COS是英文Costume 的简略写法,其动词为COS,而玩COS的人则一般被称为COSER。从一般意义上来说的COSPLAY最早的中文译名是出自台湾,意思是指角色扮演。但因为这种译法与游戏中的Role Play Game(RPG)同为角色扮演之意,所以为免雷同,笔者更倾向于另一种译法--服饰装扮。以现今的COSPLAY而言,其形式及内容一般是指利用服装、小饰品、道具以及化装来扮演ACG(anime、comic、game)中的角色或是一些日本视觉系乐队以及电影中的某些人物,从这里可以看出在定位上COSPLAY包含了相当广阔的发挥空间,甚至可以说只要是有COSPLAYER在的地方,这一领域便绝对就是当今青少年流行文化的主流。 COSPLAY起源 谈到COSPLAY最初的起源,现在大家一般比较认同的是将COSPLAY的发源地定位于日本,当然如果这是以现时代COSPLAY理念为基准的话确是可以如此而言。但是如果从广义上来说,动画COSPLAY的真正发源地绝对是位于西半球的美国,甚至说如果真要探讨起COSPLAY原始形态的话,笔者可以毫不迟疑的告诉你COSPLAY最早的出现是在公元元年之前的数个世纪之中!因为不论是公元前1000年左右就已存在的希腊祭祀们的装扮,或是其后共同创作了两部伟大希腊史诗《伊利亚特》和《奥德赛》的那群活跃于公元前8世纪的伟大游吟诗人们,他(她)们实际上都是在扮演着别人的角色。前者引变为后世的先知、先见,成功的COSPLAY了神之使徒的存在,而后者则如同是现今舞台话剧的鼻祖,出神入化的COSPLAY了那些可歌可泣英雄们的事迹。事实上,COSPLAY所要包括和装扮的涵义不仅仅只是指一种外表上的形象化,更重要的是去COSPLAY人的内心。嗯,言归正传。接下来继续为大家谈一下COSPLAY真正的发源地--美国。 美国的COSPLAY是如可成形的? 自从十七世纪,耶稣会教士阿塔纳斯珂雪( Athanasius Kircher)发明了"魔术幻灯"之后,动画的出现便成为了一种必然。在其后的一个世纪中欧洲开始流行起来这种"魔术幻灯",直至19世纪三十年代末期沃尔特·迪斯尼那只万人迷的小老鼠出现后,美国的动画风格才有了一个明确肯定的定义,而史上真正的第一个以动画人物为扮演对象的COSPLAY也正是出于这一时期。是的,毫无疑问伴随着那只可爱奇趣的米老鼠在美国本士以及全世界的风靡一时。沃尔特·迪斯尼看准时机适时的在一九五五年创建了世界上首座迪斯尼乐园。同时为了替产品自身作宣传及为更好的吸引游客,沃尔特·迪斯尼还特别请来员工穿上米老鼠服装以供游客玩赏或是拍照留念。所以,可以说当初这群默默无闻的"米老鼠"装扮者才是现时代全世界COSPLAYER们的真正始祖。并且由此也可以察知,COSPLAY最初成形的目的仍是出于一种商业上的形为而并非像现在这样是一种流行品位上的消费。将美国或是更确切的一点说,将迪斯尼作为COSPLAY的真正发源地其实还有一个很重要的依据,那就是当时迪斯尼装扮者们身上所穿着COSPLAY服装的专业制作化。虽然以现在的COSPLAY服装而言,有许多是装扮者们自己所缝制的。但是作为一个COSPLAY的起源,拥有一个规范并且体系化的服装制作组织是必要的条件。 起初为当时那群在迪斯尼乐园中装扮成米老鼠、布鲁拖、古菲、唐老鸭以及其它迪斯尼人物制作COSPLAY服饰的是沃尔特·迪斯尼公司早先的道具部。在乐园正式成立后不久,沃尔特·迪斯尼扩大了道具部的规模,除了要为影视作品制作道具外,还要负责所有在乐园工作所需的COSPLAY服装。当然早期的这些所谓的COSPLAY服饰只是一个拥有固定外形的"大纸袋",毫无美感可言,成品相对也较粗糙,装扮者穿上这种服饰后很容易发生呼吸不畅的现象。但不论怎么说,相对于当时而言,此时迪斯尼的COSPLAY服饰制作已算是拥有了一定的规模。 日本才是现今真正意义上COSPLAY的缔造者吗? 