　　3.乙方在甲方及甲方关联公司工作期间履行竞业限制和保守商业秘密义务是其作为员工的义务，甲方无需给乙方任何补偿金。乙方离开甲方及其关联公司后须按约定履行竞业限制义务，甲方应给予竞业限制补偿金。每月的数额为乙方在甲方最后六个月月平均工资(以工资条为准)的%(计元)。竞业限制补偿金的支付起算日为甲方离职之次日，不满一月的期间按日历天数计算乙方应得的竞业天数补偿金。 　　8.乙方违反本协议约定的竞业限制义务，应立即与甲方竞争单位脱离关系，继续履行本协议，并按照违约期间本合同约定的竞业限制补偿金的两倍支付违约金。无法确定违约时间长短的，按照一年计算，甲方因此而受到的损失大于该违约金的，应赔偿甲方因此受到的全部损失。损失额依照以下三种方式计算，以计算结果最高的为准：获取或开发该产品技术的全部费用;甲方相关业务因此损失的利润;竞争单位相关业务因此取得的利润。 　　蔬菜，是指可以做菜、烹饪成为食品的，除了粮食以外的其他植物（多属于草本植物）。 蔬菜是人们日常饮食中必不可少的食物之一。蔬菜可提供人体所必需的多种维生素和矿物质。据国际粮农组织1990年统计，人体必需的维生素C的90%、维生素A的60%来自蔬菜。此外，蔬菜中还有多种多样的植物化学物质，是人们公认的对健康有效的成分，如：类胡萝卜素、二丙烯化合物、甲基硫化合物等。目前果蔬中的营养素可以有效预防慢性、退行性疾病的多种物质正在被人们研究发现。　　我国普遍栽培的蔬菜虽约有20多个科。但常见的一些种或变种主要集中在8大科。　　（1)十字花科 包括萝卜、芜菁、白菜(含大白菜、白菜亚种)、甘蓝(含结球甘蓝、苤蓝、花椰菜、青花菜等变种)、芥菜(含根介菜、雪里蕻变种)等。　　（2）伞形花科 包括芹菜、胡萝卜、小茴香、芫等。　　（3）茄科 包括番茄、茄子、辣椒(含甜椒变种)。　　（4）葫芦科 包括黄瓜、西葫芦、南瓜、笋瓜、冬瓜、丝瓜、瓠瓜、苦瓜、佛手瓜以及西瓜、甜瓜等。　　（5）豆科 包括菜豆(含矮生菜豆、蔓生菜豆变种)、豇豆、豌豆、蚕豆、毛豆(即大豆)、扁豆、刀豆等。　　（6）百合科包括韭菜、大葱、洋葱、大蒜、韭葱、金针菜(即黄花菜)、石刁柏(芦笋)、百合等。　　（7）菊料 包括莴苣(含结球莴苣、皱叶莴苣变种)、莴笋、茼蒿、牛蒡、菊芋、朝鲜蓟等。　　（8）藜科 包括菠菜、甜菜(含根甜菜、叶甜菜变种)等。

一. 提高保安仪容仪表 认真执行工作任务1、着装、佩戴齐全，必须提前十分钟到岗，做好交接记录，要有饱满的精神执勤；2、认真履行值班登记制度，值班中发生和处理的各种情况在登记薄上进行详细登记，交接班时移交清楚，责任明确；3、应服从上级命令，切实执行任务，不得偏袒徇私，损害公司利益；4、平时应谨言慎行，执行职务时态度和蔼严正；5、对来访客人热情、有礼、耐心询问，维护公司良好形象；6、值勤中不得出现擅离职守或酗酒、闲聊、睡觉等失职情况。 二，保卫公司财产安全 做好安全防范工作1、保护公司的财产安全，维护所管辖区的正常秩序；2、保护公司区域内发生的刑事、治安案件或灾害事故现场，维护现场秩序；3、纠正厂区内违章行为，把现行违法犯罪嫌疑人扭送公安机关或交服务区主管部门；4、做好管辖区的防火、防盗、防破坏、防治安灾害事故等安全防范工作；5、加强内保的管理，增强对厂区内安全工作的管理。内保应熟悉厂区内水、电、燃料、开关、门锁及消防器材的地点，以免临急慌乱，对重要的电灯、气罐、电缆等发现问题时，及时上报后勤或企管进行处理；三、实行目标管理机制 增强保卫队伍素质。1、建立一支团结高效的保卫队伍。从精干高效的原则出发，引入竞争机制，从而增强保卫人员的工作责任心和事业心。2、实行责任制。为做到企业保卫工作零事故，实现年度保卫工作目标，从上到下，建立综合治理安全责任制，对成绩突出的保卫人员进行奖励，对失职失误造成企业经济损失的与经济挂钩，严惩不殆。3、建立法制化。保卫干部不仅要熟悉保卫业务，而且要在动态管理中摸清本单位生产经营的规律和特点，更新业务知识，提高工作技能与现代企业管理知识有机地结合起来4、要建立建全各项治安安全保卫制度，组织协调和负责企业治安安全管理活动，落实治安防范措施，预防减少违法犯罪，消除治安灾害隐患；保卫企业生产经营秩序正常；保护企业职工人身财产安全。总之，加强保安队伍建设，提高保安队伍素质，建立一支服从上级命令，切实执行任务，不偏袒徇私，维护公司利益，维护公司财产安全，职工安全的保安队伍是我保卫科今后工作的重心。
