这个周末，两次课程，不同以往的是，这次坚决把建构主义和五星教学贯穿始终。 周六12.16是第一次上田老师的牛师训练营的转化课，这是我的第二次转化，转化的对象是星火讲师团上次没听课的小伙伴以及我们头马俱乐部新加入的几个新朋友。 课程思路基本还是依照田老师的上课思路和框架： 1第一模块：三脑学说。先讨论学习的目的到底是什么，引出来到底如何才能让人改变，介绍了教学三大主张以后，告诉大家驱动改变的三大马车，继而让小伙伴用3153法讨论自己过往最大的改变和三驾马车的关联。 2第二模块：五星教学。简单介绍了五星教学的步骤后，就开始让大家3153讨论三驾马车和五星教学的关系，最后亮出底牌说说自己的见解。 3第三模块：建构十条。正好10个人，每个人一条完成对建构10条的理解，我做补充和点评。 4第四模块：重新定义教学元素，画了个二维图，嵌进去5个教学元素后，头脑风暴每一个教学元素大家的关联。在这里，给大家介绍了野蛮关联是何物。 5第五模块：老师状态位和学员状态管理。介绍大脑工作原理和相应的老师、学员状态管理。最后收集问题。 6收尾：用4F让大家对今天课程做总结。在大家挨个发表培训感受的过程中，我才真正发现这种建构主义的课堂带给大家的不同，一个HR姑娘说，这是她上过这么多课程以来注意力最集中的课程，整整4小时无比烧脑。HR精英汇的负责人说，感觉意犹未尽，还想再听。 最后课程复盘：4个月之后再来切身回顾田老师的课，发现这个课程设计的精妙，真的是不一般。环环相扣，高潮迭起，让学员一直全身心的参与其中。但是我也一直在想，是不是可以再做些创新和突破，能有一些新的衔接和关联。我目前只能做到复制，但是希望不久的未来，我可以真的有属于自己的创新，真正是自己的孩子。 周天12.17下午是给山西HR精英汇的朋友们带来半天的沟通课程分享：《有效沟通，从心开始》。沟通课程我其实已经在企业里讲了不下10遍了，而且这次只是半天的删减版，照理说，应该是轻松自如。但这次我决定挑战一下完整版的五星教学，完全颠覆我之前的教学方式。要说起来，昨天都是熟悉的人，大家都很给面子。那这次参加培训的学员有接近40人，大部分都不认识，真正是一个挑战。但最后的事实证明，建构课堂值得你坚持，值得你实践。 说说我的课程思路： 1首先自我介绍，结合了志涛师兄的4+1法，带着大家做了名签以后，中间写名字，四个圈画家乡、职业、你今天的心情以及你对沟通的理解，然后互相介绍让大家猜那四个画，这一轮气氛就开始热起来了。最后用扔名签的方式选组长，迎来第一次小高潮。讲述了计分规则（这是我第一次用田老师的ABC计分规则，之前因为一直底气不足不敢用）。 2第一模块：《有效沟通，重新开始》。问问大家什么是沟通，让几个小伙伴举手发言，计分。这一轮发现大家参与度不错，这种社群的学习氛围还是比较好的。然后给大家讲了几个大咖对沟通的定义以及几家咨询公司对实际职场沟通的调研，然后用我自创的一个模型SCQR让大家讲述沟通困惑的小故事，3153选出每组最具代表性的沟通困惑小故事。每组分享，还真有很会讲故事的小伙伴，赶紧送出当场的第一个A+。 每组分享完之后，引出我对沟通困惑的理解—因为每个人都生活在一个窗子里，给大家介绍了乔哈里视窗（这个知识点讲解和之前不同在于我对案例的演绎更加生动，这源于之前上课对想象力小孩的正视和加强）。 讲完之后，就是本堂课的最大改动，也是大胆尝试。直接让所有的小伙伴用乔哈里视窗的知识点，给刚才分享的小伙伴解决问题。在这里用的鱼缸会议，看得出来，我对鱼缸会议的规则介绍让大家兴趣更加浓厚，于是公布了鱼缸会议的规则后，大家就开始了热火朝天的讨论。3153的讨论法则最后让鱼儿要总结出对ta最有建设性的3个意见。讨论时间到了发现各组的热闹结束不了，还是陷在自己组里的讨论中。然后由上一轮的分享人分享自己觉得最有价值的3条反馈，每个分享人都有各种各样的收获，在这个过程中发现其实很多学员的沟通困惑已经解决了一大半了，其中有一个对乔哈里视窗理解特别深刻的，赶紧送出本场的第一个A++。 2第二模块：《有“笑”沟通，从“心”开始》这个模块在以前我的课程里才是我讲解的主体部分。但到这个时候时间已经过了一大半。不过没关系，用冰山理论+问题引出大家对情感脑的关注，以及关键对话背后的真实原因，从三个部分告诉大家如何在关键对话中取胜，用了三个故事，加3个案例演练，把第二个模块的内容展示给大家。后面真的是因为没时间了。其实完整的部分是要拿着第二个模块学到的内容把前面那个案例要做一次情景演练，真正考验大家所学，我来点评。不过有点遗憾的是，时间不够了，这部分没做。最后几个金句总结，结束当天的课程。 课程结束，和以往一样，有学员来感谢今天的学习收获。不过我这次觉得，大家是真的有收获，这个收获，是关联到自己脑子里的。 最后课程复盘：今天的建构主义课堂，感触更深刻。因为流程是自己创的，一开始也是忐忑不安的。但是其实发现，适当的预热、必要的push话术，真的可以让已经沉浸在认知主义教学方式的成年人迅速融入到活跃的建构主义的课堂，而真的融入进来，你发现激发的众多大脑智慧，真的超乎想象。这更加坚定了我践行建构主义的决心和信心。希望和师兄弟姐妹们一起同行。最后要特别感谢朱懿师兄的才华奉献，第一、第二模块的主题词，均来自他的智慧启发。 【百天写作2/100】