此时此刻的日本,因为1947年漫画之神手冢治虫根据酒井七马原作改编而成的红皮书漫画《新宝岛》的锋芒毕露,而在日本掀起一股新漫画的热潮。由此造就了日本整个ACG(Anime、Comic、Game)市场的大繁荣,从而为在日本真正确立ACG的地位打下了坚实的基础。恰好正在此时,迪斯尼那种所为宣传而作的活动(COSPLAY)被传入日本,有ACG界同好起而模仿,结果就蔚为风潮,成了日本现在ACG界的常态活动。日本最早的COSPLAY出现在昭和三十年这一时期(公元1955年),当时所谓的COSPLAY仅仅只是孩童们游戏间的一种装扮。记的在那一年正好是《月光假面》与《少年杰特》在日本热赞播放的年份,因此有不少孩童在当时就是COSPLAY这两部作品的主人公。虽说此时的COSPLAY纯粹是孩子间的玩意儿,但在服装方面还是颇为讲究,当然前提是要有钱。当时的日本并没有专门的COSPLAY服饰店,孩子们如果想要拥有与动画中主人公相同服装的话就必须先请人画好设计图纸,然后再去百货公司请人缝制。现今著名的游戏制作人广井王子小时候COSPLAY的服饰设计图,便是请离他家附近很近的一条艺妓街上的那些艺妓为他绘制的。这种较为粗制的状况一直维持了将近二十年的时间,直至70年代未80年代初日本的ACG经历了探索和成长期之后,作为ACG附属文化的COSPLAY才渐渐得到了真正的发展,可以说现今对COSPLAY的理念就是完全继承于当时的日本。 然而在80年代,日本的COSPLAY虽然得到了在更高年龄层及更多群体上的发展,却仍然未有举办过真正意义上的纯COSPLAY活动。此时的COSPLAY更多是依附于由ACG所带来的另一个周边文化--同人社团(其作品被称为同人志)的身边。"同人志"一词源于日本,原本指的是"一群有着相同兴趣的人,共同创作自己的文艺著作,称为同人志"。也就是说,只要志同道合的朋友们,将各自发表的文艺著作集结成册,不由商业出版社出版发行,而是自己掏腰包印刷,在同好间流通,均可称为"同人志"。由于当时日本动漫及电玩文化的盛行,许多好的当红作品在同好间大受欢迎,"将商业作品加以改编,编制外传形式的漫画同人志"便逐渐成为同人界的主流。由此而及的便是同人社团大量的兴起,而为了招募社员以及在同人志即售会(第一界同人志即售会始于1975年12月,当时只是一个只有32个组织参加,入场人数六百多人的小型同人志即售会,但到了八十年代就成了一年二至三次的超大型同人志即售会)上推销自己的同人志,各社团的成员纷纷打扮成动漫画或电玩中的人物以吸引同好前来参观摊位,在日本这一现象被称为"看版娘"。于是这股风潮如同爆炸了一般在同好间迅速引起了一阵潮流,加入COSPLAY行列的人数急速成长,到后来其人气度甚至与同人志即售会不相上下。 在经历了六、七十年代的幼稚,八十年代的初创之后,九十年代的COSPLAY伴随着日本ACG业中GAME业的急速成熟(最典型的就是任天堂、世嘉以及索尼之间的次世代机种之争)以及视觉系乐团的层出不穷而开始步入正轨,成为一个极具规模的ACG业界的附属文化。在九十年代,日本ACG业界成功举办了大量的动漫画展和游戏展,此时的日本漫画商和电玩公司为了宣传自身产品,在这些游戏展和漫画节中找来一些男男女女COSPLAY成ACG中的角色以吸引参展人群。这一招可以说是与当年沃尔特·迪斯尼开办迪斯尼乐园时如出一辙,由此可见COSPLAY的成形与发展的关键是建立在本身ACG商业化的程度之上,可以说正是将COSPLAY作为一种商业上的促销手段,COSPLAY其本身才可能得到长足的发展与认识。 中国大陆、台湾以及香港地区的COSPLAY又是怎样? COSPLAY传入中国的时间较晚,台湾有据可查的第一场COSPLAY是在1995年8月27日,地点位于高雄的SAGA WORLD一楼,但据闻当时的规模并不大,并且人物也多以电玩游戏中的人物为主。在这之后的1996年10月13日,台北熊宝宝餐饮店由"超级橙组"举办了一场秋日聚会,虽然在会前广为宣传,知道的人也很多,但是规模依旧偏小。