ZL50型装载机液压系统转向液压回路的原理结构是什么?

目前我国工程建设中广泛使用的国产ZL系列装载机中,ZL40、ZL50两种型号装载机的结构基本相同,其转向系、工作装置、变速箱操纵等均采用液压传动。ZL50型装载机液压系统。转向液压回路:ZL50型轮胎式装载机转向液压回路按其所用的转向阀结构型式,分为滑阀式和转阀式两种,其中滑阀常流式转向液压回路使用较多。该装载机采用折腰式液压转向,车架的前后两部分铰接,转向油缸的活塞杆和缸筒分别与前、后车架铰接。操纵方向盘时液压回路使左、右转向油缸分别作伸、缩运动,从而折转前、后车架使装载机转向。该装载机转向液压回路,主要有转向油泵5、转向油缸1、全液压转向器7等组成。装载机不转向时转向阀处于中位,转向油泵的输出油液经转向阀流回油箱。因转向阀芯和阀体的轴向间隙在制造时已得到严格控制,此时虽然转向油缸两腔都通回油,但因滑阀的阻尼作用,使油缸中能形成一定的压力,使转向反应灵敏,而且该阻尼作用能维持装载机直线行驶的稳定性。装载机转向时转向阀芯的移动使转向油缸一腔通压力油,另一腔通回油路,从而实现转向。ZL50型装载机用的转向阀与转向器用螺栓连接成一体,并固定在后车架上。转向阀属于三位四通阀,中位为X机能。合理的阻尼作用使得转向系统既反应灵敏,又具有较高的效率,且结构较常压式的简单。如上所述,不转动方向盘时滑阀处于中间位置,转向阀的中位机能保证转向油缸两腔具有较小的压力,维持装载机直线行驶;向右转动方向盘时螺杆和滑阀一起轴向向下移动,于是两转向油缸的一个伸长、一个缩短,使装载机向右转向。与此同时,前后车架的相对转动,通过反馈杆的反馈作用,使滑阀回到中位,停止转向;反之,向左转动方向盘时装载机向左转向。为使转向过程不受柴油机转速变化的影响,该转向液压回路中设有恒流阀。它由节流板2、调压阀3和锥阀6等组成。工作时油液由进油口1进入恒流阀,并经节流板2的孔进入转向阀,通过阀体内部的孔道使节流板两侧的压力分别作用于调压阀的两端,柴油机转速升高时因液压泵的输出流量增大,通过节流板孔的流量加大,从而节流板两侧压力差增大。当通过节流板孔的流量达到一定值时,节流板两侧的压力差将克服调压弹簧的预紧力,使调压阀芯左移、调压阀芯开启,一部分油液流回油箱,使进入转向阀的流量受到限制,转向油缸移动速度将不致因柴油机转速的变化而忽快忽慢。当装载机转向阻力过大时,恒流阀中的锥阀6开启,保证转向液压系统的安全。阻尼孔的作用是防止调压阀移动速度过快而造成的转向运动不稳定现象的发生。ZL50型轮胎式装载机的转向液压回路和工作装置液压回路均采用CBG型齿轮泵,该泵用固定侧板二次间隙密封结构,工作压力高,泄漏量小。
