由于浆细胞瘤或浆细胞增生所致多系统损害的一种综合征。临床表现为进行性多发性周围神经病、肝脾肿大、内分泌紊乱、M蛋白增高和皮肤色素沉着,并可出现全身凹陷性水肿、胸腹水、杵状指和心力衰竭等症状。病因尚不清楚,可能因浆细胞分泌的毒性物质对周围神经系统、内分泌腺、网状内皮系统和造血系统的毒性作用所致;也有人认为是一种自身免疫性多器官性疾病。1.进行性多发性周围神经病常为首发症状,表现为四肢对称性运动、感觉障碍,下肢较上肢重,远端较近端重,常有足下垂、肌萎缩和腱反射减弱或消失,套式感觉障碍,部分患者仅有运动障碍。脑神经损害主要为视盘水肿。2.脏器肿大主要为肝和(或)脾大,但肝功多正常,且很少有食管静脉曲张和脾功能亢进表现。部分患者可有淋巴结肿大。3.皮肤改变呈弥漫性色素沉着,以四肢及头面部为主,乳晕呈黑色,并有皮肤增厚、坏死和多毛。部分患者可有类似皮肌炎或硬皮病的皮肤改变。4.内分泌改变表现为内分泌腺功能紊乱,男性乳房发育,阳痿。女性乳房增大,溢乳、闭经。也可伴有糖耐量异常以及甲状腺功能低下,水肿较多见,多数为凹陷性,且常为首发症状。部分患者可合并有胸腔积液、腹水、低热、多汗及杵状指,类似于增殖性肾小球肾炎的肾病、急性动脉闭塞、肺动脉高压、血小板增多和真性红细胞计数增多。偶见心包积液。5.合并浆细胞增生性疾病最常见为骨硬化性骨髓瘤,其次为髓外浆细胞瘤,溶骨性多发性骨髓瘤少见。

电热水器防电墙真的能防电。防电墙,又叫“隔电墙”。在绝大多数的电热水器上都会配备,而且会在销售中展示在显眼的位置。其实这个东西的成本很低,甚至可以在旧电热水器上加装。防电墙的作用就体现在它的名字里:防电!说得更确切一点,是防止电热水器漏电,或者水、地线、管道带电,引起用户洗澡的过程中触电。防电墙技术,就是在电热水器内部形成永久性电阻,从而降低异常情况下经过人体的电流值。我国普通标准电压是220V,经过防电墙处理后的人体承受的最大电压相当于12V,低于人体的安全电压36V,这就保证了安全。防电墙的缺陷1、防电效果依赖水质,要知道,水质越差、水里面的杂质越多,水的电阻也就越低。如果水的导电性能很好,哪怕是减少了水流的直径,增加了水流的长度,也依然有可能导致出水带电。有些地方甚至没有市政自来水,在这些地方使用防电墙,效果就会大打折扣。2、容易堵塞,主要是因为防电墙内部的管道太细太长了。稍微有点泥沙水垢掉进去,就会引起堵塞。有些用户反应自己家的电热水器越用,热水水流就越小,这种情况十有八九就是防电墙堵了。而且防电墙堵塞没法疏通,只能让售后上门进行更换。3、影响水压,哪怕是新热水器,也能发现热水水压比冷水水压小。这是因为防电墙里面的管径太细了,水流经过后的水压会降低。