这种情况一直沿续到1997年2月中旬,一连举办了三场活动,COSPLAY的人数才开始多了起来,并且也从此形成了台湾COSPLAY界的特色。至此之后台湾COSPLAY的场次开始有年年增加的趋势,举办地点亦有由北部至中南部发展的现象出现,台湾COSPLAY活动的风行程度,可以由此看出一班。 而香港出现COSPLAY的时间似乎又早于台湾,据称最早在1993年香港便有了自己的COSPLAY。当时的香港还没有什么同人志即售会,一般来说同人社团都是通过当时香港每年都会举办的艺术节场地来进行展览和销售,而正是在那一年(即1993年)一个名为"四百尺"的同人组织穿上了《银河英雄传说》中同盟军的制服出现于会场,就此他们这群人成为了香港最初的COSPLAY。而在下一年的同一会场内他们又同样扮演了同盟军,不过这次他们还带了另外一组名“UVRZ”的同人社团一起玩起了角色扮演。那些"UVRZ"的女成员穿上日式巫女装,用巫女棒为到场的参观人仕进行祈福。95年的"四百尺"扮演了《机动警察》的角色,而"UVRZ"在当年则开始扮演一些有名有姓的ACG角色,比如《乱马1/2》中的右京或是《我的爱神》中的贝露丹迪。从96年开始"四百尺"社团开始引退不再做任何的COSPLAY,但与此同时其余的同人社团则陆续开始玩起了服饰装扮,令香港COSPLAY界的人数一直高攀直上。在这之后不久,香港的第一个同人志即售会由"UVRZ"、" Comic Babies"以及"火狗工房"联合开办(但也是唯一的一次,其后香港就再也没有过此类出演),当然其间又一次扩大了COSPLAY在香港的影响力。 3 大家来看cos的全解哦。超级详细。 因为影响力的逐年扩增,香港的漫画协会开始在98年7月30日至8月3日举办了第一个真正属于漫画迷的动漫会展,当时的入场费为25港币。据称这次会展中的COSPLAY是有史以来最火爆的一次,许多人扮演了八神、草剃等格斗游戏中的角色。而那一次获得香港第一个COSPLAY比赛--"FUN FUN 服饰扮装大赛"冠军的是一位装扮成《圣传》中乾达婆王的女孩。在这之后SE株式会社、TG坊和香港美术用品专业中心在98年8月30日就旺角麦花臣室内运动场合办了第一次Comic World。并且首次在会场内划分出一块"服饰装扮照相区"以方便参展人人士拍照留念。比较令人颇感意外的是在当时竟然已经有人开始COSPLAY起"犬夜叉"了!?在随后的近几年里,大学社团间的展出也逐渐地开始显露头角成为香港COSPLAY界的又一活跃场地。 相比之下大陆出现COSPLAY较晚,直到1998年国内开办漫展才有了些零星自发的个人COSPLAY秀,而在此之前也没有一定规模的同人志即售会。因此即是有COSPLAY,数量也极奇之稀少。但缘于日本、台湾、香港三地COSPLAY的成熟,大陆的COSPLAY得以急速稳定的成长,且在2000年8月成功举办了中国大陆第一届COSPLAY大赛。在其后的一年里华义公司又凭借助其在网络游戏上的巨大影响力,打着旗下主力产品《石器时代》的名号开办“2001年石器最佳COSPLAY大赛”。与此同时由于上海、广州以及北京等地区在这几年里频繁的开办漫展及同人会展,而使现今大陆的COSPLAY也具有了一定程度上的规模。 附录 有关cosplay的词汇详解 Costume (名词) = 某一角色的装束, 服装 Costume (动词) = 制衣 Costumer = 穿着与某人物相似的人,与cosplayer差不多。 cosplay - 起源:一个由Nov. Takahashi提出的,英语"Costume Play"的简写。他的这一灵感源于在美国旧金山的国际化妆舞会,并且由于他在日本“My Anime”杂志上发表的文章(1982年)中表示的对cosplay的热情,引发了1982-83年日本的cosplay运动。虽然cosplay并非起源于日本,但美国现在的cosplay却受了日本cosplay很大的影响。 