你安装xampp之前是不是装了别的web服务器软件？如果单独装了apache，或者装了wamp，那xampp的apache就启动不了，因为抢占了80端口。

如果是配合IIS使用xampp，那么网站就不要放到htdocs文件夹下了。可以放在任意目录，然后在控制面板->Internet 服务管理器里去设定虚拟目录。 如果没装IIS，而是直接用xampp里的Apache，那么才是放到htdocs目录。 求采纳
