CMTS+CM方案与EPON+EOC方案的对比： 一、CMTS+CM方案A、方案优点1、技术成熟，标准化程度高；CMTS与CM各厂商产品可以互换，成本也呈下降趋势；2、投资可以逐步加大，分期建设；可以逐步增加CMTS的台数，CM数量也跟随用户数量的增加而增加；3、可扩展性好。先按4个光节点回传信号混合后进入CMTS一个上行端口，后期根据用户数量的增加，可以降低为2个光节点进入一个上行端口，直至1个光节点进入一个上行端口。另外DOCSIS3.0标准已经发布，07年底各厂商将会量产，有利于缓解带宽压力；4、施工难度较小，基本上符合以前单向网络的施工习惯；入户仅仅一根电缆，取电点少（仅光站），网络结构简单，仅需要维护一张有线网络；5、能够充分发挥有线电视同轴电缆高带宽的优势（5－860MHz）,这也是有线电视网络不同于电信网络的本质差异。 B、方案缺点1、对网络的工艺要求高，否则回传噪声将严重影响网络稳定性；2、上下行带宽具非对称性，无法满足后期对称高带宽业务需求；另外因为共享带宽方式，随着用户数量的增加，每用户可利用带宽急剧下降。举例如下：下行38MHz，假设带工程用户：500×4×4＝8000户，其中有20％接入互联网，同时在线率高峰时为50％，则每用户可分配带宽为：38M/400/0.5=190K，这种带宽是普通用户无法接受的。若调整为1个光节点进入一个CMTS上行端口，带宽也就是扩大到190×4＝760K，也无法完全满足视频业务的需要。3、若全网采用CMTS方式覆盖，随着双向用户数量的增加，投资成本也是很高的。一个光节点对应CMTS一个端口，300个光节点需要300个上行端口，对应CISCO7246 40台左右。40×34万＝1360万。假设我们发展比较理想，15％的用户。CM成本：320×1.5万＝480万，两项相加：1360＋480＝1840万，近两千万了。还要考虑网络改造成本约1500万。4、维护比较困难。需要专用设备进行调试及测试，上行噪声源的排查更是需要耐心及经验。随着开通双向的端口增加，必将对整个网络的可靠性要求更高。 二、EPON+EOC方案A、方案优点1、双向对称性网络，100M到楼前，10M带宽到桌面，能够满足较长时间内双向用户的带宽需求，可以实现IPTV；2、可以避开回传噪声的影响，各用户端到EOC间链路相对独立，且噪声终结于ONU，不会在前端汇集。另外用户侧及前端协议为成熟的以太网协议，对维护人员技术要求不高。 B、方案缺点1、技术标准化程度不够，目前各厂商的EPON产品无法实现互换使用，容易形成壁垒。2、产品成熟度不够，目前国内生产EPON、EOC的厂商风起云涌，但仅以EOC为例，真正成熟的产品并不多见，无源EOC产品量产的更是几乎没有，而且大多厂商的产品都没有经过大规模长时间应用，其可靠性需要检验。3、工程实施困难。光节点需要分小，导致取电点增加，设备安装难度相应增加。楼栋EOC或交换机供电需要解决，网络运营成本相应增加；另外楼栋取电点一旦增加，必将影响到设备的稳定性，防雷击就是一大问题；4、用户端需要考虑网线布线。通过前期了解，很多用户选用我们的CM方式上网，是为了避免室内重新布网线的问题。采用EPON+EOC会否对我们的用户选择运营商带来影响需要评估；5、采用EPON+EOC，其实就是在有线电视网上在叠加一张数据网；两网基本上是独立运行，特别是在目前我们采用1310nm光系统的情况下；这并不符合“三网融合”的真正含义。另外这样做，除了单向数字电视信号还能够利用同轴电缆的高带宽优势外，无法体现我们与电信网络的差异。
