访的）。演员都还行，剧情却并不精彩，票房也糟到出奇，以前看的时候竟然睡着了)。印象最深的是，该纪录片突破性地体现的HBO剧集中一贯的现代感，具体而言就是艺术性的节奏感。大家所说的该片提供的新的事实证据，事实上，如果仔细分析后，可以说并没有多少作为呈堂证供的意义。 该片的意义，在于通过一个横切面反映三十年来美国资本对社会的物质精神和文化层面的全方位塑造。关注美国司法的，大都知道此案。Durst奇人奇志，的却是美国资本主义社会的怪胎。跟富贵之家格格不入，娶了灰姑娘的妻子结果失踪，巴结自己的心腹女脑后中枪，杀了邻居并肢解却以正当防卫脱罪。durst的故事延绵三十多年却始终没有了结。自然有作为storytelling的卖点。相关的平面媒体和电视电影媒体报道都不少。Jinx 也是跟了这个案件很多年的班底做的。好的是避免了很多耳熟能详的陈词联调，直接采访到了一些关键人物，例如主持人跟猝不及防的bobby哥哥在宴会上寒暄等，这在以前的采访中没有的。节奏很好很好，六集却不见冗余累赘，音乐不错，看得出是花了大价钱的制作。剧情抽丝剥茧步步为营，人性展示入情入理但又出乎意料，摄影技巧不错，画面构图值得专业人士研究。作为纪录片是可圈可点的。不喜欢这个片子的是，这部片子主观性很强，会给观众一些自以为自己很聪明的错觉。通过很多旁敲侧击，让观众主观性的建立一些逻辑关系并构建出一个前因后果，但这些通过剪辑的证据，如果仔细分析的话，是在理性和法理上都靠不住的。这个案件进行到这里，能找到突破性证据的点关键证据的可能性微乎其微。这部纪录片最后一集（或者说更确切讲是最后两集）似乎也没有提供法律角度的压倒性证据，有的只是耸人听闻臆想出来的相关性而已。一个证据是，两封信件的笔迹相似性，这个证据材料过少，很容易被其他笔迹专家驳倒。最后Bobby在卫生间说的 killed them all。也可以有不只一种解释，这对稍微有点脑子的律师来说，都不是个事儿。更何况Bobby能够请到超豪华阵容的律师。相信这次他能够再次逃脱。不过Bobby这个案子能够折射出美帝资本主义对人性异化的程度，这也是jinx这个片子的伟大意义所在。Bobby这个人很难定性，但循着“资本能给他从一出生时就带来什么这个问题”出发，是能看出资本和当代社会的可能性和局限性的。JINX这个词更好的翻译我认为是“扫帚星“。意思是带来厄运的人，其实给Bobby带来厄运的真的是他与生俱来的资本。但资本又何尝不是他头上高照的福星呢？

纪录片通常是描写、记录或者研究现实世界题材的电影。没有了高潮迭起的剧情，可能很多人会觉得纪录片非常无聊沉闷。不过今天为你介绍的这部纪录片的事件却是“现实精彩过影视作品”的例子，看后背脊发凉，给我留下了不亚于小时候看TVB破案片的阴影。 下面进入正题介绍这部纪录片的剧透时间，介意的童鞋请不要往下看了。 《纽约灾星》英文是"The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst"。Jinx的意思是“不详的人或事物”，恰恰便是主角的写照。这是一部6集的纪录片，由HBO出品，主人公是纽约的亿万富翁Robert Durst(以下简称Bob)。就是海报上这个人，现在已经70多岁了。看起来Bob仿佛是再普通不过的一个白人老头儿，但如果你知道他做的事，就会觉得这个老头可恨、恐怖又可怜。 普通人家出身的漂亮姑娘Kathleen McCormack（以下简称Kathie）嫁给了纽约大财亨继承人Robert Durst。在当年这场婚姻差不多就是灰姑娘的真实版本了。可惜Katie没料到美好的开端并不意味着美好的结局。 接着就开始了Gone Girl的现实版。在1982年Kathie突然失踪，而妻子的日记里提到丈夫的控制欲，两人的争吵甚至发展到暴力。所有的矛头都指向丈夫Bob。 而实际上发生了什么？根据Bob的口供，两人在乡村别墅共度周末，Kathie在夜晚执意要回城里。于是，Bob送她去火车站，看着她上了火车。他还声称晚上11点左右还与Kathie通话。从此之后，他的妻子就失踪了。30多年过去一直到至今，活不见人死不见尸。 到了2000年，Kathleen McCormack失踪案被重新立案调查。就在警方准备询问Bob多年的密友Susan Berman，定居在洛杉矶的她在警方来之前一天被枪杀。而在过去的几年，Susan的经济状况一直不好，需要Bob接济。外界一直认为，她是唯一知道Kathie失踪真相的人。 而当时，Bob就在加州。同年，他当时租的房子的邻居被肢解弃尸于河。Bob被检控。在法庭上他声称自己正当防卫，擦枪走火打死了邻居，而在酒精的作用下，并没有考虑太多便把他肢解弃尸。“这是我能想到把尸体搬走的唯一办法”Bob说。同时这部片也记录了当时陪审团的犹豫。其中一位陪审员说，“我不断提醒自己，需要考虑的是他是否杀了人，而不是他如何处理尸体。” 由于没有直接证据证明他杀，再加上高明的辩方律师，Bob被判无罪。 在2010年的时候，Robert Durst的事迹被搬上大银幕。由高司令和前任蜘蛛侠女友主演。这么看邓斯特长得还是挺像Katie的。当年看这片的时候还看不大懂，有了背景知识后去看脑洞全开。因为毕竟没有任何直接的证据证明Katie便是Robert杀害。而这部电影非常直白地告诉你，凶手就是睡在枕畔旁的丈夫。哪怕是这么一部阴郁的电影实则也没有完全反应出现实中Robert心理的扭曲。 于是傲慢到自作聪明的Robert看了电影之后，找到导演说哥儿们，不如你直接来采访我吧。 于是，便有了这个纪录片。 你会发现，Robert Durst就是一普普通通的老头儿。不帅个头也不高，还有点弱不禁风的样子，高司令实在是艺术化的形象。 那他到底有没有杀人？这部纪录片最好看又聪明之处就在这里。前几集把所有事情告诉你，让所有当事人、警察、检察官、律师、陪审员都来陈词。看的时候你会在这两种情绪中纠结：应该不是他杀的吧，好像确实是他杀的哦…… 拍摄纪录片的人在前四集大概和观众一样，也在怀疑中摇摆不定。直到后来发现了一个关键性的证据，至于证据是什么大家就自己去看了哈。于是导演组拼了老命再一次请Bob来做采访。在采访中，把这份证据放到他面前。镜头下，导演当时拿证据的手都抖了。 于是，便有了非常非常经典的Robert Durst忘了麦克风还在身上就到洗手间自言自语： "What the hell did I do?... Killed them all, of course."（我究竟做了什么？当然是把他们全杀了） 还有非常多的细枝末节值得深究。Bob小时候亲眼看着母亲自杀从此心理有阴影；他在接受采访时候总会有些眨眼的面部表情；他在回答问题时候会说"he"如何如何，而提问的人明明问的是"you";对于案件过程，他会以第三者分析：这样做太冒险了，或者这样做很聪明 （采访中的Robert Durst） 现实中的后续是，Robert Durst被关押重新开庭。愿逝者安息，愿凶手得到应有的惩罚。
