About half way through the trip I tried to tell him again and again he said it was fine and that they were having a new one driven out to us. The rest of our group was behind us, and not able to enjoy their time because they were stuck behind our cart thy wouldn"t go faster then 5mph. So we let them pass us to enjoy for the money they spent. Throughout the drive to the cavern, we would stop every five minutes for some reason, and every time our dune buggy would die. Finally once we got to the cavern our dune buggy just have out completely. We had wasted the entire drive up to the caverns with a broken cart. So we tried to enjoy the cavern because we knew when we came back our new dune buggy would be there. Once we got back, all we saw was the mechanic working on our cart and no new buggy. I was so upset and asked where the new one was, and he said it was fixed. So we got in, and it was fine for about ten minutes. Then when we hit a rock, a huge noise shot out the engine and the car shut off and we ran into a tree. The guide helped pull us out and said that it should be fine. I told him I wanted a new cart and he said again, that it was still on its way. With about ten minutes left in our ride home the guide behind us goes flying past is to the front, and again our dune buggy dies. So our group is left alone on the path, with no guide to help us fix it. So I got out of the car and walked half a mile to tell the guide our car broke down again. I complained to the manager that our entire day was ruined and was such a waste of our money. I wanted our money back. I explained to him that we booked it through Orbitz and he said that all he could do was get my information and call the cruise ship and they would helpe get my money back. I told him once again that it wasn"t booked through the cruise and I needed something to ensure I would get my money back. He said that is what needed to be done and that I needed to go to the shore excursion desk. So I filled out all the information. Went to the excursion desk that night and they said through contract they could not help me or give me any contact information to try and get ahold of them again. All in all it was a very disappointing day for the 8 of us. They knew that they sent us off with a broken cart, and didn"t seem to care. Will NEVER go back to this place and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!!
