当然该提，只要你觉得你自己确实值得。几年工作下来，得到的经验就是：一定要和老板多沟通，有疑问、有需求都要明确提出来；其实大部分领导都是很明智的，很多话你不说他们也会知道。而你不说他们自然也不会主动说。所以对于你是不是值得升职，多数老板心里都是有数的（除非这个老板能力不行）。但是为什么很少有老板会主动提出给你升职呢，原因很多吧。这个问题我和前上司有沟通过，给你讲讲我和前上司的合作过程，和他作为领导对这件事的看法。前上司是位总监，现在公司是高薪挖他过来的。人品非常好我所见过的人品最好的之一，就人品方面全公司没有不称赞的。但也存在一个很严重的问题：同事都说跟着他虽然对下属好，但就是升职加薪非常慢，非常慢，很多人私底下默默的抱怨。后来偶然的机会，跟着他做项目发现他的确很好沟通。于是在努力工作一年后，找到他很直接的提出我要升职加薪。当年底升了一级并且薪资涨了公司规定的最大幅。和他相处的像朋友一样，于是后来我也委婉的问过他这个问题，为什么以前你带的下属，升职的好像不是很多？他这样说：敢于为自己争取的人，至少说明他对自己的能力有信心，对自己位置有正确的认知；而且升职加薪意味着更多的压力和更大的责任，一个人如果敢争取，那么也应该会敢于承担，给他升职加薪就是值得的。相反，有些人虽然当下工作能力很强，但自己的东西都不去争取，还在私底下抱怨这样的人，未来很可能不会是一个合格的领导。之前看过一篇文章，具体数据不记得了大致意思是：同等岗位条件下，男生往往比女生会拿到更高的工资，因为男生对自己更自信，与HR谈薪资的时候更有底气。所以，认清自己的能力，觉得值得就去争取，不卑不亢、有条有理的说出你的理由和需求，一个合格的领导一定不会因为提升职而觉得你不好。