cosplay (名词) = 穿着有关动漫人物的服饰。 cosplay (动词) = 穿上有关动漫人物的服饰。 cosplayer = 穿着Costume的人 Crossplay (动词) = cosplay的一部分:在cosplay中扮演异性。 Crossplayer = 在cosplay中扮演异性的人。 Crossdressing = 穿着异性的服装。一个人crosdressing的时候,并不能说明他是crossplay(也就是说,一个男的扮演一个男的,而后者喜欢女生衣服,那前者是crossdressing,但不是crossplay)。crossplay和cosdressing没有任何关系,它只和扮演者的性别与扮演对象的性别有关。 举例:(不好意思啊,人名译不出:P) 男生cos Nuriko, Kamatari or Mana 不是crossplaying 却是 crossdressing. 女生cos Nuriko, Kamatari or Mana 是crossplaying, 却不是 crossdressing. 男生cos Utena or Sakura 是crossplaying 也是 crossdressing. 女生cos Kenshin or Vash 是crossplaying 也是 crossdressing. crossplaying 和crossdressing 并不能完全说明一个人的性别倾向。你不能断定一个Crossplayer是男(女)同性恋,还是双性恋。至于生活中的crossdressing,或多或少对一个人的性别倾向有所暗示,但请不要臆断,你可能会完全错误的。 Glomp 定义:一种表达祝贺或问候的拥抱(有时候也表示攻击) ========================================================== 对COSPLAY而言,最重要的不是自己的像貌如何,而是取决于服饰的制作.一般来说得到COSPLAY服饰的方法有四种,分别是:别人送(汗)、去专卖店买、自己动手做或是叫裁缝铺量身定造。 1:别人送 这个当然得要有人缘才行,平时在漫展或生活中认识的一些会COSPLAY的服友,等他(她)们不要COSPLAY服的时候你就可以问他或她要过来,不过相对来说这种机会是少之又少。 2:去专卖店买 这一点在日本是很稀疏平常的事,比如在日本有OFFCIAL的COSPLAY服装卖,COSPA就是一个很好例子,并且她们出的衣服都是官方认可的。另外还有一些造COSPLAY服的店子,因为是私下造的所以不是OFFCIAL。而在台湾地区基本上都是非官方认定的COSPLAY服饰店,但在以上这两个地区都有即省钱又方便的COSPLAY服二手店。至于香港和大陆地区则连专门经营COSPLAY服的店都非常少见,一般都是需要定制的。 3:自己动手做 其实COSPLAY最大的乐趣便是自己亲手制作服饰以及道具。当然如果要自己作的话,首先必须要会裁缝,家中亦最好有一台缝纫机。一般来说自己一个人从选料,设计直至制作完成需要一个月时间。其间你除了要有技术和工具之外,精神上的集中力也是相当的必要。一件衣服由最初的纸样直至完成,确实是件非常不简单的事呐。但同样服装完成时自己所能感受的快感也是别人无法体及的。 4:裁缝铺量身定造 去裁缝铺量身定造一般是香港和大陆COSPLAYER的做法。这样的好处是,一个在价钱上比较便宜,另一方面也容易提出自己的要求。在大陆一般来说裁缝铺是很好找的,但真正会作COSPLAY服的确是不多。通常在大陆你交了定单之后,一至二个星期便可收取衣服。如果此时对服饰有什么不满而提出异议的话,店主通常会当场为你改制。 其实作一件COSPLAY服真可谓是价格不菲,专卖店成品服的话通常要价近千。自己动手裁制虽然花费较少,但如果视所COS角色服饰的复杂度而言有时也要将近六、七百元,并且还要付出相当大的心血与劳力。