　我总结了五点因素： 第一点在实体经济上，向低碳经济的转型正在切实地以更具有经济性的方式发生。得益于诸如德国和中国这样国家的政策的驱动，可再生能源的价格有了大幅下降；同时包括中国在内的很多国家减少了对煤炭的消费。　　从2009年哥本哈根世界气候大会到2015年底的巴黎气候谈判大会，上述因素导致了两次大会的结果有很大不同。　　曾经被视为威胁经济发展的诸多因素，现在都变成了新经济发展的核心驱动力。此外，对于气候变化所带来的对基础设施的影响和对农业的影响，人们现在已有了比以往更深刻的认识，这也促进了实体经济向低碳经济的转型。　　第二点一些关键大国国内政策的转变也是促进巴黎气候谈判成功的因素之一。　　以我来自的国家美国为例，从2009年到现在，它从一个几乎没有针对气候变化的政策的国家，到现在已经有了全国范围内具有约束力的《气候行动计划》，并且美国总统奥巴马在尽可能地从各个领域来推动对气候变化的相关政策，无论是国内还是国际上。　　毋庸置疑，美国还需要做出更多努力，但是美国的行动意味着其他国家再不能把美国的“不作为”当作自己的挡箭牌了。第三点国家间的协同互动也是促成巴黎气候谈判成功的因素之一。中美之间就是这样。从数据上来说，中美两个排放量排名数一数二的国家理应如此，但从政治上来说，也是如此。我想，每个国家都需要其他国家来作为外力推动本国政策的转变，尽管这本身有一定风险。　　同时，在巴黎气候谈判大会的现场，我们都目睹了由易受气候变化影响的小岛国所组成的“气候脆弱国家论坛”（Climate Vulnerable Forum）所作的共同努力，它们最终推动了其他大国做出了超出计划的承诺。第四点法国作为主席国的外交技巧和联合国气候变化框架公约（UNFCCC）秘书处的支持至关重要。它们共同创建了一个清晰透明的谈判机制，但同时又将紧要的议题置于首位。　　作为UNFCCC的执行秘书长，克里斯蒂安娜·菲格雷斯（Christiana Figueres）带来了希望和决心。巴黎气候谈判大会的氛围也是最后促成各方达成谈判的因素之一。第五点公民社会组织的努力也是巴黎气候谈判能够取得成功的因素之一，这里我所说的公民社会组织包括致力于提高公众意识的组织、商业组织以及智库等。　　在谈判过程中，这些代表国家以外角色的参与者十分重要。总结一下，我觉得他们发挥了这些作用。　　首先，通过充分的协商最终达成各方满意的协议。在巴黎气候谈判过程中，有一些智库联合起来，它们发挥着咨询不同利益方并最终起草了能够让各方都接受的协定草案文本。我此前所在的世界资源研究所（WRI）就是这些智库之一，我们当时组织了类似的活动，清华大学还曾参与。　　其次，有一些商业组织联合起来鼓励其所在的政府提交力度更高的国家自主贡献（INDCs）。　　再次，不同城市的市长来到巴黎，展示这些城市将怎样应对气候变化。　　最后，一些国家的环保组织鼓励人们参与到应对气候变化的努力中。2014年9月，美国纽约举行了有史以来规模最大的“气候游行”，这次游行传递给不同国家的政策制定者一个很重要的信号，那就是人们确实在意气候变化问题。　　《巴黎协定》的挑战从国际治理的角度来说，《巴黎协定》的成功树立了新的典范。它既立足于一个国家的政策和环境又需要平衡来自国际的约束，同时又将所有参与国纳入到一个既定的目标。如果将具有经济性的零碳经济作为一个国家长期发展的目标，那么，它所在的经济体将是对气候变化具有抵御性的。同时，这样的经济体还能将全球平均升温控制在1.5摄氏度以内。　　那么，下一步呢？就像我一开始说的，《巴黎协定》不可能解决所有问题。在某种程度上，它指出需要更多的科学证据、需要更紧迫的行动以及在减缓和适应气候变化的议题上仍然存在很大的认识“缺口”。　　在国际层面，需要制定规则以明确《巴黎协定》的透明度原则、资金和怎样利用2018年的谈判时机来提高各个国家的国家自主贡献（INDCs），这些细节都至关重要。　　现在，很多国家都在在国内政策上做出努力以实现目标。小岛国、中国、美国和G7都在做着努力。同时，全球都在延续着降低煤炭消费量的趋势，在中国也是这样。美国有《清洁能源计划》、德国有逐渐停止使用煤炭的计划、中国有“十三五”能源规划，这些国内政策都在积极的降低对煤炭的消费量。　　在印度和一些小岛国，在没有电力的地方，越来越多的人们正在开始使用分布式太阳能来照亮生活。中国正在领导的南南合作也将有利于非洲国家淘汰煤炭而使用可再生能源。我们需要新的商业模式来让这个转变更快更广的实现。让国家的长远政策能够及时有效的影响到投资界，这一点至关重要。　　最后，我想谈一谈对中国的想法。对于《巴黎协定》的成功，中国发挥了重要的作用。在积极转变国内政策——降低煤炭消费量而提高可再生能源比例上，中国的行动启发了很多国家。它在气候变化上所作出的外交努力，无论是与美国等大国，还是通过南南合作平台与非洲等发展中国家，对于《巴黎协定》的达成十分重要。　　中国在巴黎气候谈判大会期间发挥了领导作用，我期望它能继续保持下去。中国最近采取的行动让人印象深刻。　　现在，中国的煤电投资存在过剩之势，中国能将这些投资过剩的燃煤电厂——包括将要修建的和已经开始修建但没有完成的及时停止吗？这将决定中国是否能够将目前的政策与巴黎确定的长期目标保持一致，同时也将会向全球传递一个信号，即《巴黎协定》后中国国内的政策将不同，同时中国是严肃对待《巴黎协定》的。　　此外，在解决减缓议题上的最好办法就是将升温控制在1.5摄氏度。不同领域包括土地利用、森林、城市、科研等需要找可持续的路径十分紧迫和必要。　　最后，做出这些重要的国家政策决定和为国际社会提供新的理念，是我观察到的中国自去年以来一直在做的努力。未来五年对于中国来说，是将《巴黎协定》落实的关键之年。这些努力如果能够实现，将注定成为中国为国际社会创造可持续发展模式的新起点。

如果从没学过我建议还是学第一或第二册，初二了直接学第二册应该没问题这套书前面不是很难，单词量也还可以接受，但是生活性挺高的。录音课文采访都很注重原背景，学起来很有意思的，很真实的感觉。印象中这套书的听力最享受了，一切口音、背景都切合实际第三册再往后难度就相对提高了，主要是涉及的内容范围和单词量提高了，可能不太听得惯单元的话还是从头吧。展望未来没有那么明显的说哪一单元专门强化哪种语法，主要还是以专题为标准，看看听听还是很有趣味的，建议从每本书第一单元学起，对知识面和单词量也有好处加油咯
