氢能被称为人类21世纪的终极能源，然而氢能必须在低温高压条件下存储和运输。成本高且存在安全隐患成为阻碍氢能大规模应用的主要掣肘。如何攻克氢能储运的关键技术？广东合即得能源科技有限公司多年研发的水氢机给出了可能的答案。安全问题首当其冲业内专家指出，储氢等中间环节已经成为氢能规模化应用的瓶颈，其中，安全问题最为关键。“简单来说，氢能产业包括制氢、储氢和应用三个环节。制氢是储氢的基础，储氢是现在行业面临的瓶颈。同时，在整个过程当中，氢的安全、标准和规范应贯穿整个氢能产业的全流程。”中国可再生能源学会副理事长、氢能专委会主任蒋利军在上述会议上表示。“氢安全是一个永恒的话题。由于材料的氢脆导致氢气泄露甚至爆炸的安全事故曾有发生，如何准确地评价材料，合理选用材料，同时避免材料氢脆的发生，也是我们必须解决的问题。”蒋利军说。这只是储氢环节安全问题的“冰山一角”。“影响氢安全的因素很多。仅在储运环节，各类阀门、管接头都可能引发安全问题。此外，氢气爆炸安全极限的宽度较宽，不仅静态状态要稳定，动态的强度更需要保证。”北京伯肯节能科技股份有限公司董事长徐焕恩表示。甲醇储氢：常温常压高能量密度低成本衡量氢气存储技术好坏的依据包括有储氢成本、储氢密度和安全性等几方面。此前，各国专家曾发明多种氢能储存方式，包括高压储氢、液化储氢、物理吸附储氢、液态有机化合物储氢、金属氢化物储氢等，均存在不同程度缺陷，致储氢含量低，成本高，稳定性、循环性和安全性能不足。高压储氢：氢质量含量1~5.8wt%，压力为35/45/70/90MPa，目前已经商业化。对于氢能汽车中的高压储罐，一般有35Mpa和70Mpa两种，采用碳纤维复合材料组成铝内胆外面缠绕碳纤维材料。日本通过将减少碳纤维强化树脂的用量，使重量效率比原来提高了20%,储氢重量密度达到了5.7wt%。液化储氢：氢质量含量>5wt%，将纯氢冷却至-253℃储存，超低温消耗能量大，成本高，优势在于储氢密度高，多用于航天、军工领域。固态吸附储氢：氢质量含量5.3～9wt%，使用以碳材料为主进行物理储氢，环境为77k、4MPa，纳米碳材料储氢性能好，还处于实验阶段。液态有机化合物储氢：氢质量含量6～8wt%，常温常压，储氢容量大，目前还处于实验阶段。【图片】金属氢化物储氢：氢质量含量1.4～3.6wt%，常温常压，安全性好，但是储氢合金存在易粉化、能量衰减和变质，目前还处于实验阶段。自然储氢：包括水储氢、甲醇储氢等。其中，水储氢的氢质量含量为11.1wt%，常温常压，能量比度高，成本高，以电解水制氢为主。甲醇储氢的氢质量含量为12.5wt%，常温常压，能量密度高，低成本，大规模甲醇制氢技术早已实现商业化，微型化甲醇制氢技术已实现突破，商业化价值极高。甲醇（CH3OH）是自然界中最佳的储氢介质，其来源广泛，成本低，除了可以通过传统化石能源获得，还可以通过太阳能、风能、生物质等可再生能源获得。甲醇作为液体储存和运输的安全性和便捷性都是得天独厚的，其储氢重量密度高达12.5wt%,常温常压下的甲醇储氢要明显优于液化(多级压缩且冷却能耗巨大)、高压(安全性无法保证)和其他储氢技术。探索高效储、制、用一体化模式甲醇作为燃料电池的氢源的微型化能量转化设备早已被向华博士及其团队在“水基能源向华理论”、“动氢理念”的指导下成功攻克，该团队早先在国内实现小型可移动甲醇水制氢和燃料电池发电高度集成的一体机（即水氢机）的研发和生产。水氢机是采用催化重整及纯化多项技术从甲醇水中获得高纯氢，通过质子膜系统产生电、热等多种能源的装置，具有成本低、寿命长，操作简单，高效节能，静音简洁，来料方便，安全环保等特点。它实现了在同一小型化装置内进行分布式制氢和发电的目标，避免氢气的压储运卸，为氢能的广泛应用打开了大门，解决了安全问题，解决了重大加氢基础设施的重大投资问题。水氢机巧妙为人类解决了氢气储运成本高、用氢安全方面等问题，可带来能源供给侧的变革创新。由传统的集中式变为分布式点布式，实现能源的自给自足。从传统的大规模城市工厂集中发电供电，发展成小规模的社区家庭分布式点布式制氢发电。城市的建设不再受制于电力集中供给的限制，人们的居住生活，也可以因地制宜，单家独户地随时随地采集使用能源。随着生物质甲醇技术成果的创新与普及，城市和乡村的生活垃圾、动物粪便、植物秸秆等都可以转换成甲醇，进而逐步实现能源的自给自足。随着水氢绿色能源产业迅速崛起，广东合即得已成为规模庞大的水氢技术应用企业，水氢产品和创新的应用模式不断涌现。当前，广东合即得开创的技术革新和成本下降，正推动着清洁能源大时代加速到来，为全球气候变化和环境保护贡献自己的力量。