有鉴于此在台湾地区COSPLAY被有些人称之为是劳命伤财的玩意儿。但是对于广大的COSPLAYER来说,这一切都是值得的。(编辑:一辉) 现今的COSPLAY又如何? 经过长时间的发展与探究,如今的COSPLAY已经是变的相当完善,不仅可以扮人,而且更加可以扮漫画和游戏中任何的东西,例如动物、机械人,只要想得到又扮得到的就可以,没有任何限制。不过,有时候扮机械人,走出每步路都会非常困难,亦有人扮过太空战舰,而且还要像战舰般在地上爬行,真是令人匪夷所思。作为ACG的附属文化,COSPLAY在当今社会已经越发的成为一种青少年文化娱乐的主流。朋友过生日时的聚会,大大小小的动漫展又或者是情人间的"化装舞会"都可以用到COSPLAY来活跃气氛。更主要的是在COSPLAY的同时,通过制作、学习他人的COSPLAY而可能会交到一些良师益友,并且在有益身心满足自身的同时,也能娱乐大众。 而在现今的日本,除了每年固定的东京春、秋两季电玩展以及各式的动漫展之外??怯忻磕暌欢鹊腃OSPLAY嘉年会,其会场内可说是集合了日本全国COSPLAY界的精英,提供了一个让他们大扮特扮的机会。日本的COSPLAY迷除了年轻人外亦有小朋友参与其中,并且有些儿童更加是和家长一起装扮,实行一家大小齐齐COSPLAY,此外,在日本COSPLAY可还是一种职业噢。日本当红歌手柏原崇与滕原纪香等娱乐圈人仕也是十分的酷爱COSPLAY,由此可见COSPLAY在日本的魅力有着何其巨大的影响力。 然而在尽情欢快的同时,为了减少不必要的麻烦,日本对于游客为COSPLAYER拍照是有限制的。除了会场内专门设置的COSPLAY照相区之外,是不允许游客随意照相的。以每年的东京电玩展为例,COSPLAY并没有所谓活动,只是在会场外的走廊上,会有很多的COSPLAYER来这里让大家照像,当然他们也会出现在会场中,不过原则上会场里是不能拍COSPLAYER的,也有些人可能会答应让你拍,但这就一定要到外面才可以拍照。至于原因,其一是因为会场里是厂商的活动,所以要拍只能拍厂商的show girl,虽然厂商不见得会管,但是COSPLAYER自己也可能不喜欢这样没有秩序的行为,日本人本来就凡是都照规定来的,所以不是应该拍照的情况,他们会拒绝喔!其二是因为他们大多比较注重自己的身份,也希望你能尊重他们,所以当他们想好好参观的时候,可能并不希望一直有人找他们拍照。至于其三,则是因为很多日本的COSPLAYER对自我的表现要求都很高,所以在会场内拍摄条件不好的情况下,他们不希望这样被拍照,如果要拍,宁可到外面可以拍照的地方,有充足的阳光,摆好满意的姿势,让你拍得美美的。当然另外值的注意的是,要拍照一定要取得人家同意喔,是绝对不礼貌的行为! 此外,作为日本的一种标志性文化--街道秀中也能看到COSPLAY一族的身影。在神宫桥附近,是原宿驰名国际的街头另类秀--COSPLAY的大本营。在这里的COSPLAY被简单的分为几个派系,宫廷娃娃系、明星视觉系、卡漫系、椎名护士服系、白脸系、自创系等。星期六、日下午此地的人群最为集中。其实这种展现自我的文化,最早是从原宿"BUDEIKKU竹之子"服装店开幕后,才渐渐被渲染开来,形成周末在"步行者天国"聚集的风气,所以当时这一群奇装异服的人曾被称为"竹之子族",在八十年代这种风气曾达到最高潮,不过目前这个名词已经渐渐被淡忘了。 要如何才能参与COSPLAY? 作为一种非官方性质的娱乐项目,不论是在日本、中国大陆或是台湾、香港等地区,基本上对其参与是没有任何限制的。你只要拥有自己的COSPLAY服饰,便可以以社团或是个人的身份参加各类会展中的COSPLAY活动。 因为COSPLAY本身并不限定角色,所以一般在参展前,先要从各类ACG杂志中挑选出自己所想扮演的角色,然后便开始收集有关此角色各式各样的情报与资料。例如关于角色的服装、道具、形象特征等等都是需要调查的事情。然后就可以准备服饰了,至于具体的操作方法在前面已有所述。 