我也没有相关经验,原来去面试过一个学校,试讲的时候被刷下来了.
后天我又要去另一个学校试讲,初试复试还是很简单的.关键是试讲头都大.

一、注意着装、态度谦虚

不管是小学教师还是幼儿园教师都是英式发音的好.
虽然我本人是偏向美式,而且我自己现在也在教少儿英语,
但是还是英式的好一些.
因为校内的PEP教材全部都是纯英式发音,不管是音标还是用词.
所以如果是当幼儿园和小学的教师的话就是英式的好.
但是有一点,如果你是在外面的培训机构的话,那么不管是英式还是美式的都无所谓了.
针对补充问题：
我刚刚查了一下,冀教教材好像是从加拿大引进的吧?!如果是加拿大的话,最好还是美式的吧,毕竟在美洲地区.
不过说实在话,对于教小孩子来说,他们以后还是要回归正统PEP教材的,所以还是英式发音更能打好基础.

既然你要考了,就要为长远发展考虑,英语在小学的地位不高,不是主课,而且也要看学校,有些学校里英语老师还会带点艺术体育什么的副课,而且小学里就算要找老师补课英语的没有语文和数学那么多.但是初中就不一样了,初中英语的地位就狠了,重视了,待遇什么的都比小学的好,每学期补的人也多,而且难度其实不怎么难,只要你用心了工作也是容易做好的,不要说小学比初中轻松这类的话,第一你既然要考了就都要准备,第二初中发展前景更好,小学替代性大,所以长远看鼓励你考初中的,所以不要觉得哪个竞争会大,努力争取吧!祝好运哦!