这样直到开展那天你便可以高高兴兴地跑去会场,参与到COSPLAY的演出中去了。 COSPLAY究竟为我们带来了什么? 很难说COSPLAY到底为我们带来了什么,毕竟任何事物都有其两面性。从圈外人士来看COSPLAY这项活动是一种既劳民伤财不经济又没意义的活动。记的在台湾就曾经发生过一起因为媒体对COSPLAY的不了解而引发出一篇错误报道的真实事件。那么对于那些COSPLAYER来说,他们究竟得到了些什么哪? 其实就如同笔者在前文中所述的,真正的COSPLAY并非只是装扮其外在,更主要的是对心灵上的互换。试想,在竞争如此激烈的都市社会中,每个人都会因为自己工作或学习上的不顺而承受着各式各样的压力与困惑。如果在此时能够抛开这些,COS出另一个自己,那岂不是对自我精神压力上一种绝大的解放?将心情放松,通过角色的互相转换来舒解自己,所以说我们并不要将COSPLAY仅仅定位于或是局现于ACG的角色之中。每个人在社会中其实都有扮演着不同的,属于自己的角色,不是吗?本来嘛,每个现实生活中的人类,必定有自己的困恼所在,今天你是一穷二白的乞丐也好,腰缠万贯的大富豪也好,都有着自己的烦恼。而所谓的ACG人物在COSPLAY者所存在的现实世界(三次元)并没有所需要烦恼的,COSPLAY者借由COSPLAY成ACG中人物,也可以得到心灵上的舒解、对现实的暂时逃避以及一种想法上的暂时改变。纵使ACG的祭典过去了,还是得面对现实,但那时候感受到的喜悦与逃避现实痛苦的轻松感却是可以让自己更加积极更有自信与期待。 最后,该为大家谈些什么呢? 梦想,不知道还有多少人的心中拥有着如此一个华丽的字眼。想想笔者小时候曾经有过无数的梦想,现在有些实现了,有些却仍是那么的遥不可及。然而转念一想,这不正是COSPLAY可以做到的嘛。去COS一下自己小时候的梦想,虽然这对现实而言并没有什么改变,然而自己的身心却会因此而得到一瞬间的宽慰与满足。去COSPLAY吧,这样的尝试或许可以让你自己活的更年轻些也说不定喔(笑)。 COSPLAY安全教程-防止被 2003年12月3日 作者:台湾梦源网 出处:PConline 在最近的Cosplay界中,常常发生有人照片,或者照片被放到性质令人争议的讨论区上。尤其是照片,经过前几次的活动,会场的确是有不肖份子进行的行为,因此对于这种情形,梦源除了尽量在照片公开之后不被本人以外取得之外,也希望cosplayer大家能注意自己的安全。   前提上,有被危险的cosplayer对象99%是女性cosplayer(如果有人要拍男cosplayer照,那....再讨论;)),因此女性cosplayer不但在会场时要多多注意身旁有没有拿着摄影机的人,或者镜头方向不太对劲的人,但是同时间,cosplayer本身可能无暇在活动中面面俱到,顾及到每个方面,因此在cosplay着装时,做好万全的准备也是非常重要的。   基本上,避免被的方法最简单的就是不要cos过于性感的角色,但如果有cos的必要或兴趣,也希望cosplayer事前的准备工作能十分完善,这样就算被拍了,他们也拍不到任何危险的镜头,也是cosplayer最后的保障^_^   事实上,由于.....梦源我们管理群都是男生,琉璃香她不出现在会场,所以无法提供意见^^||因此以下的方法都是询问身边的女性cosplayer友人而得到的信息,希望要cos较危险角色的女性cosplayer,能了解以下物品的用途^_^, 另外若有任何补充的地方(应该满多的吧^^||)也请Email告诉站长或留言在留言板。   首先,在这边叮咛大家,不管cos什么角色,里面最好都在穿一件棉质的衣服,这样可以完全避免所谓的"红外线透视"的摄影器材,且在摆动作上,最好避免掉太容易曝光的动作(如短裙者避免蹲下等等),且避免一些较煽情动作(如穿低胸者弯下腰等等),会场已经出现专门拍摄女性重要部位的者,避免这些动作也是给自己更多的保障
